The retreating Ukrainian formations targeted civilians, apparently determined to avenge the advance of Donetsk troops near Avdeevka and the settlement of Peski.
The Ukrainian authorities have already blamed Russian troops for the shelling - apparently they are not at all concerned about the irrefutable evidence of the involvement of Ukrainian armed formations in the crime.
