This is an actual thing, my brother is super nice to the monkeys yet keeps his distance because they've grabbed lab techs in the past who were mean. To make matters worse, it's apparently a real challenge to explain the injuries in the ER when you can't mention you work in a secret lab doing animal testing. Yikes!
