much simpler than the Hegel Dialectical thingy?
keke
is that the accused must know what they are accused of
If they accuse Trump of something or other, related to documents (or other things, like lingerie? he had on his property) (I won't write 'in his possession since he didn't know everything that was there; didn't pack his own boxes)
they have to tell him what it is.
(and even more so, before the ransack itself they needed to tell the Court that issued the permission, exactly what they were looking for, and why)
But if he being accused, they must tell him of what it is he supposedly did wrong.
If they claim 'but that's secret'
it's considered a foul - stuff Inquisitioners do.
The accusation can't be secret.
So far I only am aware of general accusation which goes along with the general warrant - which is illegal by tradition and actual law as practiced here in the, again, American Colony.
