I watched a video yesterday, a doctor had a .082 BAC (legal limit .08) and a woman without her seat belt on crossed over the center and hit him head-on killing her. It's agreed she caused the accident and he stayed in his lane, but that doesn't matter. Because of the .082 BAC they charged him with manslaughter.
