Leaked documents expose Ukrainian attempts to destabilize Russia and draw NATO into a full-scale war with Moscow

Plans concocted by the special services reveal Kiev’s aggressive strategy over many years

The best defense is a good offence. So goes one of the oldest principles of international relations.

And as Ukrainian documents now at the disposal of the media show, Moscow apparently had something to defend itself from when it launched its offensive in Ukraine. Over the past eight years, Kiev’s military and special services have been preparing numerous operations aimed at undermining Russia’s international ties, and internal peace itself.

In June, a hacker Telegram channel dubbed ‘Beregini’ published the action plan of the Information and Psychological Operations Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces (SSO). According to official information, the tasks of this unit include working with the population of foreign countries, creating agent networks, and infiltrating special services and military organizations to conduct espionage and destroy people who pose a threat to the Ukrainian government (including in other countries), as well as preparing coups and the overthrow of regimes.

The SSO plan was prepared back in 2017, and this is just one of many similar secret documents created by Ukrainian spooks. It was just one that became public. But the presence of these plans and the real political and military steps taken by Ukraine, which coincide with SSO programs to a surprising extent, indicate that KI’ve has been actively carrying out anti-Russian activities since at least 2014, when a Western-backed coup took place in the country.

Sowers of Unrest

When studying the Ukrainian plan from 2017, the first thing that catches the eye is the variety of operations aimed at creating a split in Russian society.

Operation ‘Zaslon’ describes a scheme to influence the family members of Donbass soldiers and militiamen, as well as Russian army personnel. The operation’s main goals include blocking military units and encouraging desertion and resignations in the militaries of ‘Eastern,’ the document’s code word for Russia and the Donbass republics.

Hundreds of Convicted Murderers and Child Rapists Given Early Parole by Wisconsin Democrat Governor Evers

Since 2019, during his first term as Governor of Wisconsin, at least 884 convicted prisoners have been released under Evers Parole Commission, including more than 300 convicted murderers, attempted murderers and child rapists.

Democrats and many Republicans have taken up a call to arms in the United States against the criminal justice system, often calling for reforms, such as, reduced sentencing and early release of non-violent offenders or minor drug possession charges, etc. However most, at least publicly, also agree that any changes should not benefit murderers, rapists and other violent offenders in like manner.

Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers, who tends to float under the radar compared to other radical left-wing Democrats, seems to be upping the anti when it comes to criminal justice reform and the restoration of freedom for the states most violent convicted offenders.

Wisconsin Right Now (WRN) has the almost unbelievable report:

The list, from 2019 through 2021, includes some of the most brutal killers in Wisconsin history and some of the most high-profile. The cases span the state, from Kenosha to Rib Mountain, Wisconsin Right Now has documented through a public records request.

These were DISCRETIONARY paroles. That means the Evers/Barnes administration’s Parole Commission chairman made a CHOICE to release the criminals. Many were serving life sentences, which don’t qualify for mandatory release. In other cases, the spreadsheet of paroles provided to WRN by the Parole Commission did not include mandatory released inmates. In other words, the Evers/Barnes administration could have kept these criminals behind bars but made a purposeful decision not to do so. You can check the parole dates out yourself by putting the killers’ names into the state Department of Corrections database and clicking on “movement.”

The list of those paroled early, obtained by Freedom of Information requests and compiled by WRN is both staggering and shocking.

How brutal are these killers? Carl Beletsky, then 39, of Oconomowoc, shot and decapitated his bank manager wife, Kathleen, with a large kitchen knife and then tried to burn her head in a wood-burning stove in 1982. Newspaper articles from the time say that Beletsky, who was worried she was going to leave him, placed Kathleen’s headless body in the trunk of a car, dumped the body in a cornfield, and then went to drink liquor.

Federal Reserve Chair Jay Powell wants a swift decline in the rate of consumer price inflation. He isn’t getting what he wants.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, consumer price inflation, as measured by the consumer price index (CPI), increased at an “official” annualized rate of 8.3 percent in August.

This exceeded Wall Street’s consensus expectations of 8.1 percent. What’s more, it crushed investor hopes a ‘Powell pivot’ would come sooner rather than later. On Tuesday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) crashed 1,276 points on the news.

Powell, a central planner, wants consumer price inflation to be about 2 percent. Instead, he’s got something that’s over 400 percent higher. What’s going on?

If you want to understand what’s up with raging consumer price inflation and Fed monetary policy, you must understand this. Right now, in the United States as in most of the world, we have a scam currency that’s controlled by central planners. Specifically, we have what Karl Marx envisioned in Plank No. 5 of his Communist Manifesto:

The Federal Reserve System, created by the Federal Reserve Act of Congress in 1913, is indeed a privately owned ‘national bank.’ It also holds a monopoly on legal counterfeiting in the United States.

Without the Fed’s policies of mass credit creation, it would have been impossible for the U.S. government to run up a $30.8 trillion national debt. Without the Fed’s printing press money, the U.S. government never could have run annual trillion-dollar budget deficits for a better part of the last decade and a half. Without the Fed’s fake money there would not be over 100 million people dependent upon the U.S. government for their daily bread.

This is the miracle of centralized credit.

Angry Customers Demand Explanation As German Energy Bills Soar

Utilities in Germany have had to handle a surge in customer service calls in recent weeks from clients angry or desperate about their sky-rocketing energy bills, Reuters reports.

The biggest utility, E.ON, has ramped up its capacity to handle calls from consumers who are shocked to find just how much their energy bills have surged in recent months.

Gas prices in Europe are very high and power prices in many countries, including Germany, have hit record levels this summer after Russia choked pipeline gas supply to Europe and shut down indefinitely the key gas export pipeline to Germany, Nord Stream, at the beginning of this month.

“Some become aggressive out of frustration, others are in tears and need psychological support,” Ingbert Liebing, head of local utilities organization VKU, told Reuters, commenting on the spike in customer calls to utilities’ service centers.

Apart from already high energy bills, German customers will have a surcharge as of October, as part of a government plan to implement a so-called gas levy on consumers in order to help struggling energy firms.

Germany has recently announced it would impose a gas levy on consumers from October 1 through March 2024 as it aims to help energy providers and importers of natural gas, which are struggling with low Russian gas supply and very expensive alternatives to Russian gas. The new natural gas tax is set to cost German families, who will have to foot the bill for the tax, an extra $500 a year.

Meanwhile, the German government is in talks with the biggest German importer of natural gas, Uniper, to potentially lift its 30% stake in the company to majority participation or to nationalize the firm. The German government agreed in July on a $15 billion bailout package to help the energy giant, which has been reeling from reduced Russian gas supply and soaring prices of non-Russian gas. Under the package, the German government bought a 30% stake in Uniper and made available further capital to help the company.

“The deteriorating operating environment and Uniper’s financial situation have to be taken into account while Fortum, the German government and Uniper continue their discussions on a long-term solution for Uniper,” Uniper’s parent firm, Finland-based Fortum, said in a statement earlier this week.

Denmark Advises Citizens Under 50 to Not Get COVID-19 Vaccine Boosters

The nation was among the world's first to not offer the vaccine to young children

The government of Denmark has advised healthy citizens under 50 to forgo COVID-19 vaccine boosters, the Danish Health Authority announced this week. Authorities cited lower risk of extreme illness or death among this age range in making the decision.

In statement, the government plainly stated that COVID-19 vaccines do not halt the spread of the virus. “The purpose of vaccination is not to prevent infection with COVID-19, and people aged under 50 are therefore currently not being offered booster vaccination,” the Danish Health Authority wrote in a September 13 statement.

Health authorities will focus on the elderly and individuals with compromised immune systems, who are at the greatest risk of serious illness or death. These populations will still be eligible to receive boosters.

The agency has a has an “aim to prevent serious illness, hospitalization, and death,” the statement continued. In addition, the Health Authority noted that individuals under the age of 50 “are generally not at particularly higher risk of becoming severely ill” from COVID-19.

Younger people “are well protected against becoming severely ill” and a “very large number of them have already been vaccinated and have previously been infected,” the statement continued.

“There is consequently good immunity among this part of the population,” the agency said. “It is important that the population also remembers the guidance on how to prevent the spread of infection, including staying at home in case of illness, frequent aeration or ventilation, social distancing, good coughing etiquette, hand hygiene, and cleaning.”

Denmark was one of the world’s first countries to discontinue its COVID-19 booster program for young children. “The Danish Health Authority does not currently plan on recommending vaccination to persons under the age of 18 as a group,” Lotte Baelum, a spokesperson for the Health Authority, told The Associated Press. “Children and young people who are at increased risk of a serious course of COVID-19 will continue to have the option of vaccination after individual assessment.”

A number of countries have also opted not to offer the vaccine or booster shots to young children, including the U.K. and Sweden. In the United States, the CDC continues to recommend COVID-19 vaccination and booster shots for young children between the ages of six months and five years.

Children are at a far lower risk of developing severe cases of COVID-19. 50 percent of children under the age of 12 will not even exhibit symptoms when infected, according to the Mayo Clinic.

TikTok Executive Declined to Commit to Cut Off Americans’ Data to China

A TikTok executive refused to make a commitment that the hugely popular short-video app would cut off flows of Americans’ data to China during the first U.S. Senate hearing since recent reports on its connections to Beijing.

TikTok Chief Operating Officer Vanessa Pappas, along with executives from other U.S. big tech companies, testified before the Senate Homeland Security Committee on Sept. 14. During the hearing, Pappas was hammered with a barrage of questions regarding Tiktok’s ties to Beijing and the potential for U.S. users’ data to be obtained by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), which has become a bipartisan concern.

“Will TikTok commit to cutting off all data and data flows to China, China-based TikTok employees, ByteDance employees, or any other party in China that might have the capability to access information on U.S. users?” Sen. Rob Portman (R-Ohio), the panel’s top Republican, asked.

The short-video app, which the Republican senator says nearly half of American teens are using, is founded and owned by ByteDance, a Beijing-based tech giant. The ties have drawn concerns in the United States and elsewhere over whether its data can be accessed by the CCP, given that its laws compel companies to cooperate with security agencies when asked.

Officials and experts say the personal data harvesting from Americans could be used by the CCP to conduct espionage operations, or even shape their perceptions to be favorable to the Chinese regime.

“TikTok does not operate in China,” Pappas said, a reply she repeated more than once during the hearing.

Pressed by Portman about TikTok’s structure, Pappas said, “we do have employees based in China.”

“We also have very strict access controls around the type of data that they can access and where that data is stored, which is here in the United States,” she added. “We’ve also said under no circumstances would we give that data to China.”

Wednesday’s hearing came amid renewed scrutiny of the app about its ties to the CCP after a June report by BuzzFeed News. Between at least September 2021 and January, Bytedance engineers in China had access to the nonpublic data of TikTok’s U.S. users, according to leaked recordings of 80 internal meetings cited by BuzzFeed News. In addition, TikTok employees at times had to turn to their colleagues in China to determine how U.S. data was flowing, which the U.S. staff weren’t authorized to independently access, the report said.

“Everything is seen in China,” a member of TikTok’s Trust and Safety department said in a September 2021 meeting, according to the report. The same month, a director addressed a Beijing-based engineer as a “Master Admin” with “access to everything.”

The latest revelations have renewed alarms among U.S. lawmakers. Leaders on the Senate Intelligence Committee, Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.) and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), urged the Federal Trade Commission to launch a formal investigation. Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-N.Y.) and some others questioned the authenticity of the company’s testimony before the committee last year. The Federal Communications Commission commissioner Brendan Carr sent a letter to call for Apple and Alphabet to remove TikTok from their app stores.

The police force responsible for Berlin is currently drawing up emergency plans in the event of the city’s energy grid collapsing, with officers in Germany’s increasingly multicultural capital anticipating rioting and looting over the winter months if the worst should occur.

Other officials across Germany have already warned of possible social unrest over the coming months as people are left unable to heat their homes, with bigwigs frequently using the country’s right-wing as a scapegoat for the existential energy problems the German state is now facing as a result of green agenda policies and the Ukraine war.

According to a report by Die Welt, law enforcement in the country’s capital are now anticipating that they will be forced to deal with various levels of social unrest as a result of the ongoing crisis.

Under the plans, separate preparations have been made to help police deal with public backlash resulting from raised prices and energy rationing, both of which officials reportedly now view as being likely.

Contingency plans are also being established for the purpose of dealing with the entire energy grid in the city collapsing, with the police reportedly believing that this would result in both rioting and looting.

To help deal with this, police are currently sourcing emergency generators to power their operations, as well as satellite phones that will continue to function even during a blackout.

A spokesman for the police reportedly told Die Welt that it “goes without saying” that such plans were being drawn up by law enforcement in the city, with the source noting that officials frequently plan for various emergency scenarios in case they do end up occurring.

Dutch town sues Twitter, demands ‘Satan-worshipping pedophile’ conspiracy posts be removed

A small Dutch town took Twitter to court on Friday to demand the social media giant take down all messages relating to a supposed ring of Satan-worshipping pedophiles that was alleged to have been active in the town in the 1980s.

Bodegraven-Reeuwijk, a town of around 35,000 inhabitants in the middle of the Netherlands, has been the focus of conspiracy theories on social media since 2020, when three men started spreading unfounded stories about the abuse and murder of children they said took place in the town in the 1980s.

The main instigator of the stories said he had childhood memories of witnessing the abuse by a group of people in Bodegraven.

The stories caused much unrest in Bodegraven, as scores of followers of the men’s tweets flocked to the local graveyard to lay flowers and written messages at the graves of seemingly random dead children, who they claimed were victims of the satanic ring.

Twitter’s lawyer Jens van den Brink declined to comment before the hearing at The Hague District Court on Friday.

Last year the same court ordered the men to immediately remove all their tweets, threats and other online content relating to the story and to make sure that none of it could ever emerge again.

But despite their conviction, stories about Bodegraven still circulate on social media as others have continued to echo their story, leading the town to take the matter up with Twitter itself.

“If conspiracy theorists don’t remove their messages, then the platforms involved need to act,” the town of Bodegraven’s lawyer Cees van de Zanden was quoted as saying by Dutch newspaper De Volkskrant on Friday.

Van de Zanden said that in July the town requested Twitter to actively find and remove all messages relating to the Bodegraven story, not only those posted by the three convicted men, but had so far not received an answer from the U.S. company.

The men behind the Bodegraven story are currently all in jail, as they have been convicted in other court cases for incitement and making death threats to a range of people including Prime Minister Mark Rutte and former health minister Hugo de Jonge.

Zelensky quietly deletes photo of his bodyguard’s pro-Hitler patch

The Ukrainian President published a photograph on his social media channels showing one of his security escorts bearing a patch referencing the personal bodyguard unit of Adolf Hitler.

On September 13, Ukrainian President Vlodymyr Zelensky made a surprise trip to the city of Izyum in the Kharkov Region for a photo op following his military’s recapture of the town from Russian forces. During the visit, a soldier who appeared to be guarding Zelensky was photographed wearing a Nazi-inspired patch on his uniform.

When the image drew criticism on social media, the Ukrainian president’s official Telegram and Facebook accounts quietly deleted it.

In Izyum on September 14, Zelensky participated in a flag raising ceremony to the tune of the Ukrainian National Anthem and took selfies with local civilians and soldiers. While most of the men on the scene wore official military fatigues, it was not difficult to see which ones were for lack of a better term, working, and which ones were simply present to participate in the event.

One photograph posted on Zelensky’s Telegram and Facebook accounts (archived here and here) captured the president as he posed for selfies with Ukrainian troops. As Zelensky flashed a smile for the camera of a cheerful service member, he was flanked by a heavily equipped soldier standing guard and facing the opposite direction. Just over Zelensky’s right shoulder, a small but significant patch could be seen on the back of the soldier’s flak vest.

Social media users quickly identified the symbol. It was derived from the “Totenkopf,” (German for “Death’s Head”), an insignia widely used in Nazi Germany. Badges incorporating the skull and bones motif were popularized by Germany’s Death’s Head Units, whose original task was to serve as guards at concentration camps. In October 1939, some 6,500 members were deployed as frontline fighters in the attempted conquest of Europe and the Soviet Union, carrying out war crimes and ethnic cleansing on their way.
