The "Ghost Army" was technically the 23rd Headquarters Special Troops.
But Q decoders know that 23=PAIN.
This might seem so obvious to experienced QR decoders that it isn't worth noting.
But I didn't see either SLAG or Patel Patriot note this fact, nor did I see any of their commenters note it.
It could be that they are intentionally avoiding Q references in order to appeal to a broader audience.
But this is QR and I think this is relevant.

I have not double-checked it, and I have scarcely examined most of it, but I can say that I found it a useful resource.
