None of the SCOTUS members were nominated by that retard, so no, it would not vitiate the rulings of this SCOTUS. Now, the next term, possibly, if Brown's vote was the determining vote. However, I don't think that "fraud vitiates everything" is actually going to apply to the 2020 election, though it should, sadly.
