I think Life is a video game to me in a sense that the rest of the world is simulated and is operating in darkness, although maybe the internet forever changed that. The game level is Kali Yuga; it's the toughest level since Brahma and Vishnu are gone, and hence fear rules.

i've let ABC 24/7 News run for a couple of days now. it's on hulu. here's what i found:
it's excellent for drowning out outside noises. i used to turn on 10-hour long youtube cafe crowd sounds. i find ABC a thousand times more effective.
it's a lifesaver.
in the age of satan (coming after my dead head is raised back to life) media screens/sounds should be on 24/7 in every household.
it drowns out, or at least tries to drown out everyday nonsenses, so you can focus on yourself.
