Its a lot more sinister than you think. They basically want to set up a world government in which they have control, and they are not subject to this stuff, but we (the dumb goyim) are, and the penalties are very extreme, like decapitation by guillotine and shit.
Remember the rumor that FEMA purchased 30,000 guillotines? Part of that is (supposidly) related to when they finally enact these laws, they will be executing anyone who resists (mostly white people, because we are their biggest threat).
i realize that, but they arent exactly "out in the open" about it. There is still a very strong illusion of freedom for most people.
Plus, I still have guns, so at least Im in control of my own destiny somewhat.
