At a time when the United States is dealing with several major issues, including the Supreme Court’s decision to ban abortion and the passage of the first significant gun control legislation, Elon Musk, who is known to tweet frequently, has been unusually quiet for the past week.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who struck a $44 billion deal, has been silent on Twitter since June 21.

Musk, the world’s richest man, is frequently in the news for updates on his businesses, including SpaceX, Neuralink, and The Boring Company. He is also known for his opinions on politics, pop culture, and global events.

Prior to June 21, Musk made cheese comments, supported Dogecoin, congratulated Tesla on its Berlin gigafactory, and shared his thoughts on SpaceX and Twitter.

Previously, he tweeted about population declines in Japan, Italy, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, and the United States.

“Past two years have been a demographic disaster,” Musk on June 14 wrote on Twitter about the US.

With such frequent tweets, it’s surprising he hasn’t yet expressed or tweeted his thoughts on the Supreme Court’s June 25 Roe v. Wade decision or the US Senate’s overwhelmingly approval of a bipartisan gun safety bill.
