Look at the timing of the search warrant in relation to the phone leak handed to the J6 Committee.

Everyone thinks this is about the National Archives demanding documents and Trump failing to hand them over. False. The Presidential Records Act has no teeth, no statutory consequences, and no mechanism of retribution. The PRA is nothing more than guidelines with no consequences written into law for breaking.

The warrant was based off of whatever information they found in Jones' phone as the J6 witch hunt received it. They absolutely used it as the basis for the warrant given the context and timing of all of this.

That phone will inevitably become FOIA-able material. This was planned to happen. The lawyers did not "accidentally" leak it. Leaking it is the best thing to ever happen to the right. Now they can use two years of texts/media off the phone describing Democrat crimes against them.

If we're at the point that Eric Trump had to lie to calm the public, and that safe wasn't empty, then it's armageddon for the right. That means the DoJ knew of damning criminal material in that safe and DID find it. You do not bring a safecracker without specific reasoning. I've written and conducted warrants in my personal career. Safecrackers are not a typical individual to bring on a warrant, unless you very specifically know something.

If I'm wrong, or Eric lied, then Trump is dead in the water without a miracle and would be fleeing as we speak.
