if you mean the keystone xl pipeline == zero barrels it was never completed
it was supposed to carry about 830 thousand barrels per day
but it would have been tar sands oil that would have been refined and exported
the old keystone pipeline has moved 3.3 billion barrels since 2010
i did not find a barrels per day quote and i did not figure it out
