No warrant should be granted unless it is based on signed testimony

that will stand up in court.

No one's rights should be infringed upon based solely on heresay.

Signed witness testimony & notarized

 

The way the 2nd Amendment is written means that

a citizen's right to have possession of weaponry

is beyond discussion.

It also means that citizens should be

ready and trained with weaponry at hand.

 

So if we do anything, it should be

to fund the training of all citizens

in the use of weaponry.
