It sounds to me as though you get little to no physical activity. That is why you can't sleep well Our bodies are meant to move Our minds need us to move and be in shape as well. A healthy body is a healthy mind, is not just a saying It is the truth. Your body will want to rest and give you sleep, when you use it enough

Another truth is you are what you eat. There are good supplements out there, that can help. NOT their drugs but decent vits and minerals your body requires.

But, getting back to movement. Do you know our body gives us free drugs to make us feel better, when we use our bodies enough?

One more thing

caffeine. It is a mood enhancer. It's gets you up and going and lifts your spirits.

 

Gratefulness. You have to be grateful. Thank God for what you gave. Find one thing each day at least, to thank God for Then, when are are use to be grateful for the sun shinning or your ability to wake up to a brand new day, find other parts of your life to be grateful for.

A life lived in gratitude, is how to live life. find a way to be of use to others. Have a reason to wake up. Volunteering is a wonderful way to get back on your feet
