as I wrote, one can always, or at least usually, find a loophole in any Jewish law, just find the right Rabbi to interpret it for you.
However, "Thou Shalt Not Kill" is one of the ten most prominent commandments of God to the Jews; and you really have to twist that to claim that gives a right to an abortion.
