Each and every one of these lawsuits were dismissed on PROCEDURAL GROUNDS before any legal argument could be made or evidence presented.
The exact same thing happened to each and every lawsuit alleging election fraud.
So the next time you hear anyone spout the nonsense that "Trump lost every election lawsuit that was brought" including the Texas + swing states case brought before SCOTUS, tell them that those compd courts conspired to disallow every lawsuit from going forward.
Those lawsuits WERE NOT LOST.
Those lawsuits were DELIBERATELY KILLED before evidence could be presented.
