Biden admin backs damage assessment on Trump docs, but claims Biden 'not involved'

(Joe you lying all the time is not like Obama lying all the time. They dont adore you, they are just paid by bidans gov to lie for you. No one loves you and you’ll never be a President or woman)

Earlier this year, the Bureausecured 184 boxes of classified material from Trump's home

The White House on Monday signaled its approval of an intelligence community effort to perform a "damage assessment" on former President Donald Trump's storage of classified documents at his Florida estate, but stressed that President Joe Biden was "not involved" in the task.

"It is an appropriate action for the director in the intelligence community to undertake, but, again, I'll let them speak to the details of this," National Security Council (NSC) spokesman John Kirby told reporters, according to the Washington Examiner. He previously insisted that the NSC was not prepared to perform the assessment itself.

Kirby's comments follow the public release of a heavily-redacted affidavit that accompanied the search warrant the FBI used to conduct its raid on Mar-a-Lago. The warrant application relied heavily on media reports, including a CBS Miami article about moving trucks at the estate and a Breitbart News article in which former Trump adviser Kash Patel discussed the FBI's previous removal of classified documents from the estate on behalf of the National Archives.

Earlier this year, the Bureau secured 184 boxes of classified material from Trump's home. Despite the president's extensive cooperation and voluntary surrender of the documents, the FBI nonetheless cited this incident in the affidavit as establishing "probable cause" to conduct the raid.

After the raid, Trump filed a motion for the court to appoint a "special master" to review the documents the Bureau took from his home in August and to halt the federal government from further examining them, pending litigation. U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon has signaled her "preliminary intent to appoint a special master" in accordance with Trump's request, potentially upending the intelligence committee's damage assessment effort.

Kirby, you really can’t cover or justify this shitfest of revenge. You better get out before your entire reputation is fucked. Obama said, “don’t underestimate how Joe will fuck things up”. And since obama is running the government behind Bidan you won’t get you off the hook. Elder abuse will come out and its a crime.

The shitfest has just started to hit the fan anons, so much more will come out

I really wonder if the leftists that get so much joy that Trump is finally going down ever get disappointed, when it comes out it was a set up?

The cycle of lies that are exploding, are happening more quickly like the Federalist article said this morning.

I really wonder if all this abuse of one man and the hypocrisy is sort of waking them up?

Remember when Maddow lied for 4-5 years she lost half or more of her audience when the Mueller report was released. Are they just too dense or programmed that they had to take this abuse from the media to finally wake up?

Or will they never wake up? If i had to guess there are some saying, “this is getting fucking crazy now”. At least thats my hope.

Its kinda like I started praying HRC will never be President and finally shifted to praying for Trump as President and his safety. (I didnt hate him, I didnt even know him. But God told me a thing or two!)

Justice Department says 'limited' number of potentially privileged documents found in Trump raid

The review team is currently in the process of addressing potential privilege disputes.

The Justice Department said Monday that agents discovered a "limited" number of potentially privileged documents during the FBI's raid of former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate.

The department made the statement in a court filing in which the agency also said the some of the materials taken in the Aug. 8 raid potentially contain material covered by attorney-client privilege.

The department also pledged to provide more detail in a supplemental filing but stated that its Privilege Review Team "identified a limited set of materials that potentially contain attorney-client privileged information," according to the court document.

The review team is currently in the process of addressing potential privilege disputes, officials said.

DOJ “limited” doesn’t sound good! Did you ever think if they are disclassified by him, then none of them are privileged! Nice try though, it will come back to bite you. All of you involved will be included in his RICO lawsuit!

Hey DOJ check on the 33 million documents Obama took with him and NARA allowed him tp take; that have been in storage since the jan. 20 2017, while you are at it.

Breitbart Business Digest: Only 38% of Biden Voters Say We’re in A Recession, Versus 82% of Trump Voters

John Carney29 Aug 2022

(They are living in a delusion)

A solid majority of Americans think we are in a recession, but that consensus conceals some deep divides divide on the economy.

The divides do not run that deep along demographic lines. The most recent poll from the Economist and YouGov found that 58 percent of Americans say we are in a recession today. Men are slightly more likely than women to say we’re in a recession, at 59 percent to 57 percent. A 51 percent majority of blacks say we’re in a recession, with 27 percent saying we’re not and 22 percent saying they are not sure. Among Hispanics, 53 percent say we’re in a recession, 22 percent say we are not, and 25 percent say they are not sure.

Whites are more likely to say we’re in a recession. Sixty-five percent of white men without a college education say we’re in a recession and 60 percent of white women without a college education say we’re in a recession. Sixty percent of white men with a college education say we’re in a recession and 56 percent of college-educated white women agree.

Where we split is over politics. Just 38 percent of Biden voters say we are in a recession, versus 82 percent of Trump voters. Forty-four percent of registered Democrats say we’re in a recession, versus 76 percent of Republicans. In short, America’s political tribes do not just disagree about policy but even about reality.

Part of the gap may reflect different views of what constitutes a recession. Fifty-two percent of Trump voters and 50 percent of registered Republicans say that the prices of goods and services are the best indicator of a recession. Just 34 percent of Biden voters and 33 percent of Democrats take that position. Interestingly, Biden voters are far more likely to point to the stock market as the best indicator than Trump voters, at nine percent to three percent.

The factors that most economists would cite as recession indicators get far less support than the prices gauge. Just 23 percent of the public thinks the question of whether the economy is growing or shrinking is the best indicator, with 24 percent of Democrats and 25 percent of Republicans. Just 16 percent of Democrats look to the jobs reports and unemployment rate. Only seven percent of Republicans do. So perhaps that is something of a bipartisan agreement: the public largely agrees that they do not think of a recession the same way economists do.

Speaking of jobs reports, tomorrow we will get the Labor Department’s Job Openings and Labor Turnover survey for July. While that might seem like ancient history, it should be interesting to see if the massive hiring spree in July—528,000 workers added to payrolls—was accompanied by a growth in openings or if that hiring filled earlier openings. Wall Street’s economists think the number of openings will fall to around 10.4 million from June’s 10.7 million. If openings go in the opposite direction, this is likely to bring on worries that the Fed will have to raise interest rates more rapidly to cool off the labor market.

Much the same dynamic likely applies to Friday’s jobs report. Economists expect 300,000 jobs for the month, with 290,000 of those private sector hires. Average hourly earnings are expected to climb 0.4 percent, a slowdown from 0.5 percent. The unemployment rate is expected to hold steady at 3.5 percent. Any significant “beat” on these figures signaling more jobs, higher wages, or lower unemployment will likely set off something of a panic about the Fed’s next rate hike in September and the path of rates after that. The market has decided that the July hiring was peak labor market tightness, just as June was peak inflation. It now expects a steady cooling. If things go the other way, it will likely be a rough day for stocks.

U.S. Rents Hit Record High, Coinciding with Skyrocketing Mass Immigration

John Binder29 Aug 2022

Rents across the United States have hit a record high, with the median rent for a one-bedroom apartment now reaching nearly $1,500 a month, according to the Zumper National Rent Index.

The sky-high rents are up almost 12 percent compared to the same time last year, the analysis finds. The jump in rents now beats out last year’s record rents.

Cities inundated with mass immigration — New York City, New York; San Francisco, California; Miami, Florida; Los Angeles, California; and Washington, D.C. — have the highest rents as thousands of new arrivals every month push up the cost of housing immensely, a boon for real estate investors and a kick in the gut for renters and first-time homeowners.

The median rent for a one-bedroom apartment in New York City, for instance, has jumped almost 40 percent since the same time last year, and rent for two-bedroom apartments has increased more than 46 percent.

In Manhattan, the median rent has hit $4,212. Meanwhile, on the west coast, rents have similarly skyrocketed. The median rent in San Francisco has hit more than $3,000 a month, while median rents in San Jose, San Diego, Los Angeles, Oakland, and Santa Ana range from $2,160 to $2,780.

In Miami, where nearly 6 in 10 residents are foreign nationals, pulling more immigrants to the area every year, median rents have jumped to about $2,500 a month. In Washington, DC, where the state of Texas is busing thousands of border crossers, median rents are now at $2,370.

At the same time, rents in cities across Ohio, Kansas, Texas, Louisiana, Kentucky, Oklahoma, upstate New York, and Iowa have dropped.

Real estate investors are some of the biggest beneficiaries of mass immigration to the United States. Immigration-driven population growth, set to bring the United States population to more than 400 million by 2060, is likely to send housing prices even higher.

A 2017 study published in the Journal of Housing Economics found that “increases in immigration into a metropolitan statistical area are linked with rising rents and home prices in that metropolitan statistical area and neighboring metropolitan statistical areas.”

As legal immigration brings over a million legal immigrants to the United States annually, as well as more than a million more on temporary work visas, the Biden administration has implemented an expansive Catch and Release network where thousands of border crossers and illegal aliens are sent all over the nation every month to await court hearings.

In the meantime, those new arrivals need housing.

While it is unclear exactly where border crossers and illegal aliens are resettling, the administration’s Alternative to Detention (ATD) program gives insight into the level of mass immigration to each city coinciding with record-high housing costs.

In Boston, Massachusetts, for instance, where the median rent has hit $2,730, the number of border crossers and illegal aliens released to the area on ATD has boomed. In December 2020, just 1,500 ATD migrants were being monitored in Boston. Today, more than 8,300 ATD migrants are in the city.

The same has occurred in New York City. In 2020, fewer than 3,700 ATD migrants were being monitored. Today, more than 10,500 ATD migrants are being monitored there. More than 16,500 ATD migrants are in San Francisco today; in 2020, about 10,600 were being monitored.

Ten-Year-Old ‘Trans Model’ with Trans Mother Is Set to Undergo Surgery at Sixteen

Spencer Lindquist29 Aug 2022

A ten-year-old child, the world’s youngest transgender model, lives with her transgender mother and her mother’s trans partner and is set to undergo surgery at age 16.

Noella McMaher has recently garnered attention for modeling at the New York Fashion Week. The boy reportedly told his parents that he was a girl at age two.

He then began socially transitioning and presenting himself as a girl at just four years old. His name was legally changed when he was seven.

Noella’s mom used feminine pronouns in reference to her son and remarked, “She would refuse to wear boy clothes and have tantrums because she was so young. She knew what she wanted, but didn’t have the words to say it … I should have known earlier, as she hated anything masculine, so I brought her to a gender clinic.”

Noella reportedly told medical professionals at Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago that he was a girl.

It has been revealed by Reduxx that the child apparently lives with his biological mother and her partner, who are both transgender. Noella’s biological mom, Dee McMaher, is a social justice activist.

The outlet reports that Noella’s mother, Dee McMaher, “appears to be on hormone replacement therapy, and recently had a cosmetic mastectomy” before going on to note that “both she and her current partner are females who identify as trans masculine.”

A biography from the Point Foundation, a pro-trans organization, states that Dee McMaher is a “deaf, gay, transgender person with a background in LGBTQIA+ advocacy.”

The biography refers to McMaher with the pronoun “they” and says that she has “spent the last 10 years working as an educator and advocate for transgender children and their families.”

Dee McMaher told the Chicago Parent that she was planning on having her child undergo sex change operations at age 16 after he receives puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones.

Dee McMaher and Noella’s biological father, Timothy McCord, are divorced. McCord was arrested and charged with aggravated child abuse in 2016. McMaher attempted but failed to get McCord charged with a hate crime, claiming that McCord broke Noella’s arm while trying to make Noella wear boy’s pajamas.

Now, McMaher is in a relationship with another individual who identifies as transgender.

Sinead Watson, a detransitioner, told Reduxx, “I cannot believe this child was affirmed at such a young age. I cannot believe this child – this baby – was deemed wrong as young as 2. And legal changes as [sic] 6? This whole case is abhorrent.”

Watson also contended that Noella’s mother and her partner “are forcing their own ideological ideas onto their innocent baby” and said that sex change operations should be viewed as “child abuse.”

‘War on Children’: Conservative Group Slams Schools, Health Organizations for Pushing Gender Ideology on Children

Breccan F. Thies29 Aug 2022

Conservative group Citizens for Sanity released a new radio ad ripping gender ideology and its proponents.

Calling it a “war on children,” the six-figure ad campaign goes after schools and health organizations that promote medical treatment for children who claim to be transgender.

“There is a war on children in America. A war on biology. A war on innocence,” the ad says. “Schools are forcing elementary school children to share bathrooms and locker rooms with the opposite sex.”

“They’re encouraging students to question if they’re really boys or girls, all while hiding it from parents,” it continues. “So-called health organizations are promoting experimental, dangerous, and irreversible drugs and surgeries for minors.”

The ad continues to go into the biological realities of many of the “treatments” given to children who claim to be transgender, including chemical castration and genital mutilation.

“Puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones – drugs never approved for this use – leaving young children sterile, infertile, and sexually undeveloped for life,” the ad states. “They remove healthy breasts, wombs and genitals. All in the name of radical gender ideology.”

“Stop the woke war on our children,” it demands. “Stop the far-left assault on our youth. Stop the madness. Stop the insanity.”

Citizens for Sanity plans to target Latino communities across the country with the ad.

In recent years, Latino voters have been shifting to the conservative movement as Democrat policies have increasingly diverged from their values.

Millions Unable to Pay for Groceries After SNAP EBT Outage

Ethan Letkeman29 Aug 2022

(You see how this works?)

Outages were reported on Sunday by participants in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), leaving millions unable to use their electronic benefits transfer (EBT) cards to buy groceries at stores in some states.

SNAP subsidizes low-income families to help them purchase food using EBT, an electronic system similar to a debit card, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Down Detector, a website that tracks outages, recorded a surge in outages for SNAP EBT on Sunday afternoon. The tracker documented approximately 5,019 reports of outages at 2:50 p.m., WBRC noted.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reported that over 1.8 million Pennsylvanians were affected by the system shutdown.

South Carolina Social Services and the Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) confirmed the outages on Twitter on Sunday.

“DSS is aware of EBT processing issues with approved retailers, impacting the ability for clients to use their EBT cards, due to a third party processor outage impacting programs in multiple states,” the South Carolina agency stated.

“DTA has been informed by the state’s EBT vendor that the EBT system is currently down in Massachusetts & some other states. You will not be able to use your EBT card or check your real time balance at this time,” the Massachusetts agency wrote.

Later on Sunday, Conduent, an IT company that administers the EBT card system, announced that systems had been restored.

“The Conduent technology team has been able to successfully restore all impacted services pertaining to this matter,” a spokesperson for Conduent on Sunday night. “We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.”

The South Carolina and Massachusetts agencies both later tweeted that the issues were resolved. It is unknown how many people or how many other states were affected by the outages.

As of 2:09 p.m. Eastern on Monday, it appeared that the systems were restored, with some outages still being documented, with approximately 426 reports, according to Down Detector.

Ellen Vollinger, legal director at the anti-poverty nonprofit Food Research & Action Center, noted that Sunday’s outage potentially left many low-income families unable to pay for groceries.

“This is about people having access to use benefits in stores,” Vollinger told the Inquirer. “Here we are on a Sunday, with people planning their week’s shopping, not being able to use their cards for food. People are waiting to get their groceries.”
