Any source that accuses an abject other source of withholding intelligence information from the accuser, cannot be consistent when the accusation itself withholds intelligence information from the accused.

 

The FBI/DOJ is currently implementing an inconsistent logic, it is presenting itself as invoking a dialectic that it is BOTH correct, good, right, justified, is what it is, to withhold intelligence source information, AND that is incorrect, bad, wrong, unjustified, shouldn't be what is, to withhold intelligence source information.

 

Dialectic logic practitioners are right now in a checkmate.

 

They are outputting that what they themselves are doing, as to why the accused should be prosecuted, is the very structure they themselves are invoking.

 

A source accusing an abject other of withholding information, could ONLY logically do so by being 100% transparent of the intelligence methods to arrive at such an accusation.

 

It makes no systems sense to encode a logic that says it is BOTH correct AND incorrect for one source of intelligence to withhold intelligence from another source of intelligence.

 

Biden DOJ/FBI are in a self-imposed informational checkmate.

 

Their own logic of what the abject other is allegedly guilty of, is precisely what they are doing themselves in that very accusation.

Nikolas’ presence at the protest on Thursday comes not long after iCarly star Jennette McCurdy reignited conversation about Nickelodeon’s treatment of young performers with the publication of her new memoir I’m Glad My Mom Died. McCurdy’s book doesn’t talk about Schneider by name—but it does feature numerous stories of a man only referred to as “The Creator,” who verbally abuses and manipulates young actors, encouraging them to drink alcohol, screams at them, and gives them unwanted back massages. (The New York Times report on the internal investigation into Schneider said it found no evidence of sexual misconduct.)

 

Since her stint at Nickelodeon, Nikolas has founded the activist/whistleblowing group Eat Predators, which is mostly focused on the music industry—but which has recently branched into TV. Besides talking about her own physical discomfort around Schneider—and calling out a time when he and other executives on Zoey 101 brought her into a room alone and yelled at her, then a young teenager, until she cried—Nikolas also called for an investigation into Schneider’s production company, Schneider’s Bakery. Among other questions raised, Nikolas says she’s curious about how many non-disclosure agreements former actors on the show’s productions have signed (McCurdy alleges in her book that she was offered $300,000 to never talk about her experiences at Nickelodeon), and raised concerns—as a number of people have, over the years—about the potentially sexual nature of some of the footage shot for the various series.

 

Nikolas’ protest didn’t focus solely on Schneider; she also put much of her focus on Nickelodeon itself, accusing executives of enabling abusive behavior toward its child stars.

The unrest comes weeks after company brass explained that recent ticket-price increases were offset by an 'unfavorable attendance mix' at Disneyland

Recent price hikes at Disney's theme parks have seen the company's profits surge despite a slump in visitors - leading many to accuse the parks of ripping off loyal customers in order to bolster their bottom line.

 

Since reopening in April of last year, the company has made a host of changes to its preeminent parks in Florida and California, nixing free perks and ramping up prices, causing the cost of a visit to a Disney resort to rise dramatically.

 

Visitor numbers at the park have plunged by 17 per cent - but the profit Disney makes on each guest has increased by 17 per cent in a year, helping turbocharge the firm's profits.

 

The firm's share price has plunged by more than a third in the last 12 months, due in large part to controversies over Disney opposing Florida's so-called Don't Say Gay bill, and woke movies such as Lightyear that have turned-off viewers.

 

But takings at its theme parks - traditionally the most profitable part of Disney's business - remain in very rude health.

 

Disney made a whopping $7.4 billion from its parks for the most recent quarter of the 2022 financial year - up 70 per cent from a year earlier, when it was recovering from COVID shutdowns.

 

Profits also surged to an impressive $2.2 billion for that quarter - a huge leap from the $356 million recorded for the same quarter 12 months previously, the Wall Street Journal reported.

 

One of the most profitable changes is the implementation of a $15-a-day Genie+ pass, which was previously free. It serves as an app on guests' phones, and lets them skip some lines on rides.

Genie+ also flags up promotions on merchandise, helping shift the parks' famously pricey souvenirs. It is used by half of all guests - with 70 per cent who downloaded it saying they'd do the same on a future visit.

But the Genie+ pass does not grant all guest's rude wishes, with visitors required to fork over an extra $10 to $17 to get access to some of the parks' most popular attractions - despite having already paid around $100 per admission ticket.

The surcharge is applied to rides in Disneyland and Disney World's popular Star Wars Galaxy Kingdom Area and Guardians of the Galaxy rides.

Annual passes have shot up 14 per cent in a year, from $1,399 to $1,599 per pass. Disney has also increased the number of days that passholders are banned from using their season tickets, sparking further claims it is looking to ax the passes by stealth.

 

Fans have since started posting pictures of themselves at the both Disneyland - dubbed 'the happiest place on earth' by the company - and Disney World, donning T-shirts that read 'Unfavorable' on social media in protest.

Pope Francis has ordered that the Holy See and connected entities move all financial assets to the Institute for Works of Religion (IOR), commonly known as the Vatican bank.

 

The pope’s rescript, issued Aug. 23, clarifies the interpretation of a paragraph in the new constitution of the Roman Curia, Praedicate Evangelium, promulgated in March.

 

According to Francis’ rescript, financial and liquid assets held in banks other than the IOR must be moved to the Vatican bank within 30 days of Sept. 1, 2022.

 

The IOR, based in Vatican City State, has 110 employees and 14,519 clients. As of 2021, it looked after 5.2 billion euros ($5.6 billion) of client assets.

 

Though commonly called a “bank,” the IOR is technically a financial institute, with no branches, working within Vatican City State to provide services to clients, which include the Holy See and connected entities, religious orders, clergy, Catholic institutions, and Holy See employees.

My spouse woke up panicking about palpitations knowing these DS bastards are still targeting us. We just resolved our carbon monoxide gas situation and was even notified to call on our recent utility bill if we detect problems (thanks POTUS) but they haven't given up the harassment.

She hasn't been the same since her last visit and complains of clot like cramps and chest pains.

Thank you Dan, and God Bless you for all the you have done for this country too. Anyone who sees the way DJT treated our vets knows, no one on earth has ever done more than he has for them.

 

Not only did he keep them out of harms way by not starting new greed driven conflicts, but he gave them the best armor and supplies, gave them choice beyond the VA (50 years and no one could put the ball through the hoop), and fired 9.6k staff members that weren't treating our service members so well as he put it. As far as I am concerned, the US Military owes their total allegiance to this man. Logical thinking, if he got rid of 9.6k, how many were suffering and dying at their hands?

Cannon asked for a "particularized" description of "the status of the DOJ's' review of the seized property, including any filter review conducted by the privilege review team and any dissemination of materials beyond the privilege review team."

ThreeDutch soldierswere shot and wounded outside the Indianapolis hotel where they were staying early Saturday, police said.

Cops found the three men with gunshot wounds around3:30 amin downtown Indianapolis’ entertainment district and took them to local hospitals, the Indianapolis Star reported.

 

Dutch officials told the Associated Press that one soldier was in critical condition and the two others were conscious. They said the three were from the Commando Corps, a special defense unit of the Royal Netherlands Army, and were in Indiana for training, when the shooting occurred during their leisure time outside their hotel.

 

Indianapolis cops said they think some sort of dispute occurred between the three victims and another person or people, which led to the shooting.

 

No arrests have been made yet.

Want to See What $7.8 Million Sinking to the Bottom of the Ocean Looks Like?

A superyacht has found a new home at the bottom of the Ionian Sea.

The yacht, valued at $7.8 million, capsized last weekend off the southeastern coast of Italy, according to Bloomberg. All those aboard were rescued.

The 129-foot ship, called My Saga, was 9 nautical miles from shore last Saturday when its stern began filling up with water.

The Italian coast guard responded to the yacht’s distress call.

Four passengers and a crew member were taken to safety on a Romanian patrol boat while the captain and three crew members tried to save the vessel, The Washington Post reported.

The coast guard returned the next morning along with a tugboat in hopes of getting the yacht to shore.

At that point, the caption and crew members who had remained with the yacht were transferred to the tugboat.

However, the sea was getting rougher amid bad weather, and the yacht was taking on too much water to be towed.

Efforts to save the yacht were abandoned, and it sank in the early afternoon.

The coast guard shared footage of the ship sinking beneath the waves on Twitter.

 

It was not clear who owned the yacht, which sailed under the flag of the Cayman Islands
