How are we prepared to have the public come to this board when we have a welcome page that rants about a lot of "chan culture" nonsense that is extrmely off-putting to normies? Previous attempts to address this were attacked with claims that this board is NOT for the public, but that particular lie has now been addressed directly.
WE NEED TO FIX THIS BOARD RE: THE OBVIOUS NONSENSE
