OP here (ip hopping)
Looks like same noise coming from this plane down on me right now. It keeps flying low doing circles.

No. I don’t think they are trying to zap me. I think it’s more likely they are hacking by using an overwhelming amount of interference to brute force their way in.
I have been subject to an aerial microwave attack before (once) but I don’t think that’s what this was.
Looks like they left after circling over me five or six times
