Sugary foods like watermelon should be minimized, not encouraged.
Eggs are one of the healthiest foods you can eat and should be encouraged not discouraged.
Butter is healthy. Good fats should be encouraged.
FROSTED MINI WHEATS should DEFINITELY be discouraged because carbohydrates should be minimized (leads to obesity and heart problems) and sugars should be minimized.
Sweet potato fries should be minimizes not encouraged.
Beef should be encouraged, not minimized as beef contains lots of minerals and proteins and good fats.

Contrary to this nutrition guide as being something to follow, as a very healthy person myself who follows a ketogenic diet, THIS GUIDE IS WHAT I WOULD PUT TOGETHER IF I WANTED TO DELIBERATELY HARM AND POISON PEOPLE'S BODIES.
The 'scientists' and 'sponsors' who put this together should be investigated for fraud and negligence. This is the WORST DIET GUIDE EVER IN HUMAN HISTORY.
