Reports of the agency’s massive spend on weapons and combat equipment appear to be at odds with its stated purpose of “providing America’s taxpayers top quality service by helping them understand and meet their tax responsibilities.” It also resurfaces as President Joe Biden deploying 87,000 new Internal Revenue Service (IRS) agents to audit Americans.

 

Prior to the minting of President Biden’s nearly 100,000 new IRS agents, the agency already had a sizable budget, of which tens of millions of dollars had been spent on purchasing military-oriented gear.

 

Between the fiscal years 2006 and 2019, the agency spent $21.3 million on guns, ammunition and military-style equipment, using the funds to stockpile 4,500 guns and five million rounds of ammunition.

 

The government watchdog group Open The Books conducted a case study itemizing the items purchased by the IRS between fiscal years 2015 and 2019.

 

Of a total of $8.7 million spent, $4.5 million was directed towards guns and ammunition while $4.2 million was designated for combat equipment.

 

“As of January 1, 2019, the IRS owned 4,600 guns and stockpiled 5 million rounds of ammunition. This included 621 shotguns, 539 long-barrel rifles, [and] 15 submachine guns,” explains Open The Books in its report, “The Militarization of The U.S. Executive Agencies.”

 

The weapons and ammunition are believed to be used by the agency’s roughly 2,200 Special Agents, who are “investigative forensic accountants utilizing specialized technology to uncover sophisticated schemes to defraud the government, as well as assist in counterterrorism and anti-narcotics efforts,” noted Open The Books.

 

In addition to handguns, items such as long guns, shotgun ammunition, night vision scopes, ballistic shields, and several forms of body armor were also purchased by the IRS with its taxpayer-provided millions.

 

It remains unclear whether or not President Biden’s boost to the IRS budget mole results in the agency gaining more military style equipment or weapons.

Special counsel John Durham on Wednesday filed a motion to block Igor Danchenko, a key source for the anti-Trump Steele dossier, from using classified information as part of his defense at his upcoming criminal trial.

Mr. Durham’s team filed the objection under seal, so it is unclear why he opposes Mr. Danchenko using the information at his trial, which is set to start in October.

 

A brief, one-page order accompanying the motion says the government objects to the “use, relevance and admissibility” of the classified information.

 

Earlier this month, Mr. Danchenko filed his own motion signaling that he intends to use classified information in his defense. That motion was also filed under seal and did not offer any more details on how the materials could help defense attorneys make their case.

 

The government has already provided Mr. Danchenko’s attorneys with 5,000 classified documents and 61,000 unclassified documents, according to a court filing in May.

 

Mr. Danchenko last fall was charged with repeatedly lying to the FBI about how he compiled information for British ex-spy Christopher Steele’s salacious and unverified dossier that was filled with now-debunked accusations tying former President Donald Trump to Russia.

He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

 

Prosecutors say the information Mr. Danchenko gathered was built on exaggerations, rumors and outright lies. The indictment also suggests that Mr. Danchenko lied to Mr. Steele about how he was getting his information.

 

Mr. Danchenko is accused of intentionally misleading the FBI when he denied in a 2017 interview that his primary source for a section of the dossier was Charles H. Dolan Jr., a former aide to Hillary Clinton. Mrs. Clinton, the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee, lost the election to Mr. Trump.

 

Both sides have spent the summer fighting over the use and production of classified documents.

 

In May, Mr. Danchenko’s attorneys blamed Mr. Durham’s team for slow-walking the production of classified documents. Mr. Durham, in turn, accused the FBI and other U.S. intelligence agencies of delaying handing over documents to his team.

 

Mr. Durham said the FBI and other intelligence agencies have been slow to declassify some of the materials because of “recent world events,” possibly referring to Russia’s war with Ukraine.

Ultimately, all or most of the classified documents were turned over to Mr. Danchenko’s attorneys by June, according to court filings.

 

Mr. Durham was tapped by Attorney General William P. Barr in 2019 to probe allegations of misconduct by the FBI and other U.S, intelligence agencies investigating allegations of collusion between candidate Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign and the Russian government.

This weekend, while speaking at the Liberty Forum of Silicon Valley, I was asked a question about the status of the development of an influenza/COVID-19 mRNA vaccine.

 

A quick search on clinicaltrials.gov (which is a government website where clinical trials are registered), found the following combined influenza/COVID-19 clinical trial, which is currently recruiting:

 

A Safety, Reactogenicity, and Immunogenicity Study of mRNA-1073 (COVID-19/Influenza) Vaccine in Adults 18 to 75 Years Old

 

This is a phase 1 and 2 combined randomized clinical trial which anticipates enrollment of 1,050 participants.

 

Today, a reader sent me a link to the article below, which clearly shows that the pre-clinical phase of these combination vaccines has been concluded and APPROVED by the FDA. Enrollment for the clinical trials is about to begin.

 

Clinical trials for ‘entirely new’ mRNA flu vaccines launching soon. Will they work better?

 

Based on COVID-19 ‘messenger’ RNA or mRNA vaccines, the new flu vaccines could better protect people from multiple types of flu. First up for testing: older people.

 

Moderna has created a new vaccine that aims to provide combined protection against both flu and COVID-19, including the most recent variants of COVID-19

(The clinical trial director) expects to start testing Moderna’s combined flu/COVID-19 vaccine in the late summer or early fall.

 

Colorado (UC Health) already has an “mRNA vaccine for influenza” clinical trial that is already enrolling, and this one is about about to enroll. What does this mean?

 

This means that these mRNA combo vaccines are again being given status as a “vaccine,” and not a gene therapy product. Otherwise, pre-clinical development would have taken much, much longer.

That the use of pseudouridine has been given the green light again, without further preclinical testing on safety. That the length of time the mRNA continues to make protein once in the body and levels of protein expressed over time has not been assessed in an animal body prior to the onset of these trials. This is shocking.

It appears that the FDA also did not require more testing of the nano lipid particles for safety, reproductive toxicity and bio-distribution in an animal model. This assumption is again based on the short timeline to clinical trial for these products.

This also implies that there have been no further pre-clinical studies regarding the spike protein as a toxin in the combination flu/COVID-19 mRNA vaccine candidate.

 

With this doozy of a truth bomb, I set out to discover just what clinical trials are currently enrolling.

 

A couple of simple searches on ClinicalTrials.gov revealed that there are a large number of new trials currently enrolling or about to enroll. In fact, the simple search term “mRNA vaccine” had a search result of 98 clinical trials not yet recruiting and currently enrolling. Of those currently enrolling, clinicaltrials.gov had a chart for those results, as follows:

Probably Susan Rice and Peter Strzok, who was working for both Mr. Brennan in the CIA and the FBI on the quote ‘counterintelligence investigation’. We have to go back to at least August 15, of 2016 when Strzok and Page text each other about the insurance policy they discussed in McCabe’s office.

 

It’s the very next day, August 16, 2016, before the election when they opened the file on General Flynn.

 

The day after that they slipped an agent [believed to be Joe Pientka] into the Presidential briefing to spy on General Flynn.

 

Could Peter Strzok have worked for both the FBI and CIA, or only one entity? If that entity was the CIA, how could Peter Strzok have been fired from the FBI if he never worked for the FBI?

 

These are HUGE questions. Did the Deep State lie to President Trump when they claimed they fired Peter Strzok from the FBI because he never worked for the FBI? How could he have been fired from the FBI if he worked for the CIA?

 

Did President Trump trump the Deep State?

 

There is no evidence that Peter Strzok ever worked or served in any FBI field office. Nor is there any evidence that Strzok attended the FBI academy in Quantico, Virginia. There is no evidence Strzok ever graduated from Quantico. Any of these would indicate his attachment to the FBI but they cannot be found.

 

Strzok’s history shows that he left the Army and was immediately assigned to the White House. (See picture above of Strzok in the late 1990’s in the Clinton White House.) When did Strzok have time to attend the FBI academy if he went directly to the White House?

 

Another indication of Strzok’s connection to the CIA is that he signed a document with the title not of an FBI employee but with a CIA title.

 

It appears Peter Strzok was under the FBI to allow the CIA to operate in the US and that Crossfire Hurricane was a political operation by the CIA disguised as an FBI operation.

The same Florida magistrate who approved the raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home will decide on Thursday if we can see why he approved it. We’d like to check his work, you understand. Because it looks like the FBI is up to its old tricks again. Indeed, the FBI’s supposed “leaker” who complained about Trump’s document cache seems to have obliterated the excuses we’ve heard for the raid and laid bare the sole reason behind it: get Trump.

News organizations and Judicial Watch want to see the affidavit which supports the raid — the raid that was so, so emergent that the DOJ waited weeks to ask for the search warrant, and then days to execute.

The FBI and DOJ, of course, don’t want us to see the evidence that allegedly supports the propriety of the Mar-a-Lago smash and grab. They must have had an overweening need to get those nuclear secret documents that the Feds told the media Trump had.

Thing is, we don’t need to read the docs; we’d just like to know that there’s more support for the report than the leak to The Washington Post that Trump had “classified documents relating to nuclear weapons.” Or more than the speculative rantings of Maggie Haberman on Twitter. Or more than the Wall Street Journal story leaked by the Feds in their tried-and-true continuous feedback loop. This loop starts with leaks to the media, the media dutifully report them, and the FBI uses the stories as “evidence” in their warrant applications. See how that works? They pulled this trick in the Alfa-Bank, Steele Dossier, Gretchen Whitmer, and Russian Collusion cases. So we hope you understand the skepticism.

Indeed, as I wrote those words above, news came from Professor Margot Cleveland, who writes for The Federalist, that that’s exactly what they did.

Prosecutors will argue Thursday that one of the reasons for keeping a lock on the documents is that they reveal sources, such as their media transcribers — in this case, The Wall Street Journal, which “set the narrative” for the raid.

Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec dug into the details of a new story that reveals the Biden regime has been flying tens of thousands of unaccompanied migrant children to “sponsors.”

 

“This is just an incredible story, obviously, we know War Room Steve Bannon had this story this morning… Make sure you go to The Post Millennial, check this out, and understand what’s going on. A federal whistleblower has come forward to Savannah Hernandez, who was with me in Davos,” said Posobiec, recounting how Hernandez was with him when he was detained by World Economic Forum-aligned police earlier this year in Switzerland.

 

 

 

“Well now, Sav is back with another amazing exclusive. This federal whistleblower has come forward, to tell the truth about the secret night flights that the Biden regime is conducting. 2,000 to 3,000 children were told per week, and that’s just one office. If you include all the offices from the border, it might be as many as 10,000 a week, and they’re flying them all across. That’s 40,000 per month, flown all across the country. Sometimes they have sponsors, sometimes they’re vetted, sometimes unvetted.

 

Reading from The Post Millennial‘s story, Posobiec says that an “anonymous whistleblower who works as a ‘travel youth care worker’ for a federally funded contractor, shared that tens of thousands of unaccompanied migrant children are being bussed and flown throughout the US and being handed off to unvetted adult ‘sponsors.'”

 

Posobiec notes that Hernandez reports the name of, MVM Inc., a company whose “focus is getting unaccompanied minors from ‘Point A, shelters,’ to ‘Point B, sponsors,’ across the US.'”

 

The story states that “due to the overwhelming number of border crossings, the employee shared that new hires for MVM Inc. are not being given proper background checks, ‘a lot of people’ get hired, and ‘their background hasn’t even come in yet,'” he reads.

 

“Keep in mind, by the way, in New York, Mayor Eric Adams has said that these migrants, and we don’t know if that’s minors or just all, that are coming to New York City, that he’s going to put them up in a luxury hotel in Times Square,” Posobiec said.

 

It was recently revealed that Democratic Mayor Eric Adams plans to convert the Row NYC, formerly known as the Milford Plaza and nicknamed the “Lullaby of Broadway” in Times Square, into an intake center and shelter for as many as 600 migrant families. The mayor’s office has not released any details but did tell the New York Post on Monday that the city has extended its deadline for receiving bids from organizations interested in operating the center.

 

“Due to the mass amount of migrant children being escorted, employees are not properly vetting the adults they’re handing these kids off to,” he continued.

 

“She’s even got an email up,” Posobiec continued: “multiple issues that were brought to the MVM site manager’s attention, including ‘TSs’ (Travel Escorts) taking the liberty of accepting alternate documents without FFS approval.'”

 

“No serious country would be doing this unless there was a specific reason. You’re looking at an operation. You need to understand that we’re looking at an operation of not only human trafficking, but in this case, child trafficking. We don’t know, and they don’t know, who these children are, why they’re coming across the border. A ten-year-old girl was just raped and impregnated in Ohio over this. We’re told that her mother may have known something about it. The stuff that’s going on is completely insane. And the Biden regime, rather than actually get to the bottom of it or stop it, end this situation, they’re exacerbating it. They’re setting up a toxic incentive structure, and good, honest people are falling into it.

 

“This needs to stop, and this entire situation needs to be shut down,” he concluded.

Jim Jordan Explains the 14 FBI Whistleblowers: ‘Frankly, We Anticipate More’

 

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), the top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, has been fielding whistleblower allegations against officials at the Justice Department and FBI since last November.

 

Breitbart News spoke with Jordan and his staff about the whistleblowers after multiple reports circulated this week that took comments Jordan made on the matter during a recent television appearance out of context.

 

Jordan said Sunday to Fox News’s Trey Gowdy that 14 whistleblowers from within the FBI had come forward to his office:

 

Fourteen FBI agents have come to our office as whistleblowers, and they are good people. There are lots of good people in the FBI. It’s the top that’s the problem. But some of these good agents are coming to us telling us this is bologna what’s going on, the political nature now of the Justice Department.

 

Several reports, such as ones from Just the News, Benny Johnson, Townhall, and others, wrongly associated the 14 whistleblowers with the FBI raid that occurred August 8 at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence.

 

Newsweek and MSNBC’s Maddowblog, by contrast, cast doubt on the number of whistleblowers. Newsweek reported on a “wave of skepticism” triggered by Jordan’s comment, while MSNBC’s Maddowblog derided Jordan’s “track record as a serious lawmaker.”

 

Jordan asserted to Breitbart News that he has in fact had 14 whistleblowers speak to his office about the Justice Department and FBI but that all of them approached his office prior to the Trump raid.

 

“It started when we realized what the Justice Department was doing relative to parents and the whole school boards issue,” Jordan said, in reference to allegations one whistleblower made to Jordan’s office in November 2021 that the FBI was taking counterterrorism measures to investigate parents who it deemed a threat at school board meetings.

 

Jordan had another whistleblower contact him in March 2022 who raised questions about “the progress and extent” of the FBI’s investigation into two pipe bombs that the FBI said were placed near the Republican National Committee and Democratic National Committee the night before the January 6 Capitol riot.

 

In May 2022, Jordan cited “several whistleblowers” who had contacted his office with claims that the FBI was retaliating against agents who “engaged in protected First Amendment activity on January 6, 2021.”

 

When a whistleblower contacts Jordan, Jordan and his team then proceed to vet the whistleblower and his or her allegation, one of his aides told Breitbart News.

Report: Wealthy Celebrity Elites Including Reese Witherspoon, Jay-Z Benefited from PPP Loans; Most Have Been Forgiven

 

Wealthy celebrities including Reese Witherspoon, Khloe Kardashian, Jay-Z, and the rock bands Pearl Jam and Green Day have benefited from government-issued Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans handed out at the height of the coronavirus pandemic — nearly all of which have been forgiven by Uncle Sam, according to a new report from the Daily Mail.

 

The result is that taxpayers will end up footing the bill for the millions of dollars that businesses associated with the celebrities don’t have to repay.

 

Reese Witherspoon’s clothing company, Draper James LLC, received $975,472 in the first PPP round to meet payroll and rent. The entire loan has reportedly been forgiven. The Legally Blonde star is worth an estimated $400 million.

 

Rapper Jay-Z is associated with two companies approved for loans two years ago. Malibu Entertainment is tied to his streaming platform Tidal and received $2,106,398 in order to keep 95 jobs. The loan amount was reportedly forgiven in its entirety.

 

Jay-Z is estimated to be worth more than a $1 billion.

 

His champagne brand Armand De Brignac Holdings, of which he owns a 50 percent stake, borrowed $293,119 to meet payroll and was reportedly fully disbursed. It remains unclear if the loan was repaid.

 

Sean Combs, also known Puff Daddy or just Diddy, saw his cable network, Revolt Media and TV LLC, receive $1,929,252 for 134 jobs. That loan was forgiven.

 

Combs is worth an estimated $900 million.

 

The rock band Pearl Jam’s touring company reportedly had its $629,335 loan forgiven after saving 28 jobs.

 

Green Day received three loans between two companies, Green Day Inc and Green Day Touring Inc.. The loans, which were worth $452,302 for 39 jobs, were nearly all forgiven.

 

Reality star and fashion mogul Khloe Kardashian’s denim brand Good American LLC received a loan of $1,245,405, mostly for the payroll of 57 workers. The full amount, plus interest, was reportedly forgiven.

 

Other PPP loan recipients span the political spectrum, including companies affiliated with Jared Kushner; Paul Pelosi, the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA); Kanye West; and football great Tom Brady. In some cases, the status of their loans remains unknown.

 

The federal loan program is estimated to have cost taxpayers $953 billion. About 15 percent, or $76 billion, of PPP claims were fraudulent, according to a University of Texas study.

Donald Trump may be dealing with a federal criminal investigation following the FBI’s unprecedented raid of his home, but he’s still out there having fun. Say what you will about the guy, but what’s undeniable is that he’s hilarious.

 

That was on display on Wednesday when Trump started endorsing…Democrats?

 

If you don’t know who Daniel Goldman is, he’s the ridiculous hack lawyer that Adam Schiff tapped for Trump’s first impeachment. He’s since become an online personality and has done his share of cable news hits. Trump endorsed him, though, stating “while it was my honor to beat him, and beat him badly, Dan Goldman has a wonderful future ahead.” The Carolyn Maloney endorsement is also funny, if not quite as so.

 

Clearly, Trump wants these people to lose and is throwing his weight behind them to goad voters into voting for their rivals. After all, if the bad orange man likes Goldman, then he can’t be trusted to represent New York’s 10th district, can he?

 

I especially enjoyed this response. What’s even better, though, is that Goldman’s opponent immediately took the bait.

 

Incredible. Absolutely incredible.

 

I’m gonna miss this when Trump is gone, whether it’s because he doesn’t win the next election or because he does and ages out of the troll game a decade from now. Anyone that still claims to not understand why the former president is so well-liked among his ardent supporters is just being obtuse. The humor and charisma are obvious, no matter what personal feelings Trump may conjur up for some people.

UN envoy tells Myanmar general: End violence, seek democracy

BANGKOK (AP) — The U.N. special envoy for Myanmar, Noeleen Heyzer, met Wednesday with the head of its military-installed government and called on him to urgently halt all violence, support a political path back to civilian rule and democracy, and allow the country’s imprisoned former leader Aung San Suu Kyi to return home and to meet with her.

On her first mission to the strife-torn country, Heyzer also reiterated Secretary-General Antonio Guterres’ extreme concern about Myanmar’s humanitarian, security, economic and political crisis and reiterated the U.N. chief’s call for the release of all political prisoners. She also urged Senior Gen. Min Aung Hlaing to impose a moratorium on future executions, following the recent executions of four political activists that drew worldwide condemnation.

Heyzer’s statement on her two-day visit was released as she left the country, U.N. deputy spokesman Farhan Haq said, and she was not able to meet Suu Kyi but hopes they will meet in the future.
