I discovered something when I was looking at a few of Biden's speeches
HE CONSTANTLY TALKED ABOUT A NEW WORLD ORDER
He had planned this thing out over a long period of time.
The speech that really clarified this for me
was a speech made on the floor of the Senate.
It was big time military planning on how to use the U.N. forces.
The way he had it figured was that Congress could by-pass the President
and declare an emergency or military action without his approval.
Then,
if an emergency happened anywhere in the world
the UN Security Council could take charge.
Big talk about using the military.
Ya, I know. Alex Jones has said this for many years.
So what would qualify as an emergency?
a big act of terrorism? a nuclear bomb, perhaps?
using uranium from Canada and sold with HRC's approval???
