You need to understand there's a difference between eternal judgement and judging.
If I see a man raping a woman I will judge him and stop him. That's different than if I judged him as eternally condemned. Judge not, least ye be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. I don't know about you but I want to be judged if I'm doing wrong. Not eternally, but I certainly don't want to be allowed to descend into darkness because someone didn't want to judge.
