The Guardians of the Pope are the Rothschilds. Probably, and to a lesser degree, the other 12 of the 13 Bloodline Families that rule the world are also Guardians, but they are lower stones on the pyramid. [You can keep the Swiss Guard in the back of your mind here too, but they really only verify the fact that the Rothschilds are the ultimate Guardians of the Pope.]

 

The Roths are the top of the pyramid, and they are not really the guardians of the human being that most people refer to as "the Pope." That's not what they are guarding. The Rothschilds are actually the guardians of the Vatacan Bank. A Trump-infused Supreme Court reins in federal bureaucracy in historic fashion.

 

Donald Trump accused the "deep state" of trying to ruin his presidency from Russia collusion to two impeachments, but the 45th president may have gotten the last laugh 18 months after leaving office when a Supreme Court infused with three of his appointees drastically reined in the powers of alphabet-soup federal bureaucracy.

 

Thursday's ruling in the case of West Virginia v. Environmental Protection Agency significantly confined the ability of unelected federal bureaucrats to make law or policy outside of Congress.

In the decision written by Chief Justice John Roberts, the court held 6-3 that under the so-called major questions doctrine, judges can strike down federal agency regulations that have substantial economic effects when Congress did not give explicit authority to the agency to make such decisions.

 

The federal bureaucracy "must point to clear congressional authorization for the power it claims," Roberts wrote in a ruling that shook Washington on Thursday.

While the court decision involved the Environmental Protection Agency and its efforts to restrain coal-fired electric plants, experts warned it could have vast impact on regulatory agencies across the nation's capital, forcing them to prove Congress gave them explicit powers before they impose new federal rules.

 

Leah Litman, a University of Michigan law professor, tweeted thedecision is "a cudgel against administrative agencies" and their powers to control industries. The ruling reaffirms the Founding Fathers' belief that "any limits on freedom be passed by Congress, not by kings and exchequers and bureaucrats and ministers," J. Christian Adams, a former U.S. Justice Department attorney, told Just the News.

 

"Unfortunately, the EPA is full of ministers and exchequers, and they decided that they didn't like coal," Adams said in an interview with the John Solomon Reports podcast.

Bureaucrats "love to control everyone's lives," he added. "And the Supreme Court said, "Look, we're a republic, because we put power with the people, with Congress, where … if we want to do something, they have to go through a process.'

"In Washington the number of people involved in issuing this edict, there might have been 30 or 40 people, and those 30 or 40 people were responsible for basically ruining the jobs and employment and welfare of so many people across West Virginia and Kentucky, Colorado, because of their edict that got rid of coal."

Even before his presidency began, Trump was assaulted by the federal bureaucracy, which launched a since-discredited Russia collusion investigation, leaked his private conversations with world leaders, resisted his orders and allied with Democrats to pursue two impeachment cases that ended in acquittal.

Trump emerged from those skirmishes to remain as popular as ever with his base — and now more popular than his successor Joe Biden — while federal bureaucrats now will see reduced powers and influence as a result of the court's ruling Thursday.

"It was such a win for the American people, but also for Donald Trump," former presidential spokesman Hogan Gidley told "Just the News, Not Noise" television show on Friday. "I mean, how many times did he have to fight the deep state? How many times did he have to fight the bureaucrats up here in Washington?

"This ruling means Congress gets to make up what those emission standards are going to be and not some bureaucratic agency like the EPA. So another win for the American people. Another win for those who've been fighting against the bureaucracy, chief among those being, of course, the former President Donald Trump."

Adams, the former Justice Department official, said Trump's legacy years from now may very well be that he clipped the wings of Washington elites.

"I think that's the big story is the regular people finally have a voice of the Supreme Court instead of the elites," he said.

Lukashenko compared Lithuanian obstructions to rail cargo transit to the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad to a declaration of war.

 

Lithuanian authorities have announced that there has been a ban on the transit through their territory to Kaliningrad, Russia, of goods subject to sanctions imposed by the European Union starting last Saturday.

 

Senator Konstantin Kosachev, the deputy speaker of the upper house of Russia’s parliament, said that Lithuania broke international law when it implemented the economic "blockade" on Russia's Kaliningrad Region. In a statement via his Telegram channel, Kosachev said "Lithuania is a flagship of the destruction of international law."

 

The region is a Russian enclave that falls between EU and NATO members Poland and Lithuania, both of whom have staunchly been opposing Russia since the start of the Ukraine war, exporting arms to Kiev and imposing sanctions on Moscow.

 

"An increasing number of reports suggest that they plan to stifle transit to Kaliningrad from Russia through Belarus. It is akin to declaring war. It is unacceptable under current circumstances," the Belarusian president said.

 

Putin underlined that the allies would continue working on the Union State project, while assuring his ally, Lukashenko, that government agencies had "coordinated everything", and it was time to put implement their agreements.

 

On fertilizers, Putin said that the two countries were the world's largest exporters of crop nutrients. Russia alone exports about 15% of the world's fertilizers, he estimated.

 

"A lack of fertilizers will, of course, cut crop forecasts for the next year. It is very sad," the president said.

 

UN chief Antonio Guterres said earlier this month that fertilizer prices had more than doubled. He warned that the world faced shortages of all staple crops next year and urged to bring Russian crops and fertilizers back into world markets despite the conflict.

 

Western sanctions on Moscow and Mink imposed over the war in Ukraine have undermined Russia and Belarus's sales of agricultural products around the globe, which prompted the Kremlin to suspend the export of fertilizers.

 

The sanctions fired back against the West, surging food prices in March to their highest levels ever, while the International Monetary Fund warned in April that global food prices would likely rise further in the future due to the war, the sanctions on Russia and Belarus, and climate issues ravaging the planet.

This is a real spiritual future; we do not get it without strenuous effort, meditation and prayer, no one who makes the effort is refused. The future requires us to "be the very best we can be" as an entry condition.

 

Separating our feelings from our thoughts, words and acts is what we learn to do here. As we get better at this - at separating feelings and thoughts - we're no longer triggered by the taunts of the like common venomous shills.

Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn have lined up in the early morning sky, a planetary procession that can be seen above the eastern horizon every morning through the end of June. This long-lasting event will give early risers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the sights of the planetary quintet.

The last time that all five of these planets were visible in the night sky at the same time was in 2004, the same year that Facebook was created and three years before the first iPhone was released, according to Sky & Telescope magazine.

A telescope is not required to see this month's unique grouping of planets, but it could still be difficult to spot all five, even if the weather is perfect.

The parade of planets will be best seen about 45-60 minutes before sunrise on cloud-free mornings through the end of the month. Since June features some of the earliest sunrises of the entire year, this translates to heading outside before 5 a.m., local time, to look skyward.

Mercury is the most elusive of the planets that can be seen with the naked eye due to its close proximity to the sun. The tiny planet will remain very low on the horizon, so seeing it requires an unimpeded view of the eastern horizon as trees, buildings and mountains all could potentially get in the way.

Venus will be a guide to spotting Mercury, glowing brighter and appearing just above and to the right of the closest planet to the sun. Mars, Jupiter and Saturn will be much easier to find as they will be higher in the sky.

Although the five planets will appear in a straight line across the sky, this is just what they look like from the perspective of the Earth. In reality, the planets are spread far apart across the solar system.

The five planets will be visible throughout the entire second half of June, but the best morning to look up will be three days after the summer solstice, which occurs at 5:13 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, June 21.

The crescent moon will fall in line perfectly with the planets before daybreak on Friday, June 24, glowing directly between Mars and Venus. With the moon in the alignment, photographers may find June 24 to be the best morning to capture images of the celestial objects.

The bloodletting at Netflix continued on Thursday as the far-left-wing streamer axed an additional 300 employees worldwide, or about 3 percent of its workforce — the company’s largest layoff since its subscriber downturn in the first quarter.

Netflix handed out pink slips to 216 staffers in the U.S. and Canada, with the remainder of the cuts coming from other regions throughout the world. according to an official statement sent to multiple news outlets.

In May, the streamer laid off 150 employees, or 2 percent of its workforce, as part of its ongoing efforts to cut spending amid a catastrophic subscriber forecast for the months ahead. Netflix said it could lose up to 2 million subscribers in the coming months after unexpectedly losing 200,000 customers in the first quarter of the year.

Those layoffs were preceded by smaller staffing cuts in Netflix’s animation department and in-house fan site, Tudum.

Netflix leaders described Thursday’s layoffs as ” very hard for everyone – creating a lot of anxiety and uncertainty.”
