Study Prepared for the Liberal Party of Canada Finds Covid-19 Vaccines Not 100% Effective; 6 Times More Vaccinated People are in ICU and 5 Times More are Hospitalized
Full vaccination does not prevent infection and hospitalization. Even full vaccination with a booster does not prevent infection or hospitalization.
What are the trends in vaccinated and unvaccinated cases in the hospitals?
In-mid April 2021, when less than 3% of Canadians were fully vaccinated, most of the cases in hospital were unvaccinated. In mid-January 2022, when 77% of Canadians were fully vaccinated, there were more vaccinated cases in hospital than unvaccinated cases.
Are there more vaccinated or unvaccinated cases in the ICU and hospitals at present (June 3, 2022)?
There are 6 times more cases that are vaccinated versus unvaccinated currently in ICU and 5 times more vaccinated cases that are in the hospital compared to unvaccinated cases.
The report concluded:
Given the statistical evidence provided in this report, the public health policy tools such as, mass vaccination campaigns, mandates, passports and travel restrictions need to be re-evaluated for relevance in this phase of SARS-CoV-2. The abundance of evidence documented by Public Health Ontario (PHO), Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and top-tier scientific journals demonstrates that the vaccines do not prevent infection or hospitalization.
The Ontario data show that vaccination currently makes little difference in terms of hospitalization and death rates for those below age 60. Additionally, since there are known risks of adverse events and unknown longterm effects, these must be considered in developing vaccine policies.
The empirical evidence investigated in this report from PHO and PHAC does not support continuing mass vaccination programs, mandates, passports and travel bans for all age groups. Rather, it may be prudent to utilize a more targeted and cost-effective approach focused on vaccinating the high-risk group, while factoring in an individual’s potential risk of vaccine-related adverse events.

US swaps prisoners with Taliban
Joe Biden traded jailed ‘drug lord’ Bashir Noorzai for naval veteran ‘hostage’ Mark Frerichs
US President Joe Biden on Monday announced the release of Mark Frerichs, a US Navy veteran who disappeared in Kabul in 2020 while working as a civilian contractor. Meanwhile, the Taliban government of Afghanistan reported the return of Haji Bashir Noorzai, who spent 17 years in American prison on charges of heroin trafficking.
“Today, we have secured the release of Mark Frerichs, and he will soon be home,” Biden said in a statement released by the White House. He thanked “dedicated public servants across our government and other partner governments” for “years of tireless work” to secure the release of Frerichs, who had been in Taliban captivity since January 2020.
Biden did not mention the release of Noorzai, only that negotiating the release of Frerichs “required difficult decisions, which I did not take lightly.”
Meanwhile, the Taliban’s acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi announced that Frerichs and Noorzai were exchanged at Kabul International Airport.
“We welcome the release of Haji Bashir, an Afghan who spent 17 years in the US,” Muttaqi told reporters, adding that this would “open a new chapter in the bilateral relations between the US and Afghanistan.”
Noorzai was lured to the US, arrested on charges of heroin trafficking, and sentenced to life in federal prison in 2005. The Taliban had outlawed the cultivation of poppies – from which heroin is extracted – before the US invasion in 2001, and did so again after regaining power last year.

US admiral issues China naval blockade warning
Beijing has built a large and modern fleet and can encircle the island should it wish to do so, Vice Admiral Karl Thomas has said
China is entirely capable of imposing a naval blockade on Taiwan, commander of the US Seventh Fleet, Vice Admiral Karl Thomas, acknowledged in an interview with The Wall Street Journal published on Monday.
“They have a very large navy, and if they want to bully and put ships around Taiwan, they very much can do that,” the admiral said.
China has already created a large and modern navy, Thomas stated, with the number of military vessels at Beijing’s disposal continuing to grow rapidly. The admiral said that he did not, however, know whether China is seeking to take any actual action against Taiwan, which Beijing regards as an integral part of its territory, whether through an all-out invasion or a naval blockade.
“Clearly, if they do something that’s non-kinetic, which, you know, a blockade is less kinetic, then that allows the international community to weigh in and to work together on how we’re going to solve that challenge,” he explained.
Beijing has also bolstered its military presence in the South China Sea, a busy waterway to the southwest of Taiwan, and has already “completely militarized” artificial and natural islands under its control in the waterway, the admiral also pointed out.
“They already have all the bunkers they need, they already have all the fuel storage capacity they need, the ability to house troops, they have the missiles, the radars, the sensors,” he said.
Taiwan has been a major issue in US-China relations for decades already, with tensions further aggravated by a recent visit by the US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to the island. Pelosi traveled to Taiwan in early August, ignoring repeated warnings from Beijing to avoid doing so, becoming the most high-ranking US official to visit the island in more than 25 years.
Taiwan has been self-governed since 1949, when Chinese nationalists fled the mainland after losing the civil war to communists and setting up their own administration on the island. While formally recognizing Beijing’s sovereignty over the island and the ‘One China’ principle, Washington has maintained close informal ties with the island nation.
China considers Taiwan to be part of its sovereign territory which has been temporarily seized by separatists. Beijing has repeatedly said it would seek “reunification” and has not ruled out a military option to achieve this goal.

Turkish banks suspend use of Russian payment system
The decision follows the threat of sanctions from Washington
Turkey’s Isbank and Denizbank announced on Monday that they have halted the use of Russia’s Mir payment system following a warning from Washington that financial institutions risk secondary sanctions if they help Moscow bypass US penalties. The banks confirmed their decision to Russia’s RIA Novosti news agency.
Isbank also explained to Bloomberg that its decision follows the US Treasury's statement on the subject.
Last week, the US Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) announced that it was ready to impose sanctions on any institution outside Russia using the country’s payment system. Later, sources told the Financial Times of the US and EU’s intention of putting pressure on Turkish banks, to prevent them from helping Moscow “bypass the sanctions.”
Turkish banks joined the Mir payment network in early August, allowing Russian tourists to pay for their purchases in the country.
Mir was developed by the Central Bank of Russia as a domestic alternative to Visa and Mastercard after the first round of sanctions was imposed on Moscow in 2014. Since the introduction of the new payment system, Russian banks have issued more than 129 million Mir cards. They are currently accepted in Turkey, Vietnam, Armenia, South Korea, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, South Ossetia, and Abkhazia.

Forensics Expert from AZ Audit: Allegheny Co, Pennsylvania Had at Least 10,000 Anomalous Ballots
Forensic chemist and forensic document analyst expert Erich Speckin was one of the unknowns working behind the scenes during the Maricopa County Audit to analyze the paper and the ballot files that were used in the 4th largest county in America. During this process, he revealed that at least 36,000 ballots were questionable and should be further examined. Most of these ballots (~25,000) were not printed from the official pdf, which caused anomalous discrepancies on these ballots to make them easily distinguishable from their authentic counterparts.
According to Speckin, the ballots printed from the original pdf would be “perfect”. They would have perfectly straight lines with no breaks, etc. However, when he examined the early and election day ballots, there were approximately 25,000 that had “breaks in all the same places” around the ovals. And they were in the same place on all of the anomalous ballots. You can see Speckin’s video about his work in Maricopa here (about 9 min).
Another anomaly that Speckin found in Maricopa Co dealt with batches that went almost entirely for one candidate. Speckin found 61 batches each containing 200 ballots that were presented that had 0ver 90% of votes cast for a specific candidate. In analyzing these batches, it was determined that 58 of the 61 had votes favoring Joe Biden by 90% or more and only 3 favoring Donald Trump by 90% or more. This would mean that these combined batches went approximately 11,600 Biden to 600 Trump, in a state that has been red for approximately 40 years and in a county that was within 2.2% points of each other.
Fast Forward to Allegheny County, Pennsylvania
On September 16, 2022, Erich Speckin released a report on Allegheny Co.’s ballots after doing a similar analysis. Speckin notes in his report that he was only able to get access to the pdf images of the ballots, and not the physical ballots themselves, as seems to be the case almost everywhere when it comes to the 2020 election and the 2022 primaries.
“As a result of only having images, the forensic examination that can be performed is limited. It is always
more desirable to have the original evidence when possible. The examination conducted used the
available captured reliable evidence in the images to make the findings and arrive at the conclusions.”
When Speckin examined the mail-in ballot images, he found that a range of ballot IDs had a substantially inferior image quality compared to other ballot images provided. Further, these inferior images all came from the same scanner, scanner 8520050452, according to the tabulation records provided. Speckin writes:
“Many of these images have similar defects in the printing/copying process which would indicate common source of production, but different than the remaining examined ballots. Clearly in the mail in counting area, a random printing defect that may have existed in mailing out of ballots could not consistently come back and be counted on the same scanner. Therefore, a printing defect on the printing side of the ballot creation is not the likely cause of this anomaly.”

Elon Musk’s Latest Court Filing Against Twitter Alleges Fraud Based on Former Twitter Security Chief’s Testimony in Front of Congress
Elon Musk’s latest court filing alleges Twitter is committing fraud based on the testimony of Twitter’s former Security Chief in front of Congress.
In August Twitter’s former Security Chief alleged that Twitter endangered national security through egregious deficiencies at the company.
Then last week, Twitter’s former Security Chief Zatko shared in front of Congress that Twitter leadership is misleading the public and can track any user’s location at any time.
Elon Musk paid attention because in a court filing last week Musk referred to the former Security Chief’s comments in front of Congress to allege that Twitter was committing fraud.
This is really, really serious stuff.
Market Watch reported over the weekend:
Tesla Inc. Chief Executive Elon Musk pointed in a Thursday court filing to a whistleblower’s “devastating analysis” as he alleged “fraud” on the part of Twitter Inc. executives, a dynamic that he says supports his attempt to invalidate his $44 billion deal for the company.
Peiter “Mudge” Zatko, Twitter’s former security chief, spoke of lapses in the social-media company’s security policies, most recently in testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday. A judge ruled last week that Musk could include information from Zatko in his counterclaim against Twitter, and his legal team filed a 200-plus page updated complaint Thursday afternoon.
Musk’s lawyers referred to Zatko’s commentary as “what can only be described as one of the most significant whistleblower complaints in recent history” in a filing made in Delaware Chancery Court. The court is scheduled to hold a five-day trial in October as Musk seeks to back out of his Twitter acquisition and the social-media company looks to make him go through with the deal under the agreed-upon terms.
Musk’s lawyers said Thursday that Twitter TWTR, -1.64% responded to Zatko’s internal inquiries by doing “exactly what it did to Musk when he started raising questions about the false and spam accounts” and monetizable daily active user [mDAU] numbers on Twitter’s platform, as Twitter fired Zatko and “stonewalled” Musk.
“Both episodes reveal the vast and unlawful lengths that Twitter will go to avoid disclosing the true state of the company — its ‘key’ financial metrics, security infrastructure, intellectual property infringement, and legal compliance — to the public,” Musk’s updated claim said. “And indeed, discovery in this case has already unearthed proof that Twitter executives expressed a completely different view of the proper [user-base] metrics in private than what they have been telling investors for years.”
The lawyers further said that Zatko’s claims show Twitter is in breach of a consent decree with the Federal Trade Commission and that it “has failed to disclose that its executives have committed fraud on the company’s board.”
This does not look good for Twitter. However, as with other cases across the country, the makeup and far-left bias of the court is the biggest factor in this case.

Why Are Walmart And Other Major U.S. Retailers Canceling BILLIONS Of Dollars In Orders As Summer Comes To An End?
Do they know something that they aren’t telling us? As you will see below, Walmart, Target and other major U.S. retailers are literally canceling billions of dollars in orders ahead of the coming holiday season. I have never heard of such a thing happening before, and under normal conditions it wouldn’t make any sense at all. The holiday season is typically the busiest time of the year for retailers, and at this time in 2021 there was actually a great deal of concern that there wouldn’t be enough inventory due to global supply chain problems. But now everything has changed. All of a sudden major retailers are feverishly canceling orders, and this would only make sense if a severe economic downturn was imminent.
For example, Walmart is admitting that it has canceled “billions of dollars in orders” as we approach the upcoming holiday season…
John David Rainey, Walmart’s EVP and CFO, said it had cleared most summer inventory, was reducing exposure in electronics, home and sporting goods, and canceled “billions of dollars in orders” to realign inventories. He said, “Our actions in Q3 will allow us to make significant progress toward rationalizing absolute levels and mix, which will enable our stores to be well positioned ahead of the holiday season.”
It is extremely odd that Walmart would decide to do such a thing.
Recently I had an opportunity to stroll through a Walmart, and there were plenty of inventory holes.
So what would make them suddenly cancel “billions of dollars” in orders that they thought that they were going to need for the holiday season?
Perhaps some enterprising reporter will be willing to ask them such a question.
Meanwhile, we just learned that Target has also canceled “more than $1.5 billion” in orders…
Target said it had reduced its “inventory exposure in discretionary categories” throughout Q2 by canceling more than $1.5 billion of orders in these categories and marking down products.
Target is much smaller than Walmart is, and so for Target to cancel so many orders is a really big deal.
And it turns out that Kohl’s and Under Armour have also been canceling large numbers of orders as well…
Kohl’s has also pulled back on order receipts and increased promotions to get through an inventory glut.
“We have taken action to address inventory, including increasing promotions, being aggressive on clearing excess inventory and pulling back on receipts,” said Kohl’s CFO Jill Timm in a call with investors.
Under Armour also said it made some proactive cancellations due to supply chain constraints to ensure that “the right inventory was coming in at the right time,” said interim president and CEO Colin Browne in a call with investors.
These retailers are obviously scared that they will end up stuck with massive amounts of inventory that they cannot sell.
Do they believe that economic activity during the months ahead will be much lower than they originally anticipated?
One corporate executive that is actually publicly admitting that he believes that a recession is coming is FedEx CEO Raj Subramaniam…
FedEx CEO Raj Subramaniam told CNBC’s Jim Cramer on Thursday that he believes a recession is impending for the global economy.
“I think so. But you know, these numbers, they don’t portend very well,” Subramaniam said in response to Cramer’s question of whether the economy is “going into a worldwide recession.”
The CEO’s pessimism came after FedEx missed estimates on revenue and earnings in its first quarter. The company also withdrew its full year guidance.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell Announces Lawsuit Against The FBI Over Phone Seizure: ‘This Has To Stop’
MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, an ally of former President Donald Trump, announced over the weekend that he and his legal team are planning to sue the FBI and the United States government following last week’s reported phone seizure.
During an appearance on Steve Bannon’s War Room podcast on Friday, Lindell announced his intentions, stating it was about multiple alleged violations of the Constitution on the part of the FBI.
At a Save America Rally in Ohio on Saturday, the highly successful entrepreneur doubled down on the threat.
“On Tuesday, we’re suing the United States government and the FBI,” Lindell said to a round of applause.
“We’re suing them for violating our First Amendment rights, our Fourth Amendment rights, our Fifth Amendment rights, and our Sixth Amendment rights!” he added.

Hunter Biden Prosecutor Needs Special Counsel Status To Protect Investigation, GOP Senators Say
Republican senators are calling on Attorney General Merrick Garland to grant a prosecutor investigating President Joe Biden’s son special counsel authority.
A group of over 30 GOP senators wrote Garland a letter, first reported by Fox News, on Friday pushing for a special counsel to protect the ongoing Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation into Hunter Biden from politicization. The senators cited whistleblower accounts alleging that top officials at the FBI quashed concerning reports about the Biden scion prior to the 2020 election.
“[E]vidence seems to be mounting that Hunter Biden committed numerous federal crimes, including, but not limited to, tax fraud, money laundering, and foreign-lobbying violations,” the senators wrote. “Given that the investigation involves the President’s son, we believe it is important to provide U.S. Attorney [David] Weiss with special counsel authorities and protections to allow him to investigate an appropriate scope of potential criminal conduct, avoid the appearance of impropriety, and provide additional assurances to the American people that the Hunter Biden investigation is free from political influence.”
The lead signatories on the letter are Sens. John Cornyn of Texas, Chuck Grassley of Iowa, and Mitch McConnell of Kentucky. Grassley is the top Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee and has released a number of whistleblower reports alleging rampant politicization within the FBI. McConnell is the top Republican in the Senate.
The senators referenced Grassley’s whistleblower reports as supporting concerns that DOJ and FBI probes into Hunter Biden may be influenced by partisans within the government. The DOJ’s recent history of questionable calls since Garland took over has further sowed doubt about the department’s impartiality.
“Given the politicization of the DOJ under your watch and the importance of avoiding any appearance of impropriety, the undersigned request that you provide U.S. Attorney Weiss the full protections and authorities of a special counsel. This is one important action you can take that will go a long way in restoring faith in our governmental institutions,” the letter said.
Biden announced in December 2020, about a month after the 2020 election, that the DOJ had launched an investigation into his “tax affairs.”
“I take this matter very seriously but I am confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisors,” he said in a statement.
In several accounts of whistleblower reports, Grassley and another GOP senator, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, have said that FBI agents claimed top officials at the bureau took steps to bury probes into Biden’s affairs, which include overseas business dealings in countries such as China and Ukraine, before the 2020 election. In one account, Johnson relayed allegations from whistleblowers that FBI officials explicitly barred agents from probing Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop after the bureau received it in 2019.
“After the FBI obtained the Hunter Biden laptop from the Wilmington, DE computer shop, these whistleblowers stated that local FBI leadership told employees, ‘you will not look at that Hunter Biden laptop,’” Johnson wrote in an August letter to Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz.

Zelensky and NATO plan to transform post-war Ukraine into ‘a big Israel’
The NATO-backed Atlantic Council has proposed apartheid Israel as a blueprint for a hyper-militarized Ukraine. The paper was authored by Obama’s former ambassador to Tel Aviv, now an Israeli spy-tech consultant.
Just forty days after Russia’s military campaign began inside Ukraine, Ukrainian President Vlodymyr Zelensky told reporters that in the future, his country would be like “a big Israel.” The following day, one of Israel’s top promoters in the Democratic Party published an op-ed in NATO’s official think tank exploring how that could be executed.
Zelensky made his prediction while speaking to reporters on April 5, rejecting the idea that Kiev would remain neutral in future conflicts between NATO, the European Union, and Russia. According to Zelensky, his country would never be like Switzerland (which coincidentally abandoned its Napoleon-era tradition of nonalignment by sanctioning Russia in response to its February invasion).
“We cannot talk about ‘Switzerland of the future,’” the president informed reporters. “But we will definitely become a ‘big Israel’ with its own face.”
For those wondering what a “big Israel” would actually look like, Zelensky quickly elaborated on his disturbing prophecy.
“We will not be surprised that we will have representatives of the Armed Forces or the National Guard in all institutions, supermarkets, cinemas — there will be people with weapons,” Ukraine’s president said, predicting a bleak existence for his citizens. “I am sure that our security issue will be number one in the next ten years.”
Though the web post was based on comments Zelensky made to reporters, the president’s office mysteriously excised a section of his remarks in which he declared a future Ukraine would not be “absolutely liberal, European.” Instead, along with his vision for a heavily militarized Ukraine, the post emphasized Zelensky’s readiness to join NATO “already tomorrow.”
For NATO’s power brokers, however, Zelensky’s intimated willingness to join the military alliance was perhaps the least remarkable aspect of his statement. Instead, within 48 hours of his comments, the Atlantic Council – NATO’s semi-official think tank in Washington – published a “road map” exploring how to transform Ukraine into “a big Israel.”
Authored by Daniel B. Shapiro, the former US Ambassador to Israel under President Barack Obama, the document posited that “the two embattled countries share more than you might think.”
Just as former US Secretary of State Alexander Haig presented Israel as “the largest American air craft carrier in the world that cannot be sunk,” Shapiro put forward a vision of Ukraine as a hyper-militarized NATO bastion whose national identity would be defined by its ability to project US power against Russia.

Michigan law firm claimed authorities manipulate children for incriminating statements in sex abuse cases
A Michigan Democratic congressional candidate’s former law firm claimed on its website that authorities "lead and manipulate" children in sex abuse cases to get "incriminating statements."
Carl Marlinga, the Democrat running to represent Michigan’s new 10th district in Congress, was the named partner for the criminal defense firm, the Marlinga Law Group.
The firm’s website highlighted the defense attorney services provided to clients, including those for violent crimes as well as sex crimes both online and off.

Putin: Terrorists Near Russian Nuclear Power Plants
Corporate media somehow missed Russian President Vladimir Putin’s shocking charge, at his press conference Friday:
"We even see attempts at perpetrating terrorist attacks in the Russian Federation, including – I am not sure if this was made public – attempts to carry out terrorist attacks near our nuclear facilities, nuclear power plants in the Russian Federation. I am not even talking about the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant."
Putin was answering what seemed to be a canned question about Russia’s "restraint" amid, what the questioner called increasing "strikes, raids and acts of terror even on Russian territory. We are hearing all the time very aggressive statements that the final goal of Kiev and the West is Russia’s disintegration. Meanwhile, many think that Russia’s response to all of this is very restrained. Why is that?”
Putin addressed the question frontally:
"With regard to our restrained response, I would not say it was restrained … after all, a special military operation is not just another warning, but a military operation. In the course of this, we are seeing attempts to perpetrate terrorist attacks and damage our civilian infrastructure.
"Indeed, we were quite restrained in our response, but that will not last forever. Recently, Russian Armed Forces delivered a couple of sensitive blows in that area [civilian infrastructure]. Let’s call them warning shots. If the situation continues like that, our response will be more impactful. Terrorist attacks are a serious matter. … We see this in the killing of officials in the liberated territories, we even see attempts at perpetrating terrorist attacks in the Russian Federation."
This is the context in which Putin pointedly included (as cited above) "attempts to carry out terrorist attacks near our nuclear facilities, nuclear power plants in the Russian Federation." He added:
"We are monitoring the situation and will do our best to prevent a negative scenario from unfolding. We will respond if they fail to realize that these approaches are unacceptable. They are, in fact, no different than terrorist attacks."
Putin on Western Goals
Responding to the questioner’s allusion to "very aggressive statements that the final goal of Kiev and the West is Russia’s disintegration, Putin added:
"They have always been seeking the dissolution of our country – this is very true. It is unfortunate that at some point they decided to use Ukraine for these purposes. In effect – I am answering your question now … we launched our special military operation to prevent events from taking this turn. This is what some US-led Western countries have always been seeking – to create an anti-Russia enclave and rock the boat, threaten Russia from this direction. In essence, our main goal is to prevent such developments."
Putin has long been saying that, while the US professes to be concerned about Ukraine’s security, it is using the ex-Soviet country as a "tool" in its efforts to contain Russia. Actually, Putin finds himself in some good company with this assertion. Would you believe that company includes a former Director of the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency?
Following the US orchestrated coup in Kiev in early 2014, the "December 2015 National Security Strategy" (of DIA) said the following:
"The Kremlin is convinced the United States is laying the groundwork for regime change in Russia, a conviction further reinforced by the events in Ukraine. Moscow views the United States as the critical driver behind the crisis in Ukraine and believes that the overthrow of former Ukrainian President Yanukovych is the latest move in a long-established pattern of U.S.-orchestrated regime change efforts." This is the context in which Putin pointedly included (as cited above) "attempts to carry out terrorist attacks near our nuclear facilities, nuclear power plants in the Russian Federation." He added:
Moscow views the United States as the critical driver behind the crisis in Ukraine and believes that the overthrow of former Ukrainian President Yanukovych is the latest move in a long-established pattern of U.S.-orchestrated regime change efforts." Putin: Terrorists Near Russian Nuclear Power Plants

White House Announces Massive $10 Billion Aid Package for Jordan
With the new agreement, Amman will nudge Cairo to be the third highest recipient of American handouts
The Joe Biden administration rolled out a new assistance agreement with Jordan. Washington will send Amman $10.15 billion over the next seven years. The new deal will make Jordan the third largest recipient of American aid, following only Ukraine and Israel.
The White House signed the new memorandum of understanding (MOU) on Friday. The Biden administration first discussed the new agreement with Jordan on the sidelines of the Jeddah summit in July. The MOU is the largest aid package the US has ever signed with Amman.
Jordanian officials celebrated the aid, and claimed it was essential. "It’s an extremely important MOU. It speaks to the strong friendship the two countries have," foreign minister Ayman Safadi said. He added, "The US has gone above and beyond for Jordan."
The State Department stressed Amman’s strategic importance to America’s foreign policy goals in the Middle East. "The MOU represents a major commitment to Jordan’s stability and the durability of the strategic partnership," the press release said.
While the US sees Jordan as an important partner in the Middle East, Washington and Amman do not see eye-to-eye on Syria policy. Jordan recently endorsed the Russian presence in Syria as "stabilizing." Some of the aid will help Amman manage the 1.3 million Syrian refugees. The reconstruction of Syria is currently being stifled by American sanctions.
The MOU that grants Amman over $10 billion from US taxpayers was signed even though the State Department claims Jordan’s monarchical government commits disturbing human rights abuses. According to the State Department, Amman has consistently committed major violations of human rights. "Significant human rights issues included credible reports of: torture or cruel, inhuman, and degrading treatment or punishment in government facilities; arbitrary arrest and detention; political prisoners or detainees; arbitrary or unlawful interference with privacy; serious restrictions on free expression and media, including the existence of criminal libel laws and censorship…." the 2021 Human rights report said.
Like Jordan, other top recipients of American aid have tarnished human rights records. Israel receives $3.8 billion annually and is accused by Western NGOs of being an apartheid state. Egypt will take in over $1 billion in aid in 2022, and several representatives believe Cairo is guilty of carrying out extrajudicial killings. The top recipient of aid, Ukraine, has nationalized its media and banned nearly all political opposition parties in the past six months.

IDF chief at Auschwitz: Holocaust denial is reason Iran can’t be trusted with nukes
Avi Kohavi responds to Iranian President Raisi, who cast doubt on fact that 6 million Jews were murdered: ‘You don’t have to be a historian, you have to be a human being’
Speaking at the Auschwitz death camp, Israel Defense Forces Chief of Staff Aviv Kohavi on Monday slammed Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi for expressing doubt about the Holocaust, saying that was one of the main reasons Tehran could not be trusted with nuclear weapons.
“You don’t have to be a historian or a researcher to understand the horrors of the Holocaust — you have to be a human being,” Kohavi said. “Anyone who distorts and denies the painful and solid truth of history lies easily today and will naturally lie in the future.”
“This is another reminder that such people should not be allowed to possess any capacity of any kind to develop weapons of mass destruction,” Kohavi added, referring to Iran’s nuclear program.
Israel has for decades vowed to stop Iran — which regularly calls for the destruction of the Jewish state — from acquiring nuclear weapons and has opposed the return of the US to the nuclear deal with Iran, arguing that it does not go far enough in curbing Tehran’s nuclear ambitions.
Nazi German forces killed an estimated 1.1 million people, the majority of them Jews, at the Auschwitz-Birkenau complex, the site of Kohavi’s remarks.
The military chief was one of several Israeli leaders who expressed outrage after Raisi’s controversial comments in a 60 Minutes interview aired on Sunday, during which he was asked: “Do you believe the Holocaust happened? That six million Jews were slaughtered?”
The Iranian president responded that “historical events should be investigated by researchers and historians. There are some signs that it happened. If so, they should allow it to be investigated and researched.”

The interviewer then said: “So you’re not sure, I’m getting that you’re not sure.” Raisi did not challenge that conclusion.
Prime Minister Yair Lapid took to Twitter to hit back at Raisi’s comments, posting four graphic photos from the Holocaust, with the caption, “Some signs.”
President Isaac Herzog responded to his Iranian counterpart by tweeting a photograph he said he keeps on his desk of Holocaust survivor Dora Dreiblatt Eisenberg’s forearm, tattooed with her prisoner identification number.
Dreiblatt Eisenberg’s arm is shown being held by that of her infant great-granddaughter, Daniella Har-Tzvi, against a background of the Israeli national flag.
Alongside the image, Herzog wrote “Mr. Raisi, on my desk in Jerusalem there is one photograph. The numbers speak for themselves,” referring to the numbers tattooed by the Nazis on the Holocaust survivor’s arm.

Why is Israel letting Mexico’s ex-crime chief hide here? - analysis
Tomas Zeron de Lucio, allegedly linked to the deaths of 43 Mexican students, has been hiding in Israel for over two years.
Mexico’s former criminal agency chief Tomas Zeron de Lucio, allegedly involved in the deaths of 43 Mexican students in 2014, has been hiding out in Israel for more than two years, according to reports by Calcalist, The New York Times and various Latin American media outlets.
The reports imply that Israel is dragging its feet either because of negative diplomatic relations, the lack of extradition treaties between the countries, or a special arrangement that de Lucio has with the Israeli cyberdefense establishment.
Part of the basis for that allegation relates to the NSO Group’s operations in Mexico, where the cyber offense firm is accused of selling its cellphone-hacking technology to the government and others to use against journalists, activists and other opposition figures.
Whether Israel is dragging its feet, it is clear that the legal questions are far more complicated than they may seem.
First, ultimate innocence or guilt at the end of a trial is only one piece of the extradition process.
Complexities of the extradition process
In order to get a foreign country to extradite one of its citizens, there are certain basic levels of evidence that must be provided to the country that would extradite, in this case, Israel.
Also, there are preliminary processes in the extradition that often precede a full, final and official extradition request.
The Jerusalem Post has learned that Israeli authorities have been working on evidentiary aspects of the extradition case for years, but that the process has been dynamic, with multiple twists and turns.
The case changed substantially in 2020 and 2021, earlier this year, and again only a few weeks ago when a number of Mexican prosecutors were arrested.
Practically speaking, it can be difficult if not impossible to move an extradition process forward when some of the prosecution lawyers on the other side have been arrested or are under investigation.
Also, with dozens of new arrests of those whose narrative could overlap with de Lucio, Israel might need to request additional new evidence.
The Post has also learned that the formal and final extradition request has not yet been submitted.
In other words, from Israel’s perspective – despite all of the prior reports – the ball is in Mexico’s court.
None of this means that de Lucio will not eventually be extradited; it just puts a different spin on why the extradition process might be taking so long. It also makes it likely that his extradition is not imminent.
A diplomatic official said that the issue is being handled by the Justice Ministry, and that there is no connection between the extradition issue and broader Mexican-Israeli diplomatic relations.
More specifically, the official rejected any idea of Israel using the extradition to try to leverage Mexico to be less critical of it at the United Nations, as implied by multiple reports.
Why then is an Israeli official quoted that seems to imply there is a connection, or at least that Jerusalem might intentionally slow down the process because it does not owe Mexico any favors?
Officials did not say that the quotes in the media were necessarily manufactured, as much as they were likely taken out of context to present Israel in an unflattering light.

ICAN obtains Court Order demanding CDC release secret COVID Vaccine Adverse Events Data obtained in ‘V-Safe’ Program
After months of litigation, a U.S. court has ordered that, by the end of this month, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) must produce the first batch of over 19 months’ worth of data collected from tens of millions of v-safe participants during the Covid-19 vaccination program.
The V-safe program includes over 137 million entries that have been made following Covid vaccination.

US Accuses Russia of Interfering in Foreign Elections
An intelligence review commissioned by the Biden administration has concluded that “Russia has secretly funneled at least $300 million to foreign political parties and candidates in more than two dozen countries since 2014 in an attempt to shape political events beyond its borders.”
On September 12, the State Department shared the information with US embassies around the world in order to educate those countries on Russia’s activities, reveal Russia’s character and suggest countermeasures. Those countries must simply have laughed both at America’s hypocrisy and at America’s assumption of their own naiveté and short memories.
The first country identified as a victim of Russian meddling is Albania, the country that was the target of one of the largest early Cold War US attempts at a covert operation intended to shape political events beyond its borders by changing a government.
Despite the US intelligence review’s conclusion that Russia spent the money “as part of its covert campaign to weaken democratic systems and promote global political forces seen as aligned with Kremlin interests,” those were precisely the interests being pursued by the US. US planners knew their desired government would not be a democracy, and the people they were working with were not democratic. A memorandum assessing the situation in 1952 admitted that a “military dictatorship would probably result.” And that dictatorship “would enjoy the support of the United States as long as it remains friendly to the U.S. and its objectives and hostile to the Soviet government and its objectives,” according to a 1949 CIA document.

New Jersey radio hosts defend teachers who have sex with underage students
Last week, Dennis Malloy and Judi Franco, radio hosts on New Jersey's WKXW-FM, voiced controversial opinions regarding teachers who have sexual relationships with their underage students.
Malloy and Franco each published a blog article on the station's website defending young adult teachers accused of having inappropriate contact with their students.
Malloy wrote an article titled, "NJ Teachers + Students = Sex (Opinion)," which mentioned a recent case involving a 24-year-old male teacher who faces sexual assault charges for having a relationship with a 17-year-old female student.
The radio host noted that the age of consent in New Jersey is 16. Malloy argued that, while both parties' actions were wrong, the teacher should not have to register as a sex offender for it.
"This young man faces sexual assault charges that could put him in prison and label him as a sex offender for the rest of his life. No doubt he used poor judgment and made a bad decision. The same could be said for some of these students but for him as a teacher, the consequences are much greater," wrote Malloy.
The radio personality argued that if the sexual contact was consensual, then the teacher should not face sexual assault charges.
Malloy stated, "I am not condoning what this young man did. It was wrong. He exercised poor judgment and a lack of restraint and self-control. What about the young woman?"
"In many cases where this happens with a male teacher, the female student is not some shy wilting flower that was taken advantage of," he wrote.
Co-host Judi Franco expressed a similar sentiment in her own article published the same week titled, "Let's stop criminalizing teachers having sex with students in NJ (Opinion)," where she cited the same criminal case.
Franco wrote that people need to be more empathetic toward the teachers in these situations. "Just as many 17-year-old students can be seductresses as 24-year-old teachers can be casanovas. I realize that the law says this is a criminal act but let's be grown-ups. It's silly," her article stated.
She agreed with Malloy that the male teacher should bear more responsibility for being in a position of authority over the female student but that the student was not blameless either.
Franco argued, "We talk about female empowerment. You can't have it both ways. Should we paint a 17-year-old girl as a weak little flower? Or should she understand the power she's been imbued with and choose when and how to wield it? After all, if this were a consensual relationship, it's not a rape. Why teach girls that they're victims?"
The two co-hosts wrote that they believe teachers who have sexual relationships with students should be removed from their positions for displaying a lack of self-control but that they should not always face serious criminal charges.
Judi Franco received backlash in 2017 when she spoke out in defense of Harvey Weinstein and accused his female victims of using "poor judgment."
"The woman's movement was supposed to celebrate and reinforce the strength of women. Claims of sexual harassment only serve to paint women as helpless and hapless victims," she wrote. "In the case of Harvey Weinstein, WHY would you go to his hotel room? Note to female professionals: A hotel room is a BEDROOM!!!"

Fauci, Klain, Yellen, Kendi Headline Pfizer-Funded, Far-Left Conference in D.C. This Week.
Leading anti-America themes are being sponsored by major corporates and Chinese Communist-linked entities.
Anthony Fauci is set to headline a major far-left conference whose lead sponsors include COVID-19 vaccine maker Pfizer, The National Pulse can reveal. Fauci will appear alongside race-baiter Ibram X. Kendi, White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, and more.
The September 21st to 23rd Atlantic magazine festival will take place at the Wharf in Washington, D.C., with tickets going for a cool $400.00 per person. Topics are set to include critical race theory, diversity, Ukraine, censorship, climate change, and centralizing healthcare and pandemic response control.
Fauci – who has overseen most of America’s COVID-19 response in his role as the Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases – has long been the subject of “fact checks” by corporate media sources such as Reuters, which deny his links with Big Pharma group Pfizer. The chairman and former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Thomson Reuters Foundation– James C. Smith – is a top investor and board member for Pfizer, as The National Pulse revealed in December 2021.
Pfizer vaccine studies have also shown adverse effects on the health of its recipients, including altered menstrual cycles in women, lowered sperm count in men, and cardiovascular problems in children and young adults. Despite the flaws – or perhaps because of them – the company hired a record-breaking number of politically connected lobbyists to help advance vaccine mandates.
Anti-America Line Up.
Other participants in the event include White House Chief of Staff Ronald A. Klain, “anti-racist” activist Ibram X. Kendi, top “Critical Race Theory” scholar Kimberlé Crenshaw, as well as Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen.
The first day of the conference includes “underwritten” panels by Pfizer, Genentech, the Walton Family Foundation, and Edward Jones. The website explains that “underwritten” sessions are “not produced by the Atlantic’s Editorial Team”. In other words, they are long, paid “advertorial” by major corporate interests. Underwritten sessions account for half of the first day’s events; 62.5 percent of the second day’s events; and none of the last day’s events.
The second day’s programming includes a panel on “misinformation”, underwritten by the Boston Consulting Group, and starring TikTok’s “Misinformation Researcher” Abbie Richards, as well as Louis Jacobson from the partisan “fact checker” Politifact. Richards is unlikely to be quizzed on recent revelations that dark money Democrat groups are paying for misinformation to be spread on her Chinese Communist-owned platform by leading Obama acolytes.
Southern Company is then underwriting a panel on George Floyd, followed by the MacArthur Foundation hyping ‘Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion’ and Penguin Books promoting critical race theory.
