U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart has been the subject of a massive right-wing social media attack after he signed off on a search warrant for Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate Friday (Aug. 5). The judge’s address and other personal information were shared online, and threats on his life were made.

Reinhart is Jewish and a member of Temple Beth David in Palm Beach Gardens, a Conservative synagogue where he also serves on the board of trustees. The synagogue frequently holds Friday night Shabbat services on the beach, described on the website as “the most spiritual Shabbat experience we’ve ever had.”

Prior to becoming a judge in 2018, Reinhart spent 12 years as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, the office tasked with investigating the pedophile Jeffrey Epstein for sex trafficking in 2005.

The federal case against Epstein ultimately went nowhere thanks to a controversial non-prosecution agreement Epstein's lawyers negotiated with the U.S. Attorney's office. While the terms of that deal were being finalized in late 2007, Reinhart opened a limited liability company in Florida listed at the same address used by Epstein's lead attorney, Jack Goldberger. Reinhart resigned from the U.S. Attorney's office on Jan. 1, 2008. Epstein hired him the very next day. Reinhart would go on to represent Epstein's pilot, scheduler, and alleged "sex slave," all of whom received immunity from federal prosecution.

CIA Director William Burns formerly headed a prominent D.C. think tank while it employed Chinese Communist Party (CCP) members, a Daily Caller News Foundation investigation has found.

Carnegie employed at least 20 CCP members while Burns was president, four of whom were brought on during his tenure, the DCNF found.

Drone attack hits US base

The al-Tanf facility in Syria has been targeted before

The al-Tanf military base in southern Syria was hit by numerous armed drones on Monday morning, with the US military reporting no casualties. The base, used by American and allied forces, as well as Syrian anti-government militants, has been attacked before, with Washington blaming Iran for the assaults.

According to Operation Inherent Resolve, the US-led mission in Syria, the base was hit by “an attack by multiple unmanned aerial systems” shortly after dawn on Monday. Coalition forces prevented one of the drones from impacting, while a second detonated within the part of the base operated by US-sponsored Syrian militants.

The detonation resulted in “zero casualties or reported damage,” the US said, while other attempted strikes “were not successful.”

Nurses who witnessed “brutal” hospital COVID-19 treatment protocols kill patients paint a bleak picture of what is taking place in state and federally funded health care systems.

“They’re horrific, and they’re all in lockstep,” Staci Kay, a nurse practitioner with the North Carolina Physicians for Freedom who left the hospital system to start her own early treatment private practice, told The Epoch Times. “They will not consider protocols outside of what’s given to them by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and the NIH (National Institute of Health). And nobody is asking why.”

Fueled by cognitive dissonance amid an array of red flags, Kay said hospital staff is ignoring blatantly problematic treatments that performed poorly in clinical trials, such as remdesivir, and protocols such as keeping the patient isolated, just to adhere to the federal canon.

“I’ve seen people die with their family watching via iPad on Facetime,” Kay said. “It was brutal.”

As a former nurse in intensive care, Kay said she had seen her share of tragedy, but how she saw COVID patients being treated “had me waking up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat with chest pains.”

Abstract

The use of dark-field microscopic analysis of fresh peripheral blood on a slide was once widespread in medicine, allowing a first and immediate assessment of the state of health of the corpuscular components of the blood. In the present study we analyzed with a dark-field optical microscope the peripheral blood drop from 1,006 symptomatic subjects after inoculation with an mRNA injection (Pfizer/BioNTech or Moderna), starting from March 2021. There were 948 subjects (94% of the total sample) whose blood showed aggregation of erythrocytes and the presence of particles of various shapes and sizes of unclear origin one month after the mRNA inoculation. In 12 subjects, blood was examined with the same method before vaccination, showing a perfectly normal hematological distribution. The alterations found after the inoculation of the mRNA injections further reinforce the suspicion that the modifications were due to the so-called “vaccines” themselves. We report 4 clinical cases, chosen as representative of the entire case series. Further studies are needed to define the exact nature of the particles found in the blood and to identify possible solutions to the problems they are evidently causing.

Trump calls on FBI to return "privileged" documents seized

Former US President Trump demanded on Sunday that the FBI return confiscated documents that were allegedly protected by attorney-client and executive privileges. The FBI raided Trump's Mar-a-Lago home on Monday, recovering 11 sets of classified documents.

The FBI seized boxes covered by attorney-client privilege and possibly executive privilege on Saturday, according to unnamed sources familiar with the investigation to Fox News.

"It has just been learned that the FBI, in its now famous raid of Mar-a-Lago, took boxes of privileged ‘attorney-client’ material, and also ‘executive’ privileged material, which they knowingly should not have taken," Trump said on Truth Social.

"By copy of this TRUTH, I respectfully request that these documents be immediately returned to the location from which they were taken," he said.

House Intelligence Committee Chair Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) told CBS' Face the Nation that he hadn't seen any evidence to back up Trump's claim that the materials had been declassified. "A former president has no declassification authority," Schiff said.

"And the idea that 18 months after the fact Donald Trump could simply announce, 'Well, I'm retroactively declassifying, or whatever I took home had the effect of declassifying them' is absurd."

Trump and his associates have regularly used presidential privilege to prevent the release of papers or information. He attempted to assert executive privilege over presidential records requested by the House Jan. 6 committee last year but was rebuffed.

Several former Obama administration officials have also refused to testify before the committee, citing executive privilege.

The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) is set to release the 8th edition of their Standards of Care this year, but a recently unearthed, early draft reveals that their minimum age recommendations for children to start the process of medicalized gender transition have been lowered.

For cross-sex hormones, the recommended minimum age has been lowered to 14, from 16 in the previous guidelines. The recommended age limit for double mastectomies of healthy breasts has been lowered to 15, and for male minors seeking breast augmentation, WPATh recommends 16 years old as the lower age limit. That is also the age limit, per WPATH's draft guidelines, for facial surgeries and tracheal shaves.

The age for genital surgeries, such as hysterectomy and vaginoplasty, has been lowered to 17, a year earlier than previous guidance.

The WPATH sets international guidelines and protocols for the medical process of gender transition, which is undertaken through prescribing cross-sex hormones and through surgical procedures designed to give the appearance of the opposite sex, though function is often lacking and complications are common.

WPATH also gives recommendations for minors. These guidelines are viewed as the gold standard for the field of health care for those diagnosed with gender dysphoria, and are widely used in hospitals and clinics across the US, Canada and the UK. WPATH guidelines are highly influential to major medical groups, including the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Psychological Association, as well as for health insurance companies around the world.

A person undergoing medicalized gender transition will be expected to take cross-sex hormones for the rest of their life. These hormones can permanently alter the body in a matter of months. WPATH recommends beginning this life-long course of treatment at the age of 14, two years earlier than the group’s previous advice.

IOF shoot Palestinian, leave him to bleed to death, arrest several

Palestinian Mohammad Shaham died of severe wounds due to live bullets shot by Israeli forces to his head at dawn Monday, after Israeli occupation forces stormed his house in Kafr 'Aqab, northwest Al-Quds.

The martyr's father, Ibrahim Shaham, stated that special Israeli forces raided his house late in the night, shooting his son at point-blank range in the head, leaving him to bleed on the ground for over 40 minutes before arresting him.

The Resistance committees mourned the martyrdom of Shaham, saying in a statement that "The blood of Shaham and every martyr will remain a beacon for all revolutionaries among our people until liberation and return; [it will] remain a curse that chases the criminal enemy until expelled from our blessed land."

Mass arrests in Ramallah and Beit Lahm

Furthermore, the Israeli occupation forces arrested 10 citizens from Deir Abu Mash'al and Birzeit, northwest Ramallah.

Jewish-American CEO living in Gulf facilitates normalization by trade

Jewish-American entrepreneur Bruce Gurfein, who had been living in the Gulf countries for 25 years and had brokered Arab-Israeli deals long before the 2020 normalization of Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Bahrain, sought to do business in the grey areas while formal ties remain underway.

Similar to the UAE and Bahrain before the 2020 deal, Israelis and Saudis were often not allowed to enter each other's land unless they have second passports granted by other nations. However, through subsidiaries incorporated in other nations, a number of Israeli businesses have succeeded in conducting business in Saudi Arabia.

Gurfein is the CEO of Connect LLC, a technological investment business owned by Abdullah Al Naboodah, one of the UAE's richest individuals. He's attempting to establish a business accelerator in Saudi Arabia that will entice firms that are developing innovative approaches to food security and agriculture in the desert. He noted that the businesses could come from different backgrounds, including "Israel".

Earlier, Gurfein had said that he had made a trip from Saudi Arabia to occupied Al-Quds, proof that the Gulf is open to doing business in grey areas prior to normalization. During his trip, the CEO stopped at a few farms in the desert to test the waters on his grey area project.

“We’re hoping that the noise that this trip is going to create will bring additional companies,” Gurfein said. “We’re setting up the infrastructure so that when the companies come, we know where we can redirect them. That’s why we’re dealing with these farms.”

Gurfein advises people who are hopeful that Saudi Arabia would fully join the normalization agreements to take their time.

Before leaving Saudi Arabia, Gurfein observed in a blog post on LinkedIn that the earlier generation of Saudi Arabian monarchs was internally opposed to connections with "Israel".

“A premature open peace agreement with Israel would inevitably hurt the rest of the changes and efforts within Saudi today and lead to a formal peace, a peace between governments, but not necessarily between their people,” Gurfein wrote. “If we want real peace to be achieved between Israel and Saudi Arabia, we need to build financial structures and trade platforms via third parties and countries that will allow the nations to get to know each other on a personal level and let the people see the benefits of business relationships and a true open peace.”

In an article by Israel Hayom, it has been revealed that Israeli envoys visited Riyadh several times throughout a period of time that extends for over a decade now. However, these visits have always been kept secret.

There has been one exception to the secret visits and that is former Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit in November of 2020 to the Red Sea city of Neom, which was widely yet carefully publicized, where he met with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman (MBS).

Previously, Israeli security minister Benny Gantz had visited Saudi Arabia as chief of staff, while Aluf Meir Dagan, Tamir Pardo, and Yossi Cohen arrived as heads of Mossad and Ben Shabbat as head of the National Security Council. The purpose of the visit was to develop military coordination, especially against Iran. Netanyahu, as did most Israeli officials, had flown to SA in a private plane especially leased for this occasion. At the time, it was business contacts that have matured into political, military, and security deals.

Earlier, Al-Rajhi Bank, the world's largest Islamic bank, has become the largest shareholder in the Israeli startup Otonomo Technologies Ltd.

According to a regulatory filing dated July 4, Saudi-based investment firm Mithaq Capital SPC boosted its stake in Otonomo from 5.2% to 20.41%.

Otonomo is a software firm that leverages proprietary technology and data from millions of cars to give cloud-based solutions for car manufacturers and service providers to create service apps for their customers.

Mithaq would be able to discuss and influence Otonomo's decisions on strategy, governance, and business as a result of the investment.
