Pulaski County Circuit Judge Alice Gray said Monday she will decide in the coming days whether the law enforcement photographs showing the suicide of a Clinton White House insider should be exempt from the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act.

Mark Middleton's family members said it is necessary to block the photos' release to protect their privacy by preventing them from ever being published.

Middleton, a married father of daughters ages 18 and 20, died by suicide last month in Perry County. Said to be a close friend of Bill Clinton, Middleton, 59, was a senior aide during Clinton's administration, working as a special assistant to the president and an assistant to the president's chief of staff.

As things were really heating up in the mysterious “suicide” of yet another one of their close pals with Epstein ties, a judge stepped in and stopped the bleeding for them.

Radar Online reported that an Arkansas judge issued a preliminary injunction sealing the police report and crime scene photographs taken during the investigation into the suspicious suicide of Bill Clinton’s former presidential advisor linked to perv Jeffrey Epstein, Radar has exclusively learned.

Little Rock businessman Mark Middleton, who introduced the late perv to the former president, was found May 7 hanging from a tree with a shotgun blast through his chest and a cheap Dollar Tree-type extension cord around his neck in what investigators have determined to be a suicide.

While some suspect Middleton joins a long list of Clinton associates who have met an untimely death, Perry County Circuit Judge Alice Gray determined the money-man’s family would suffer “embarrassment and harassment” and “irreparable injury” if the shocking police records and grisly photos were released to the media.

Anne Heche's podcast where she 'drank vodka' with 'wine chasers' taken down due to 'inaccurate reporting'

The "Better Together" podcast episode where Anne Heche and co-host Heather Duffy "drank vodka" with "wine chasers" was taken down because of "inaccurate reporting," Fox News Digital can confirm.

The episode of the podcast was posted online Friday, but removed after Heche was involved in a near-fatal collision that caught a home on fire and left the actress in "critical condition."

The episode was originally recorded Tuesday - three days before the collision.

"We removed the episode because there was too much inaccurate reporting that the episode was recorded on the day of the accident when in fact, it was recorded on the Tuesday before the accident," Ryan Tillotson, a spokesperson for the media company behind the podcast, told Fox News Digital.
