Horowitz: Senator, I actually did cover that in the report I submitted to my immediate superior [RR]. I was dismayed to see that it was removed from the final submitted version.

Senator X: I see. You are aware the IG statute requires you to expand upon that answer to this committee, right?

Horowitz: Yes, I'm aware.

Senator X: Give us some background on what was omitted then.

Horowitz: BOOM!

(It does suck that we may have to wait until then, though.)
