Back in the day, they used to use silver iodide to expose pics. When things turned digital, Kodak started making silver iodide for Chemtrails/cloud seeding. And we wonder why the west is facing severe droughts.
Silver iodide, is silver salt. Spray a bunch of it on you plants and see how well they do, or better yet, put some in your fish tank and watch how quickly the fish croak. Yet, for some reason, the govts of the worlds swear this is a perfectly safe and effective way of weather modification.

Notice how pic related graph says silver iodide works best with supercooled clouds. Supercooled clouds are clouds that have been sprayed with copious amounts of CO2. CO2 is always colder that ambient temp, say they pretreat the atmosphere with huge lines of CO2, and that dissipates quickly, then they spray the Agl (silver iodide)
Chemtrails are cloud seeding on a much larger scale. The chemtrails are designed more for controlling the jet stream.
So when you see weird oil slick like rainbows in the sky, that is an effect of the photosynthetic properties of the silver iodide.
The silver iodide is what brings out the colors on a negative.
But silver iodide is the reason we have red tides and cyanobacteria, that is killing fish in mass all over the world. Also, silver is highly conductive, and the miltary takes advantage of this of course.

Majority of our water out west comes from Rockies snowpack. Now every year, the snowpack is reaching record levels, no signs of drought there. But what they don't tell you is it reduces the water content in the snowpack significantly.
Ski areas love that dry powder, huge money maker for them. But dry powder snow does not have much water content. Can one see where this leads after decades of abuse?

Since then, other people how found other copies of the microfiche, as it was distributed through universities libraries that have section dedicated to declassified military document. Believe me, the microfiche was not easy to get ahold of.
