The revelation comes as Australia experiences its worst rental crisis on record.

 

Australian Bureau of Statistics data revealed that 87,000 residential properties in Queensland weren't being rented out, while there were 577,000 across Australia, The Courier Mail reported.

 

Property expert Michael Matusik believes there should be new tax measures put in place to 'incentivise or penalise' owners to release the homes for rent.

 

'Around 29 per cent of investment properties are not rented out. They are sitting there vacant,' Mr Matusik said.

 

According to Urban Utilities, the Sunshine State's largest water provider, 19,500 houses in lower southeast Queensland had their water connection turned on.

 

However, it was discovered that there were no one living in those homes for many months.

 

Unitywater executive manager customer and community Katherine Gee said their numbers showed 2,104 houses had used 1,000 litres or less water over a 90-day period.

 

Ms Gee added: 'It is important to note that it cannot be categorically stated that these properties are 'vacant'.

 

'We operate in a desirable region and some of these properties may be holiday homes or homes that are occupied for only parts of the year.'

Not a lot of wreckage, plenty of scorching, no easily identifiable large parts. On the right might be the remains of a three blade rotor unit.

I would expect to see the tail unit of a MV-22 and a pair of engines on the edge of the debris field.

If it was a CH-53 there should be a honking great engine/7 blade rotor head assembly easily visible and a tail boom too for that matter.

On the whole it looks more like a CH-53 silhouette on the ground rather than a 'T' shape I would expect with a MV-22.

Joe Biden's job approval rating is so bad that Democrats are increasingly hesitant to endorse his reelection. "That's something certainly we're all willing to entertain and examine when the time comes," Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D., N.Y.) said Sunday when asked if she'd support Biden in 2024. "Should he run again, I think that โ€ฆ we will take a look at it."

 

Democrats appear even less thrilled about the prospect of Vice President Kamala Harris winning the party's nomination. Some have argued (without evidence) that it would be better to nominate an alternative candidate such as Pete Buttigieg, Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, or Beto O'Rourke. Good luck with that!

 

Meanwhile, at least one Democrat has finally seen the light and accepted the truth: America needs another Cheney in the White House.

 

Robert Reich, the left-wing UC-Berkley professor who served under former presidents Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama, makes the case that Rep. Liz Cheney (R., Wyo.) has "demonstrated more courage and integrity than any other politician in America" and might just be "the best president of the United States for the perilous time we're entering."

 

In a Substack post published on Monday, the partisan Democrat suggested he would "probably" support Biden if the president seeks reelection in 2024. Nevertheless, Reich made a strong argument for why America would be better off with a neoconservative scion calling the shots. "All of America needs [Cheney] to run for president in 2024," he wrote. "Do we need her to win as well?"

Prior to meeting his Honor, they all spent a lovely night in our Shawshank era jail cells. No charge for the blue jump suit, cardboard slippers and calming Christopher Cross music being played on a loop, in hopes of a peaceful nights rest. Bail was set at $100,000 for each arrestee. We are currently arranging an all expenses paid transport to the Westchester County Time Share (jail), until they either post bail or return for their future court date. Ask for the one room lockout unit, fellas. Names and addresses will be shared with the media. Much like Elaine Benes' communist boyfriend Ned Isakoff (Seinfeld episode for all who have no clue what this reference is about) we don't "name names." on YPD Facebook. You'll have no problem learning who these guys are by the end of the day. Oh, the criminal charges:

Another update, somehow YPD Officer Devin Gregorio was not mentioned as one of our YPD track stars that caught, cuffed and cajoled our first Brooklyn cold dasher into a YPD police cruiser on Underhill Ave. yesterday. Nice work Officer Gregorio!! Thank you also to District Attorney Branch Chief Steve Ronco and our newest ADA Amanda, for being present for the arraignment this morning.

Again, just as Chief Noble mentioned last night, so many thanks to go around. Outstanding teamwork and commitment by all law enforcement agencies involved to make these arrests happen. The Bible teaches that there must be an end to self-esteem before true service can begin. Christians should not try and store up the feeble positive attributes of their personalities. That is like trying to stop the bleeding from an amputated arm with a Band-Aid; it wonโ€™t work for long.

 

Regardless of how successful or talented we are in ourselves, we will eventually fail. If nothing else, we will get older someday and will not be as productive as before. If our self-esteem is rooted in our accomplishments, then it will ultimately fail. All the security we have found in ourselves will then come crashing down around us.

 

The Christian should have Christ-esteem. Just like the Apostle Paul said, โ€œI am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for meโ€ (Gal. 2:20).

 

The secret to victorious Christian living is not found in self-improvement but in self-denial so that Christ can live through us.

 

This does not mean that God wants us to have a bad self-image. It just depends upon which self we are talking about. You see, every born-again believer has become a new person in Christ (2 Cor. 5:17). (Eph. 4:22-24).

 

The old man is corrupt and, at his best, is incapable of living the Christian life. This is the self that most people try to patch up and feel good about. Give it up! We have to die to this old self life with all its good and bad, and find a new identity in Christ.

 

The new man is exactly as Jesus is (1 Cor. 6:17)! Thatโ€™s right. We are a totally brand-new person in Christ. We have everything that Jesus has, in our spirits (1 John 4:17). We have a totally new identity in Christ. Why then would we want to fix up our old selves instead of just living in our new selves?

 

If we let the new man dominate us, weโ€™ll walk in power and victory in every area of our lives.

 

How can you tell if your thoughts and emotions are coming from the new, born-again self or the old carnal self? Godโ€™s Word is the key. Jesus says in John 6:63, โ€œThe words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.โ€ Any thought or emotion that agrees with what Godโ€™s Word says about you is from your new man. Any thought or emotion that violates Godโ€™s Word is from your old man or the devil.

 

If you are angry at someone, youโ€™re in the flesh (old man). Just repent and get back in the spirit (new man) where you have love, joy, and peace (Gal. 5:22). If you are afraid, youโ€™re in the flesh, โ€œfor God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mindโ€ (2 Tim. 1:7). Instead of going to God and asking Him to remove the fear, just step out of the flesh and into the spirit where there is no fear (1 John 4:18).

 

This is so simple you have to have someone help you misunderstand it. The problem is that we have had a lot of help misunderstanding these simple, biblical truths, but we have a solution.

Georgia Sheriff And Police Sergeant Threaten To Arrest Each Other During Screaming Match

Hiawassee, GA โ€“ Bodycam video captured the moment Towns County Sheriff Kenneth Henderson interrupted a Hiawassee police sergeantโ€™s traffic stop in June and started screaming at him (video below).

 

The Towns County Sheriffโ€™s Officer and the Hiawassee Police Department have had an ongoing dispute over boundaries for traffic stops, WXIA reported.

 

The sheriffโ€™s department has accused Hiawassee officers of pursuing suspects and traffic violators outside of the city limits.

 

The two agencies use the same dispatch center but have no other overlap of command, WXIA reported.

 

The argument between the two law enforcement officers occurred when Sheriff Henderson stopped to find out what was going on during a traffic stop that Hiawassee Police Sergeant Tracy James had made on June 24.

 

Sgt. James had just handed the driver of the vehicle heโ€™d stopped a citation when the sheriff rolled up and started asking his own questions, WXIA reported.

 

Bodycam video from Sgt. James showed that Sheriff Henderson approached the driverโ€™s window and asked him if heโ€™d been pursed from inside the city limits or stopped right where he was.

 

The sheriff thanked the driver and then turned to start lecturing Sgt. James.

 

But the Hiawassee police sergeant wasnโ€™t having it, the video showed.

 

โ€œGo pull the video at Bolero,โ€ Sgt. James told him.

 

But the video showed the sheriff wasnโ€™t listening and pointed his finger at the sergeant in a threatening manner.

 

โ€œYou get on my traffic stop again, I will arrest you!โ€ Sgt. Tracy James told Sheriff Henderson.

 

โ€œIโ€™ll arrest you right now,โ€ the sheriff retorted.

 

โ€œDo it, buddy. Do it,โ€ the sergeant said as the bodycam showed him walking away from Sheriff Henderson and back to his patrol vehicle.

 

But bodycam showed the sheriff wasnโ€™t letting him leave so easily.

 

Sgt. James tried again to explain to the sheriff that traffic cameras would prove that he had initiated the traffic stop within city limits, the video showed.

 

โ€œThereโ€™s cameras at Bolero and thereโ€™s cameras at Napa thatโ€ฆโ€ he started to explain but the sheriff cut him off.

 

โ€œShut your f-king mouth,โ€ Sheriff Henderson told the police sergeant, referring to him as โ€œboyโ€ more than once.

 

โ€œDonโ€™t talk to me like that, Iโ€™m not your โ€˜boy,โ€™โ€ Sgt. James shot back.

 

But that only made the sheriff angrier, the video showed.

 

โ€œYouโ€™re a f-kboy! Youโ€™re a f-kboy,โ€ Sheriff Henderson yelled at Sgt. James.

 

The video showed that the sheriff followed the sergeant to his vehicle and continued yelling at him the entire time.

 

Instead of yelling back, Sgt. James thanked the sheriff a few times as he jumped back into his cruiser.

 

Sgt. James did not lose his temper during the exchange and didnโ€™t use any foul language until after he was back inside his vehicle with the door shut.

 

At that point, bodycam video showed he called Sheriff Henderson a โ€œmotherf-ker,โ€ WXIA reported.

 

Hiawassee is a tiny city on Lake Chatuge in Towns County, near the North Carolina border.

 

Sources told WXIA that Hiawassee is so small, many drivers donโ€™t stop for police until after they have crossed out of the city limits, WXIA reported.

 

It wasnโ€™t the first time that Sheriff Henderson has gotten into it with the same Hiawassee officer.

 

Sources told WXIA that on Memorial Day weekend, the sheriff ordered Sgt. James to stop a pursuit that had crossed out of the city limits and the sergeant ignore his order.

 

Hiawassee Police Department policy allows an officer in โ€œhot pursuitโ€ to follow a suspect into another jurisdiction.

 

WXIA made an open records request for โ€œrecording(s) of Towns County Sheriff Kenneth โ€˜Odeโ€™ Henderson talking with and/or about Hiawassee officer(s).โ€

 

One of the audio recordings that was released contained a clip of the sheriff telling his deputies that Hiawassee officers are โ€œenemiesโ€ of the sheriffโ€™s office and not to fraternize with them.

I used to think Trump would be openly reinstated after the states withdrew their fraudulent electoral votes. That is not going to happen. 2024 is too far off for him to get back in with loyal voters, too much damage would be done by then, bad guys win long before then with the casualties from the vax and a full blown depression will be in full swing. No real clear indication that elections are going to be clean in Nov 2022, and even if house and senate go Republican they wonโ€™t do shit, most are compromised. I donโ€™t have money to donate to Trump anymore, sick of getting 15 emails a day. Best case scenario is they sweep in November, make DeSantis the Speaker, impeach Biden and Harris, put in DeSantis. But I donโ€™t see that happening at all. The reliance on one guy Durham working in a corrupt judicial system with a Stasi FBI is born to fail. If military devolution scenario is happening they need get that going quick, people are dying.

Pro-Life Facilities Are Under Attack. A Top DOJ Official Called Them โ€˜Fake Clinics.โ€™

 

The Justice Department official who investigates attacks on reproductive health care facilities has been a staunch critic of pro-life crisis pregnancy centers, dozens of which have been vandalized by abortion supporters over the past month.

 

Civil rights division chief Kristen Clarke criticized the centers following a Supreme Court decision issued in their favor in 2018. Clarke said the centers, which counsel pregnant women on alternatives to abortion, were "harmful" and "predatory" against women of color. She also referred to them with the hashtag, "ExposeFakeClinics."

 

Clarkeโ€™s stance on the centers offers a potential explanation for the Justice Departmentโ€™s refusal to investigate a string of attacks on pro-life centers since the May 2 leak of a draft Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. Sen. Marco Rubio (R., Fla.) asked Attorney General Merrick Garland last week to investigate the incidents as acts of domestic terrorism. Garland has yet to open an investigation, even though he said on Sept. 6 he would investigate crimes against "reproductive health center[s]" under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE Act).

 

Clarke oversees investigations of potential FACE Act violations. She charged nine people under the statute in March for blocking the entrance to a Washington, D.C., abortion provider.

Greater Sydney facing 'life-threatening emergency' weather event as thousands told to evacuate

 

Thousands of people have been told to leave their homes across Sydney as a dangerous weather event, expected to linger until Tuesday, escalates. And the next 24 hours are critical.

Key points:

 

Multiple evacuation orders have been issued in NSW

Roads are to be avoided with weather expected to get worse

The community is asked to act as soon as they can and seek higher ground

 

Fears over the formation of an east coast low have materialised with Sydney, the Central Coast, the Hunter region, the South Coast and the Illawarra experiencing torrential rain, damaging winds, flash flooding, coastal erosion and riverine flooding.

 

Some areas have received more than 200 millimetres of rain with higher rainfalls of more than 350mm for parts of the Illawarra.

 

Daily rainfall in some places has exceeded their averages for July. In the 24 hours up to 9am Sunday, the highest total of 368mm was recorded at Brogers Creek just south-west of Wollongong.

 

Major flooding is occurring on the Hawkesbury River at North Richmond and may exceed the levels reached on three previous events โ€” March 2021, March 2022 and April 2022.

 

The Windsor Bridge between Wilberforce Road and George Street is now closed, cutting off the direct link between northern Hawkesbury and Sydney.

 

It comes after the closures of the Richmond and Yarramundi bridges earlier today.

 

There are also fears the Georges River at Milperra Bridge may peak at about 4 metres in the next few hours and exceed its minor flood level of 2 metres at Picnic Point.

 

The Nepean River is now falling after peaking at 16.61 metres โ€” exceeding the level reached in the March-April floods earlier this year.

 

However, major flooding is continuing at Menangle and moderate flooding at Camden and Wallacia.

 

The State Emergency Service (SES) has issued a number of evacuation orders including for parts of Camden, Chipping Norton, Georges Hall, Moorebank, Warwick Farm, Woronora, Bents Basin, Pleasure Point and Wallacia.

The FBI seized electronic data of a retired four-star general related to his role in a lobbying campaign on behalf of Qatar.

 

The feds are investigating former Marine Gen. John R. Allen for FARA violations and accused him of giving the FBI a โ€œfalse version of eventsโ€ about his work for Qatar.

 

In 2017, Allen was chosen to lead the Brookings Institution, a highly powerful think tank that was financially backed by Qatar for years.

 

According to AP, Allen failed to disclose โ€œthat he was simultaneously pursuing multimillion-dollar business deals with the government of Qatar.โ€

PA Baby Formula Maker Gets Another $8.25M From State

 

HARRISBURG, PA โ€” The state of Pennsylvania on Thursday announced its plans to invest another $8.25 million in a baby formula plant near Reading that hopes to ease an ongoing nationwide shortage.

 

The investment in ByHeart, the first new federally-approved U.S. formula maker in 15 years, is in addition to the $1.75 million in state funding that helped ByHeart complete the $21.6 million facility in Exeter Township.

 

According to a statement from Gov. Tom Wolf's office, the investment will support additional production and hiring "that will ultimately feed up to 500,000 more babies" in the next two years.

 

"I promised to do everything I can to support Pennsylvania families," Wolf said in a statement. "What ByHeart is doing is amazing and innovative, I'm proud to invest in them and that they chose Pennsylvania as home."

 

The nationwide shortage started in February when Abbott Nutrition shut down the largest formula factory in the country after the Food and Drug Administration began investigating four bacterial infections among infants who consumed powdered formula from the plant. Two of the babies died.

This deal gave Cyrk access to the trading company's manufacturing arrangements in Asia. The nature of the business had reputed links that were part of the British opium dynasty, that sought to subjugate China starting in the 19th Century.

 

 

Among the reputed links to Simon Marketing are the Hong Kong & Shanghai Bank which financed the opium trade starting more than 150 years ago. In recent years, in a taped interview, the manager of what was the bank's unit in Chicago clearly admitted the same to us.

 

 

The bank's parent, Hong Kong & Shanghai Bank Corp., HSBC, was in the process of merging in 1999, with the reputed international criminal banking center, tied to the Russian mafia and Colombia/U.S. dope cartel, Republic National Bank of New York, headed by international gold smuggling tycoon Edmond Safra.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has admitted that the very lockdown policies it advocated for have been instrumental in a drastic increase in mental health issues on a global scale.

 

In a report published on Friday, the World Health Organization claimed that anxiety and depression rose globally by a staggering 25 per cent in the first year of Chinese coronavirus lockdowns, alone. As a result, the report estimated that over one billion people worldwide are now suffering from mental health issues.

The mental health issues facing children during lockdowns have been longstanding. A report from leading British UK universities in July of last year found that nearly five times as many children died of suicide compared to the virus during the first year of lockdowns.

 

โ€œThe risk of removal of [children and young people] from their normal activities across education and social events may prove a greater risk than that of SARS-CoV-2 itself,โ€ the study claimed.

I finally got the TOR servers working with both sys and the live servers.

This was tested from the dev server.

Changes were ported over from the dev server to the live servers.

This is when the salt rotated. It changed to what is on the dev server, which is not live.

Trip posting is not common on 8kun.top, and this was not verified after the work was done.

This is my fault, and I take responsibility for that.

It came as a surprise for me as well when trips had changed. Fixing this was relatively easy. I called an employee and asked them to put a backup on for me, which was fixed.

As far as the Q posts. These are verified now to the best of my ability. TOR hides the IP address of individual posters, so that can not be verified, but the login by the Board Owner of /projectdcomms/ I can see that.

Then the deletion and banning of the B post are the additional verification that makes it highly probable, to the point of certainty, that these posts are valid by the person or persons that post with the Q trip.

It is likely that Q has a different password for the BO login, and the trip code. That is common security practice. I trust that

Q would be familiar with security, using TOR is an additional security step that requires knowledge past the Tenderfoot stage of internet use.

I watched a video yesterday, a doctor had a .082 BAC (legal limit .08) and a woman without her seat belt on crossed over the center and hit him head-on killing her. I really hope they release proof of the retarded "journalists" who post retarded shit in here(& halfchan), then take a screenshot of it & write a story based off of the "anonymous" post that THEY were the ones who posted in the first place.

Sure it's extreme, & would probably get violent at first, but maybe explain the situation first before dumping everything. Get people to start putting shit into perspective, talk less, get some proper Critical Thinking skills & stop being a push-over, stop assuming everyone around you has good intentions & maybe start to work on yourself.
