There are plenty of hypocrites around. Might be that you and i disagree about definition of "bully." Usually includes an aggressive temperament and lack of self-control. Guys looking for a fight.
People I admire know how to stand up to bullies. They stay calm, don't kneejerk. Know how to wait, like hunters stalking their prey.
