$2.8 Billion Dollars (all FY's) ~79% of it from NIH - and of that, $422M is listed as Allergies and Infectious Disease programs. The Dept. of Defense is the second largest awarding agency @ $94M.
They've rec'd nearly $3 Billion dollars of taxpayer money and are standing their ground on mutilating children. Can't make this up.
