Would it help, if the per post captcha is cut off for some minutes and then put back to work after that? Or is this bot this sophisticated to realize, that the captcha is in an on off mode?
They are doing everything they can to interrupt! Shows me more than they think! Is it because they can not shut down the site for some reason?
