This post is to encourage anons to dig and learn history.

Q says future proves past but I suggest to you anons that learning past will teach us how to fight. Learning from things that failed and why (do different) as well as learning successes.

Doing so will also help you see they are using similar tactics now. They are building their army ( irs and railroad [modern day pinkertons])

When we study Haymarket Affair, Homestead Strike, and Pullman Affair we see victories of the people and the corrupt shift tactics. Later Supreme Court ( day late and dollar short) came back and ruled many of their actions were unconstitutional. Those rulings are now on our side even though they didn't help We The People when they were needed most. They are needed now!

Homestead Strike had victories because the towns people kicked the Pinkerton's ass. (((they))) learned from that for the Pullman Affair and sidelined the NG and the  President sent the US Army to successfully crush the people . It was becoming a Nationwide success before the Army came in. (SC later ruled Pullman's actions were unconstitutional and Pullman was ordered to divest his entire structure). The President used the Commerce Clause and based it on ~some~ trains carried Mail therefore the strike interfered with interstate commerce.

Trump told us we can win if we don't lose our spirit.

Keeping with the theme of history, anons should know that Governors can be sworn in early because it has already happened before. QUESTION POSEDIf Governors can do it can a President for the same reason?

Understanding the full power of the Commerce Clause will help us find it's weakness.

Studying Interstate compacts and how we avoid the obstacles is critical. It will also help us see what is happening in front of us.

EXAMPLEcould we avoid this failure by getting 118th Congress to agree with State legislatures to audit Joe Biden's victory. We would not be threatening the federal structure or a  threat of encroachment or interference through enhanced state power. States have the power to audit and Joe Biden ( a person) is not the federal structure
