PHOTOS & VISUAL DEPICTIONS INDISTINGUISHABLE FROM AN ACTUAL MINOR
In the United States, child pornography is illegal under federal law and in all states and is punishable by up to life imprisonment and fines of up to $250,000. U.S. laws regarding child pornography are virtually always enforced and amongst the harshest in the world.
Child pornography under federal law is defined as any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (someone under 18 years of age). Visual depictions include photographs, videos, digital or computer generated images indistinguishable from an actual minor, and images created, adapted, or modified, but appear to depict an identifiable, actual minor.

BOARD POLICY
Until there is additional clarification, board policy is to treat all illustrations that show youths with juvenile faces (especially those CLEARLY under the age of 15 or 16) combined with mature adult bodies in a state of undress or in degrading positions/situations (sitting on a toilet, smeared with feces, etc.) as inappropriate. These will be deleted and the user warned against posting them.
