Hey Guys, I had a follower come to me last night in a pm after Q posted the Alaska picture and said they might know what was being pointed to and if I was interested. I said sure if it isnt HAARP.
Now we know HAARP may have been what was pointed to, but I also think what they had to say was interesting also and something we may need to check out.

Around 2000 I was involved in a contract for the development of a super computer center in AK.
DoD contract through BMDO, the branch of the Pentagon that deals with ICBMs.
We built a super cluster there for r&d into processing systems that can handle massive amounts of data. The purpose was for missile guidance.
Very powerful servers. Wiki says it was built to study arctic weather patterns. I know for a fact that's not the real story.
That was 20 years ago. I think they've been using it for data collecting.
Here's the kick….
It was 100% pentagon controlled. Not under the jurisdiction of the NSA, CIA, DOH, etc.
I think the pic was a signal to those in the inside that know about it.
