Insanity: California State Senate Passes Bill that Ends Mandatory Reporting of Threats Made by Students

 

The California State Senate on Thursday passed a bill that ends mandatory reporting on students who threaten violence against the school to law enforcement. According to the language of the bill endorsed by the ACLU, “once students make contact with law enforcement, they are less likely to graduate high school and more likely to wind up in jail or prison.”

 

The law was authored by Senator Steve Bradford and was endorsed by ACLU California Action calling it a win for racial equality.

 

The co-sponsors are: Alliance for Boys and Men of Color, ACLU California Action, Black Organizing Project, Black Parallel School Board, Coleman Advocates for Children and Youth, Disability Rights California, Dolores Huerta Foundation, East Bay Community Law Center, PolicyLink, and Public Counsel.

 

SB 1273 also called “Eliminating Law Enforcement Mandate in Schools” would repeal the existing law that “whenever any employee of a school district or county superintendent of schools is attacked, assaulted, or physically threatened by any pupil, the employee and any person under whose direction or supervision the employee is employed who has knowledge of the incident are required to promptly report the incident to specified law enforcement authorities.”

Decades of research show the long-term harm to young people of even minimal contact with the juvenile or criminal legal systems. The TOR Thing

 

A little history lesson from one who had eyes on…kind of. This was during the belligerent occupation of QR by FastJack and his henchman BV, Austin Steinbart, aka OSS, K, B, Astroturf, WhiteGirls…f…d.gs, FlyingOnion, and dozen other names.

 

Up until that time we used to be able to post on QR using TOR on either the .onion or even clearweb using the TOR browser and even TOR clients like the shitty one in Brave…which sucked bc it bounced you every 5 min.

 

Around early Dec 2020, Austin must've gotten back on the dope one night bc he outed himself by accident as the pedo shill and the gore shill in the same bread and this was caught by a couple of sharp eyed Anons who kept tabs on such things. The damage was done and irreversible at that point.

 

A campaign of sorts got underway to expose this treachery and backstabbing by the board's BO and BV and Austin started banning all mentions of anything, or anyone who exposed them. Most, but far from all Anons, use VPNs, which is prescient as hell now. This resulted in hundreds of VPN nodes getting nuked…except he never nuked the ones in Phoenix or Mannassas, VA. Interesting, no?

 

The problem was TOR. Truther Anons started using TOR to get the word out and this was a problem for Austin, because he couldn't ban TOR.

 

But FastJack could. Jack disabled TOR posting for this reason and used some BS to justify it, but it totally had to do with the light burning his roach eyes and reducing his punk BV to the criminal he was, is, and likely will always be in the eyes of the Anons.

Then the deletion and banning of the B post are the additional verification that makes it highly probable, to the point of certainty, that these posts are valid by the person or persons that post with the Q trip.

It is likely that Q has a different password for the BO login, and the trip code. That is common security practice. I trust that

In a sense each state is like its own governing country.. if those within vote to expel God from the border of their state it becomes a little harder to have the favor of God in that state.. it's only due to the good people within these lost states like CA, NY and others that God doesn't withdraw grace completely and allow evil to reign over their total destruction. The British PM was ‘briefly’ anesthetized for a sinus operation

 

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson was briefly hospitalized under anesthetic on Monday for what his office called a “minor and routine” sinus operation. He is reportedly resting at home, with Deputy PM Dominic Raab serving in his stead until he recovers.

 

Johnson is expected to return to work on Tuesday depending on “how he feels,” including visiting Rwanda for a Commonwealth heads of government meeting. However, any significant military decisions – such as moves regarding the conflict in Ukraine – made within the next 24 hours are likely to be left up to Raab.

 

NHS guidance regarding general anesthetic warns against “driving, drinking alcohol and signing any legal documents for 24 to 48 hours” after a procedure, noting that the drugs can affect memory and concentration.

 

While the nature of Johnson’s surgery was not disclosed, The Guardian suggested he had been subjected to a functional endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis. The procedure widens the sinuses without making any cuts to the face.

 

Johnson’s office refused to disclose whether the PM had skipped the gargantuan 6.5 million-person NHS waiting list to receive the procedure, merely stating that the surgery had been scheduled “for a while.” A spokesperson said it was “certainly not [his] understanding” that the operation may have been related to Johnson’s diagnosed Covid-19 infection in 2020.

 

Waiting lists for basic procedures in the NHS have ballooned over the last two years, with millions of elective surgeries repeatedly postponed due to Covid-19 regulations that sought to keep hospital beds empty should they be required by virus-stricken patients. While the postponed procedures are classified as elective, such lengthy delays risk allowing non-emergency situations to spiral into fatal illness, such as diagnostic procedures that would normally catch cancers before they become inoperable.

There’s no wonder why it’s taken this long for the FBI to bring forward a recommendation. The rabbit hole is so deep on this one that it has taking dozens of investigators to determine the full extent of the crimes that have been committed. Perhaps the most interesting question here is whether or not the FBI’s investigation will be able to directly link The Clinton Foundation with The Hillary Victory Fund. If this happens, the DNC itself may be in jeopardy of accusations of either being an accomplice or of being complicit in racketeering.
