If you don't vote - you are just stupid and lazy; you are looking for an excuse to not get off your ass and vote.
Simple logic:

if the elections are rigged, your vote may or may not count. If you vote, your vote may or may not be counted or matter.

if the elections are not rigged, your vote will count.
So NOT voting is stupid considering you have a greater chance of your vote mattering than not mattering.
