My answer from experience is your spirit/mental connection with all other life and humans giving you information you don't get from the other senses. The more sensitive you are the better you are able to sense and interpret the information. Larger events that many witness or experience the larger the power and further forward (or back in time from the event) you can sense that event.

Are All Men Created Equal?

 

Ideology is political religion, said the conservative sage Russell Kirk. And what is the defining dogma of the political religion, or ideology, of America in 2022? Is it not that, “All men are created equal”?

 

Yet, as with every religion, a basic question needs first to be asked and answered about this defining dogma of liberal ideology. Is it true? Are all men truly created equal? Are all races and ethnic groups equal? Are men and women equal? Are all religions equal? Or do we simply agree to accept that as true—and treat them all equally?

 

All Americans, we agree, have the same God-given rights to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” the same constitutional rights in the Bill of Rights, and the same civil rights, enshrined in federal law. But where is the historic, scientific or empirical proof of the defining dogma of American democracy that “all men are created equal”?

 

Thomas Jefferson, the statesman who immortalized the words, did not believe in equality, let alone equity. How he lived his life testifies to this disbelief. When he wrote the Declaration of Independence that contained the famous words, Jefferson was a slave owner. In that document, he speaks of the British as “brethren” connected to us by “ties of our common kindred,” ties of blood. But not all of those fighting against us were the equals of the British. There were, Jefferson wrote, those “merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.”

 

In an 1815 letter to John Adams, Jefferson celebrated “a natural aristocracy among men. The grounds of this are virtue and talents … The natural aristocracy I consider as the most precious gift of nature for the instruction, the trusts, and government of society.” Jefferson was an aristocrat, not a democrat.

 

Abraham Lincoln opposed slavery but did not believe in racial or social equality. Though he cited Jefferson’s “all men are created equal” at Gettysburg, he had conceded in an 1858 debate with Stephen Douglas that, “We cannot, then, make them equals,” adding that the white race in America should retain the superior position.

Corrupt ex-NYC judge Sylvia Ash sentenced to 15 months for obstructing justice

 

A corrupt former Brooklyn judge was sentenced to 15 months in prison Wednesday after being convicted of obstruction of justice charges – a case that “struck at the heart of the criminal justice system,” a federal jurist said.

 

The disgraced Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice, Sylvia Ash, was convicted of conspiracy to obstruct justice and other counts at trial last year for attempting to throw off federal investigators who were probing embezzlement at the Municipal Credit Union.

 

Ash previously served as chair of the Board of Directors of the MCU, a credit union that primarily serves New York City civil servants, such as firefighters, sanitation workers and police officers.

 

She helped the former CEO of the MCU, Kam Wong, embezzle millions of dollars from the financial institution, in part, by signing a misleading memo that purported to show he was authorized to receive the cash.

 

US District Judge Lewis Kaplan said it was “as tragic a case as I have seen in almost 28 years” as he handed down the sentence in Manhattan federal court.

 

Kaplan noted that Ash, who rose from a modest immigrant upbringing, had thrown away her career, her status in the community and her reputation.

 

Her downfall was a “just consequence of your own dishonest, corrupt and frankly outrageous conduct,” the judge said.

 

“It was not aberrational. It was calculated,” Kaplan said of the scheme.

 

Assistant US Attorney Eli Mark said Ash used her position as a judge in an attempt to get away with her crimes.

 

“She was a lawyer and a judge and she knew exactly what she was doing. She draped herself in the prestige of her position to get away with her conduct,” Mark said at the sentencing hearing.

 

In brief remarks, Ash acknowledged that she had lived the American dream – but threw it all away by committing her crimes.

 

“I was blessed with life beyond my imagination,” she said. “That is all gone now … it’s been destroyed. I have no one to blame but myself.”

 

US Attorney Damian Williams said in a statement that the sentence “sends a clear message that those who attempt to thwart a federal investigation face serious consequences for that corrosive conduct.”

 

Ash resigned from the bench earlier this month, according to the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct.

One more thing invented by the dark ones is that you only live once. Then after ‘death’ it is the end. It is either eternal hell or heaven. Another attempt to minimize the magnificence of the human life and existence. You only live once, so go ahead and do harmful things to your own being, because the parasites feed off of your lower energies. Party like a rock star, and drink yourself to death. For the dark needs your energies of misery in order to sustain itself.

 

 

In truth there is no death. You are the Soul. Your physical vessel is a vehicle which You the Soul use to operate on a planetary body. The Soul chooses when it will transition to the next life cycle, and incarnate in a different body, after spending many lifetimes on one planet, dimension, you will incarnate on other planets and dimensions.

"Michael Avenatti, former attorney for adult actress Stormy Daniels, pleaded guilty to five criminal counts on Thursday in federal court.

 

During his Santa Ana, California, court hearing, the anti-Trump lawyer pleaded guilty to four charges of wire fraud related to defrauding clients, Fox News reported.

 

He also admitted to obstructing and impeding the Internal Revenue Service from collecting up to $5 million in unpaid taxes.

 

Although he was suspended by the California State Bar, Avenatti represented himself. He was unable to reach a deal with the prosecution before now, but Fox reported that he ultimately "decided to change his plea in an effort to hold himself accountable and avoid any further embarrassment to his family."

 

Avenatti offered to plead guilty to the charges last month.

 

He was already sentenced in June to four years in prison for defrauding Daniels.

 

Avenatti faces up to 83 years in prison for the crimes to which he pleaded guilty on Thursday.

 

Federal prosecutors are expected to announce next week whether they plan on pursuing 31 additional criminal charges against Avenatti.

 

If the government does not bring additional charges against the attorney, his sentencing is expected to be in mid-September.

 

Regardless, he will be forced to pay more than $1 million in fines and about $14 million in restitution, Fox reported. "

DeSantis Doubles Down on Vaccinations, Says Florida Will Not ‘Jab’ Babies

 

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has doubled down on his policy of “no jabs for babies” at a press conference in Callahan on June 20.

 

“We recommend against [vaccinating babies],” the governor told the crowd. “We are not going to have any program where we’re trying to jab six-month-old babies with mRNA. That’s just the reality.”

 

DeSantis pushed back on media coverage that painted Florida in a bad light for the policy decision and accused the White House of spreading misinformation and trying to shame the state into submission.

 

“It’s what they do,” he said of the negative media coverage. “We’re not surprised the White House would amplify the lie because that’s what they do—they thought somehow we would be like embarrassed by that.”

 

The White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told news outlets on June 17 that DeSantis had “reversed course and is now ordering vaccines,” which led Florida press secretary Christina Pushaw to fire back accusing Jean-Pierre of “spreading disinformation.”

 

“Florida is not placing any orders of COVID shots for zero to 5-year-old babies and kids,” Pushaw posted on Twitter.

 

“What they have couched as a reversal is actually the governor’s steadfast position that … Florida does not recommend, nor distribute, shots for babies. Health care providers that want the vaccines can obtain them and any parent who wants it for their child can get it.”

 

“No state policy change in Florida. The only thing that’s changed was the federal government issued the EUA [emergency use authorization] for the shots today,” she continued. “Retract your lies.”

 

On June 15, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) advisory panel voted unanimously to recommend Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines for children as young as six months saying that the benefits outweigh the risks.

 

The governor said that after studying the data—and looking at what other European countries are doing—he said Florida will not be ordering the vaccine for children.

 

“We’re following the data,” DeSantis said. “I would just caution people, look at the actual data in the clinical trial. It’s the weakest possible data that you could possibly see … doesn’t even track the outcomes.”

 

DeSantis said that people can do what they think is right for their children.

 

“Our Department of Health has looked at it. There is no proven benefit to put a baby on mRNA so that’s why our recommendation is against it,” he said.

 

An area of concern with the clinical trials was that the FDA was not taking into consideration the very young children who had recovered from COVID, the governor said.

 

“They don’t have any clinical data on that,” he said. “These people in Washington have rejected the idea of natural immunity—they said that the vaccine was better than prior infection and every credible study that’s been done has said that’s not the case.”

Pope Francis prayed for peace in Ukraine at a ceremony that looked to a prophecy about peace and Russia that stems back more than a century to purported visions of the Virgin Mary to three peasant children in Fatima, Portugal, in 1917.

The significance of the prayers needed some explaining to those unfamiliar with Catholic history.

 

The Pope on March 25 consecrated Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary with a prayer asking for peace in the world, Catholic News Agency reported.

At the end of a penitential service in St. Peter’s Basilica, Francis carried out the act, saying: “Mother of God and our Mother, to your Immaculate Heart we solemnly entrust and consecrate ourselves, the Church and all humanity, especially Russia and Ukraine.

“Accept this act that we carry out with confidence and love. Grant that war may end and peace spread throughout the world.”

Francis invited bishops, priests and ordinary faithful around the world to join him in the consecration prayer, which opened with the pontiff entering St. Peter’s Basilica before an estimated 3,500 people, The Associated Press reported.

 

‘FREE US FROM WAR’

“Free us from war, protect our world from the menace of nuclear weapons,” the Pope prayed.

It ended with Francis sitting alone before a statue of the Madonna.

There, he solemnly asked forgiveness that humanity had “forgotten the lessons learned from the tragedies of the last century, the sacrifice of the millions who fell in two World Wars.”

 

In his homily, Francis said that the consecration “is no magic formula but a spiritual act.”

“It is an act of complete trust on the part of children who, amid the tribulation of this cruel and senseless war that threatens our world, turn to their Mother, reposing all their fears and pain in her heart and abandoning themselves to her,” he said.

Since Russia invaded its neighbor on Feb. 24 in what it calls a “special military operation”, the Pope has implicitly criticised Moscow, Reuters reported.

He has strongly condemning what he has called an “unjustified aggression” and denouncing “atrocities,” but he had not mentioned Russia by name.

He used the words Russia and Russians on March 25, although as part of a prayer and a homily.

It's a coincidence how you mentioned that you were praying for Zev last night because he actually came to my mind, indirectly, while I was praying to God and thanking Him for giving my wife a further sign about things I have told her in the past regarding Elijah and manifestations of God's Holy Spirit (Christ). This process, a very predictable yet unnatural outcome from the consequence of completely restructuring the energy sector which underpins the economy, is not going to get better. There is far more downside yet to travel.

 

We are entering the ‘you will have nothing, and you will be happy phase.’

Democrats in the House are using the opportunity provided by bipartisan agreement to enhance the personal security services for the Judicial Branch, in order to assign the same privileges to staff, aides, and people who work within the administration of government. DC is nothing if not predictable in its elitist view of its self-importance.

 

At the same time Nancy Pelosi and House Democrats, along with some insufferable republicans who pretend not to know how these issues are always manipulated to the benefit of the administrative state, are urgently constructing limits and restrictions to disarm lawful Americans; they are simultaneously building their own system of personal protective services to ensure they never have to face the same physical risks they initiate upon everyone else.

“Inexplicably, this urgent and uncontroversial bill has been sitting on Speaker Pelosi’s desk ever since,” he said. “The same House Democrats whose irresponsible rhetoric has contributed to this dangerous climate are themselves blocking added security for the judges and their spouses and their children.”

Forestry poll: Katie Britt sees lead increase after Trump endorsement

 

In just under a week after former President Donald Trump endorsed Republican U.S. Senate hopeful Katie Britt, newly released polling shows that her candidacy has received increased support from Alabama’s GOP electorate.

 

A poll released Friday, which was commissioned by the Alabama Forestry Association and conducted by McLaughlin & Associates, shows Britt leading U.S. Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Huntsville) by nearly 26 points.

 

The McLaughlin survey was conducted June 13-16 and consisted of 500 likely Republican primary runoff voters who were evenly interviewed via landline, cellphone and text message.

 

Poll results and memo as follows:

 

Katie Britt: 58.4%

Mo Brooks: 32.6%

Undecided: 9.0%

 

An AFA-McLaughlin poll released last Friday just hours before Trump endorsed Britt showed the former Business Council of Alabama head leading Brooks by 18 points.

 

AFA’s most recent poll would indicate that the 45th president’s endorsement of Britt’s candidacy is paying dividends for the first-time candidate, as her support increased by at least a seven-point margin.

 

According to the survey, 66.2% of respondents knew Britt was endorsed by the former president while 10.4% believed Brooks held Trump’s support.

 

Britt and Brooks will face off in the Republican primary runoff election next Tuesday, June 21.

 

The candidate that earns the GOP nod will face Democratic Party nominee Will Boyd in the November 8 general election to determine who will replace retiring U.S. Sen. Richard Shelby (R-Tuscaloosa).

The first one I did was about 3 months before turning 15. It took place in a farm house that was surprisingly more sterile than many of the other abortion clinics I had done abortions in. Mexican President To Meet with Joe Biden and Propose Western Hemisphere Union Just Like the EU

 

Earlier this month President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador of Mexico confirmed he would skip the Summit of the Americas conference in Los Angeles.

 

The Summit was hosted by President Biden and focused on the ongoing migration crisis at the US Southern border.

 

According to Reuters, Lopez Obrador previously threatened to boycott the event if the Biden administration excluded failed socialist regimes, Cuba, Venezuela, and Nicaragua.

 

After the administration confirmed that Cuba, Venezuela, and Nicaragua would not be on the invite list, Lopez Obrador announced his plans to skip the event.

 

But Lopez Obrador is meeting with Joe Biden in Washington DC in July.

 

According to reports, Lopez Obrador will push the White House about a plan to integrate all of the Western Hemisphere into one community similar to the European Union.

 

That way all citizens will be able to freely travel between the failed states, the sh*tholes, the developing nations and the United States and Canada.

US launches new alliance in Pacific

The informal group includes America, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and the UK

 

The US, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and the UK have formed a new group to boost economic and security ties with Pacific island nations.

 

In a joint statement on Friday, the members said the informal alliance, dubbed Partners in the Blue Pacific (PBP), was aimed at increasing the effectiveness of their ongoing efforts “to support prosperity, resilience, and security” in the region.

 

The group will operate “according to principles of Pacific regionalism, sovereignty, transparency, accountability, and most of all, [will be] led and guided by the Pacific islands,” the statement read.

 

PBP’s core goals also include the expansion of opportunities for cooperation between the Pacific island nations and the rest of the world, it added.

 

The alliance was needed because the region is facing “most urgent challenges,” including the climate crisis, Covid-19, and “growing pressure on the rules-based free and open international order.”

 

This may refer to China’s intensified attempts to bolster its influence in the Pacific and reach out to local players.

 

In April, Beijing signed a security pact with the Solomon Islands and has already begun training local troops. Last month, it also agreed an economic and technical cooperation deal with Samoa.

 

Those developments caused serious concerns in Australia and New Zealand, with the Biden administration promising to commit more resources to the region to counter China’s moves.

 

White House Indo-Pacific coordinator Kurt Campbell said on Thursday that more high-level US officials will visit the Pacific islands in the future, “recognizing that nothing replaces, really, diplomatic boots on the ground.”

 

“Sovereignty is central in terms of how we see the Pacific overall. Any initiative that compromises or calls into question that sovereignty, I think we would have concerns with,” Campbell said, without mentioning China specifically.

 

Last year, Australia, UK and the US launched the so-called AUKUS security alliance, which would see the trio working to arm Canberra with nuclear-powered submarines and cooperating on the development of hypersonic weapons.

 

China criticized the deal, saying it would only undermine security in the Pacific region.

Doesn't it seem like the homes WITHOUT guns will be the ones broken into?

An anti-abortion law Vice President Mike Pence signed as governor of Indiana could become the case that lets the Supreme Court reshape abortion rights as soon as next year.

 

The Indiana law — which prohibited abortion because of the gender, race or disability of the fetus, such as Down syndrome — was blocked by lower courts and is one of three significant anti-abortion state statutes that are sitting one level below the Supreme Court. If Indiana appeals this fall, and the justices accept the case, it could be the opening for a broader ruling on Roe v. Wade that could redefine abortion rights nationwide.

The January 6 show trial is partly about persecuting political opponents. But it’s also about covering up the truth of the 2020 election.

Part 1 of 4

The purpose of the January 6 committee is to further the lie that there was nothing seriously wrong with the 2020 election and to criminalize any questioning of the election. The January 6 riot gives the committee a nice hook, but that’s not what they really care about.

 

They want to prevent you from admitting the election was irregular, faulty, or anything less than the most perfect election in the history of mankind, and from supporting people who fought against those irregularities. In service of this goal, the January 6 committee repeatedly lied about the actual claims Donald Trump supporters have made about the flaws in the election.

 

The January 6 Committee is conducting a show trial, not a criminal one. Show trials, common in authoritarian regimes, are held for propaganda purposes, to punish political opponents, and to cover up the truth of what the regime has done.

 

Democrats’ show trial is completely one-sided. The members on the committee were appointed exclusively by Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi. There are zero Republican-appointed members. In fact, Pelosi refused to allow the top Republicans Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy picked for the committee — an unprecedented violation of House rules and norms.

 

No one represents the accused or advocates for their rights. No cross-examination or presentation of a defense has been allowed from the targets of the trial. The committee does not follow House rules on evidence or witness depositions. The so-called investigation has declared off-limits any good-faith inquiry into issues that contradict their persecution, whether a look at what led to the lack of security by Capitol police forces or a look at the legitimate concerns about the unique and novel way the 2020 election was conducted.

 

The show trial is deeply and profoundly un-American. This week’s “surprise” hearing has already imploded under the weight of the inaccurate testimony given by young staff assistant Cassandra Hutchinson. But last Thursday’s episode also deserves scrutiny for the lies it contained.

 

That hearing was focused on Jeffrey Clark, a Department of Justice (DOJ) official during the Trump administration who had proposed more aggressive investigative and legal efforts in the controversial aftermath of the 2020 election than many of his peers. Incidentally, among the growing concerns about a ream of false statements given is a report that Hutchinson also lied about Clark.

 

The Misdirection On ‘Fraud’

 

The “storyline” for the committee’s June 23 televised spectacle revolved around a letter that Clark drafted and wanted other DOJ officials to sign and send to the leadership of the Georgia state legislature. Here’s a portion of Rep. Liz Cheney’s loaded remarks about this. Before reading them, it should be noted that it has already been shown that Cheney repeatedly lied about DOJ lawyer Ken Klukowski throughout the hearing:

 

Neither Mr. Clark nor Mr. Klukowski had any evidence of widespread election fraud, but they were quite aware of what Mr. Trump wanted the department to do. Jeff Clark met privately with President Trump and others in the White House and agreed to assist the president without telling the senior leadership of the department who oversaw him.

 

As you will see, this letter claims that the US Department of Justice’s investigations have ‘Identified significant concerns that may have impacted the outcome of the election in multiple states, including the state of Georgia.’ In fact, Donald Trump knew this was a lie. The Department of Justice had already informed the president of the United States repeatedly that its investigations had found no fraud sufficient to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

 

The words fraud or fraudulent were used some 50 times in Thursday’s hearing, typically in the way they’re used in the excerpt above. The Democrat-appointed members would claim that Clark was alleging election fraud and, further, that everything about the election had been fully investigated and there was no evidence of problems with the election….

Putin speaks about Ukraine during first foreign trip since February

 

The Russian president shared his thoughts on the latest NATO summit and Moscow’s goals

 

Russia’s objectives in Ukraine have not changed, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday during a press conference in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.

 

“Nothing has changed,” Putin confirmed, saying that the final goal is “to liberate Donbass, to protect these people and to create conditions that would guarantee the safety of Russia itself. That’s it.”

 

The president clarified that while the goals stay the same, the tactics used to achieve them may change according to what the military considers appropriate. However, he insisted that “everything is going according to plan.”

 

“I'm not talking about deadlines, I never do, because that’s life, this is reality. Imposing deadlines is wrong, because it is related to the intensity of fighting, and the intensity is directly linked to the possible casualties. And we have to first and foremost think about preserving the lives of our guys,” he said.

 

Commenting on NATO Secretary-General’s confession that the bloc was getting ready for a conflict since 2014, Putin said that it was “nothing new” for Moscow. He added that for a long time, the US has been looking for an external enemy in order to rally the allies around Washington, and Russia was a better fit for that role than Iran.

 

This once again confirms what we have been saying all along: that NATO is a Cold War relic. We were always told that NATO has changed, that it is a political bloc now, but everyone was looking for a chance and a justification to give it a new momentum as a specifically military organisation. And there you go, they do it.

 

Responding to questions about Finland and Sweden joining the bloc, Putin said that West’s portrayal of this as the defeat of Russia’s purpose of keeping NATO away is completely false.

 

“We don’t have the kind of problems with Sweden and Finland that we unfortunately do with Ukraine,” he said. “We have no territorial disputes, we have nothing that would worry us with regards to Finland’s and Sweden’s NATO memberships. If they want to, let them.”

 

“They have to clearly understand that they didn’t have any threats before, but now, if military forces and infrastructure are located there, we will be forced to respond tit-for-tat, and create the same threats for the territories we are threatened from,” Putin warned. “This is obvious. Do they not understand it? Everything was fine before between us, but now there will be tension, of course, I repeat, if we are threatened.”

 

However, Putin underlined that at this time, Moscow does not view the potential threats from Stockholm and Helsinki as dangerous as the ones that have been coming from Kiev over the past years.
