You can't alienate your own theory as if it's only originating from outside yourself.

You're referencing the outputs of your own statements as needing to be proved or disproved by others, even though the SOURCE REFERENCE you invoked, Q, via the drops, is OSINT.

CTRL-F the word "promise" in the Q drops and post all the results you find here, then compare and reconcile with what you claimed Anon allegedly said.

The only remaining pathway for due process was petitioning the Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy to enforce AICPA professional standards against the Foundation’s former national audit firm BKD, LLP (BKD has since merged with another national firm forming Forvis, LLP).

 

BKD issued slapdash audits and tax returns (under penalties of perjury) for 13 years. By dismissing AICPA professional standards and IRS compliance, the firm created a veneer of legitimacy for the Clinton Foundation. BKD’s main fiduciary obligation is to serve and protect public interest, not the Clinton Foundation.

 

I filed a complaint with the Arkansas Board against BKD, LLP. The complaint (59 allegations), relying on public documents, charged BKD with professional misconduct and failure to comply with the following AICPA standards and the IRS Code. The complaint’s primary focus is the Clinton Foundation’s 2011 amended IRS Form 990 tax return dated November 16, 2015, and the underlying 2011 audited financial statements.

 

The firm filed a condescending and indefensible response dismissing the allegations and smearing me as a “conspiracy theorist.” The reply crossed a bright-line including a veiled threat of AICPA disciplinary action against me. BKD’s Chief Operating Officer Eric Hansen served at the time as the AICPA Chairman.

The Foundation’s Board of Trustees engaged Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP, to review its “decadal” (Or is it decadent?) governance. Their report was issued in late December 2011. UK issues new anti-Russian sanctions in light of ongoing referenda

 

The UK Foreign Office on Monday accused Russia of conducting "sham referenda" in the DPR, LPR, Kherson, and Zaporozhye regions in Ukraine and said in a statement that the UK officially issued new sanctions against Russia.

 

"The Foreign Secretary has today (26 September) announced 92 sanctions in response to the Russian regime imposing sham referendums in four regions of Ukraine – a clear violation of international law, including the UN charter," the statement said.

 

Among the thirty-three officials who received sanctions included the head of the government of the Kherson region Sergey Eliseev; the minister of education and science of the Lugansk People's Republic Ivan Kusov; the head of the administration of the Zaporozhye region Yevgeny Balytskyi; a member of the main council of the Zaporozhye regional administration Vladimir Rogov; the head of the Kherson city administration Alexander Kobets; and deputy chairman of the government of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Yevgeny Solntsev.

 

Four other individuals were sanctioned for allegedly "supporting or obtaining benefit from the Government of Russia and operating in sectors of strategic significance," namely Russian real estate developers God Nisanov and Zarakh Iliev; Ural Mining and Metallurgic Company President Iskander Makhmudov; and ARETI International Group President Igor Makarov.

 

Russian joint-stock company Goznak and PR agency IMA Consulting were also included in the list.

 

Fifty-five other board members of Russian financial organizations, as well as twenty-three individuals from Gazprombank, 16 from Sberbank, and 10 from Sovcombank, were also sanctioned.

 

Since the conflict between Russia and Ukraine began in February, the UK has stood as one of Ukraine's major allies.

 

Back in March of this year, former Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced to his cabinet his intention to supply Ukraine with “more lethal” weapons.

 

Russia condemned the UK for cooperating with Kiev ultra-nationalist forces and supplying them with weapons against Russia's armed forces.

 

Last June, Johnson launched a major training operation for Ukrainian forces, with the potential to train up to 10,000 soldiers every 120 days.

According to the 1023 Application for Recognition of Exemption Under Section 501(c)(3), BKD advised CGI “in complying with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.” It failed to audit the pay-for-play subsidiary that made up over 20% of the consolidated revenue. Numerous states, including Arkansas, required CGI to be audited.

 

Arkansas Consent Order

 

BKD signed the Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy Consent Order acknowledging that it failed to “exercise due professional care in the performance of professional services,” and that a licensee who performs auditing, review, compilation, management consulting, tax or other professional services shall comply with professional standards as defined in Board Rule 8.2.”

 

BKD also acknowledged it was first licensed with Arkansas in 2003, meaning it operated unlawfully for more than two years while providing services to the Clinton Foundation.

 

Kudos to the Arkansas Accountancy State Board for pursuing and disciplining BKD, but the firm’s acknowledgment without severe penalties is insufficient. Ethically, BKD should have pulled its audit opinions.

Tucker Carlson has paid his respects to the founder and longtime president of the notorious Hells Angels motorcycle club, Sonny Barger, who passed away this summer aged 83 after a battle with throat cancer.

 

The prominent Fox News host was among more than 7,000 people who gathered at the Stockton 99 Speedway in California on Saturday to attend a six-hour-long service dedicated to Barger, who had been a counterculture icon since the 1960s.

 

Speaking to the crowd of leather-clad mourners, Carlson began his speech by admitting that he had never met Barger personally, but had always been a fan of the notorious outlaw biker. Carlson noted, however, that he had only discovered the biker’s personal views when he read the letter Barger released after his passing.

 

“The letter, if I can summarize it from memory, was: ‘Always stand tall, stay loyal… remain free, and always value honor,’” Carlson recited, telling the crowd that just reading these words made him “emotional.”

 

“And I thought to myself, if there is a phrase that sums up more perfectly what I want to be, what I aspire to be, and the kind of man I respect, I can’t think of a phrase that sums it up more perfectly than that,” the TV host added, drawing applause from the crowd.

 

Carlson went on to question why such values were not shared by those who sit in Washington and pointed out that it should be the president of the United States who repeats those words everyday, not just the leader of a notorious motorcycle club.

 

Barger rose to prominence in the US after he became one of the founding members of the first Oakland chapter of the Hells Angels motorcycle club in 1957. He went on to become the public face of the group, which is currently believed to have up to 3,600 members with chapters spread across the world.

 

Throughout his life, Barger had numerous run-ins with the law and had been arrested on charges ranging from possession of narcotics to attempted murder, and had served several prison sentences.

 

While many police and international intelligence agencies, including the US Justice Department and Europol, consider the Hells Angels to be an organized crime syndicate, Barger always maintained that the club only consists of motorcycle enthusiasts and that responsibility for criminal activities lies with individual members and not the club as a whole.

The NRDC, a non-profit organization based in New York City with total assets exceeding $450 million, has worked on climate issues extensively in China since the mid-1990s and several of its top officials have worked for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) or government-sponsored institutions.

 

The NRDC also maintains a close working relationship with President Biden’s administration. The NRDC’s former president, Gina McCarthy, served as Biden’s climate czar up from January 2021 until earlier this month. Current president, Manish Bapna, has attended at least two White House meetings, visitor logs reviewed by Fox News Digital show.

 

The NRDC regularly communicates with Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry’s office on policy issues, according to internal State Department emails obtained by the watchdog group Protect the Public’s Trust and shared with Fox News Digital.

Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom Signs Law Allowing Illegal Immigrants to Obtain California IDs

On Friday, Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom signed a new bill that will make it possible for illegal immigrants to obtain state IDs into law.

 

The new law, AB 1766 mandates that “by no later than July 1, 2027,” the DMV must “issue a restricted identification card to an eligible applicant who is unable to submit satisfactory proof that their presence in the United States is authorized under federal law if they provide satisfactory proof of identity and California residency, as specified.”

 

Also, AB 1766 would forbid any government agency or department, law enforcement agency, business company, or another person from obtaining, accessing, utilizing, or disclosing, noncriminal background information stored by the department for the purpose of immigration enforcement.

 

“That means criminals who are illegally in the country might not be reported; it also means that despite California’s aggressive lockdown policies in the coronavirus pandemic, the state may not be allowed to provide information about illegal aliens to the federal government in future public health crises,” Breitbart reported.

 

Some of the new legislation bills that aimed toward helping illegal aliens in California, aside from AB 1766, are AB 1232, AB 2068, and AB 2193.

AB 1232 will give immigrant students improved access to in-state tuition at public colleges and universities, as well as ESL courses at community colleges.

 

Occupational safety and health are included in AB 2068, meaning that undocumented people will have access to community health workers and promoters who can facilitate and provide culturally and linguistically responsive care.

 

AB 2193 deals with providing low-income Californians eligibility for legal assistance in civil matters that affect basic human needs, regardless of a persons immigration status.

 

“California is expanding opportunity for everyone, regardless of immigration status… We’re a state of refuge – a majority-minority state, where 27 percent of us are immigrants,” Newsom said after signing the new law. “That’s why I’m proud to announce the signing of today’s bills to further support our immigrant community, which makes our state stronger every single day.”

 

Almost 3 million people in California are living in the shadows without proper documentation in 2019, according to the census from the Migration Policy Institute. It is even worst right now as a result of of Biden’s open border policy.

 

Currently, illegal immigrants are allowed to obtain an AB60 driver’s license in California.

 

Laws allowing undocumented immigrants to get driver’s licenses have been passed in 17 states and District of Columbia. States included in this group are: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington.

Pelosi Unilaterally Extends Unconstitutional Proxy Voting Scheme AGAIN Through November Despite Biden Declaring Pandemic is Over

 

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Friday unilaterally extended her unconstitutional proxy voting scheme again due to COVID-19, despite Biden’s declaration that the pandemic is over.

 

This is pure lawlessness and unprecedented corruption.

 

In a letter addressed to the members of the House of Representatives, Pelosi cited COVID and said that a “public health emergency is in effect” in her announcement extending proxy voting.

 

It will be extended until November 10, 2022.

 

“In light of the attached notification by the Sergeant-at-Arms, in consultation with the Office of Attending Physician, that a public health emergency is in effect due to a novel coronavirus, I am hereby extending the “covered period” designated on January 4, 2021, pursuant to section 3(s) of House Resolution 8, until November 10, 2022,” Pelosi said in a statement.

 

Pelosi first began the scheme on May 27, 2020.

 

Pelosi unilaterally extended her proxy voting scheme several times over the last couple of years. The proxy scheme was supposed to end today, September 26th.

 

Pelosi’s decision to extend proxy voting comes after President Joe Biden said that the COVID pandemic was over.

 

Joe Biden declared the COVID pandemic is over in a sit-down interview with “60 Minutes” that aired last week.

 

This was Joe Biden’s first interview with an American outlet in more than 7 months.

 

“The pandemic is over. We still have a problem with Covid. We’re still doing a lot of work on it. It’s – but the pandemic is over,” Biden said to Scott Pelley.

 

WI Republican Representative Mike Gallagher issued a statement Friday condemning the letter.

 

“Earlier this week, President Biden claimed that the pandemic was over. It seems everyone but Speaker Pelosi agrees. By extending proxy voting, Speaker Pelosi continues to allow members to forgo the most important component of their job – voting – and lie to their constituents in the process. The day when Republicans take back the House and eliminate this unconstitutional and unethical practice can’t come soon enough.”

 

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) also reacted to Pelosi’s decision to extend proxy voting in an op-ed for the New York Post.

 

“The Commitment to America champions policies to restore voters’ confidence in Congress, starting with ending Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s proxy-voting abuse of power that allowed 90% of House Democrats to get paid without needing to show up for work.”

 

Last year, GOP Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy asked the US Supreme Court to overturn Speaker Pelosi’s House proxy voting.

 

“Although the Constitution allows Congress to write its own rules, those rules cannot violate the Constitution itself, including the requirement to actually assemble in person. Since its adoption 14 months ago, proxy voting has shattered 231 years of legislative precedent and shielded the majority from substantive policy debates and questions, effectively silencing the voices of millions of Americans,” McCarthy wrote to the Supreme Court justices.

 

The US Supreme Court in January declined to hear GOP Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s challenge to Speaker Pelosi’s proxy voting.

 

Congressman Greg Pence of Indiana’s Sixth Congressional District also demanded an end to this unconstitutional proxy voting.

Tesla's German Gigafactory Catches Fire, Prompting Local Protestors To Call For Production Shut Down

 

A major fire appears to have broken out at Tesla's Berlin recycling plant, prompting a local group of environmentalists who have been fighting the company to call for Tesla to stop production.

 

Overnight electrek reported that Tesla's on-site fire brigade called in help from the local fire department for an incident that took place at Gigafactory Berlin in the municipality of Grünheide.

 

Local news reported that a "a large pile of cardboard and wood caught on fire at the recycling facility located at the factory". The report said that 800 cubic meters of paper, cardboard and wood caught fire.

 

The blaze took 50 firefighters "hours" to get under control. 12 firefighters from Tesla's own brigade assisted with the fire. No injuries were reported and the fire did not spread to elsewhere on the facility.

 

But one blaze set off another: environmentalists, who have been fighting Tesla every step of the way on the German plant, are now calling for a stop in production. A group called the citizens’ initiative Grünheide (BI) is calling for an "immediate stop" to production, electrek writes.

 

A representative from the group commented: "Our worst fears have come true. We demand a production stop until the causes and circumstances have been clarified and all safety-related measures in the water protection area have been implemented."

 

Tesla has not issued an official comment as of yet.

Spanish government official reportedly claims 'children … can love or have sexual relations with whomever they want'

 

A member of the Spanish government recently caught the attention of the international community after she made controversial statements regarding children and sexual consent.

 

Irene Montero, the 34-year-old minister of equality in Spain, recently said in Spanish at a recent legislative meeting: "All girls, boys, childrenx in this country have the right to know their own body, to know that no adult can touch their body if they don't want to and that is a form of violence, they have the right to know that they can love or have sexual relations with whoever they want, based on consent."

 

A video of her comments went viral on social media late last week.

 

It is unclear when she actually made the statement.

 

The age of sexual consent in Spain is 16, and Montero later clarified that, with her statements, she was merely advocating for the right of children to receive comprehensive sex education "which allows them to have lives free of violence and that allows them in the future to freely live their sexuality."

 

However, her critics, whom she called members of "the extreme right," have argued that her comments have endangered children, and many have now called for her resignation as a result.

US Military Has a Mass Monitoring Tool that can Spy on 93% of ALL Internet Traffic, Including Email, Browser Data

 

The tool reportedly covers 93% of the world's internet traffic and can easily defeat VPNs.

 

Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) has revealed that the US Naval Investigative Service (NCIS) has a contract for “Augury” – a mass monitoring tool that reportedly covers 93% of the world’s internet traffic and provides access to petabytes of current and historical data.

 

Wyden made the revelation in a recent letter that urged officials at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Defense (DOD), and Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate their department’s “warrantless purchase and use of records revealing the websites Americans have accessed online.”

 

The Senator wrote that public contracting records show that NCIS has a contract for Augury and that these records show that Augury provides access to network data “from over 550 collection points worldwide.” Wyden added that these records show Augury “is updated with at least 100 billion new records each day” and “confirm that Augury provides access to email data…and data about web browser activity.”

 

Not only does Wyden’s letter highlight this Augury contract but it also reveals that Wyden’s department was recently contacted by a whistleblower who had filed formal complaints “regarding the warrantless purchase and use of netflow data by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS).” This whistleblower told Wyden’s department that NCIS is “purchasing access to data, which includes netflow records and some ‘communications content” from Team Cymru – a data broker that offers access to Augury.

 

Wyden’s letter also notes that other government agencies, including US Cyber Command, the Army, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the US Secret Service, have contracts with Argonne Ridge Group – an affiliate of Team Cymru that has previously managed contracts with public agencies.

 

Motherboard, which reviewed several of the contracts referenced in Wyden’s letter, added that while these contracts don’t mention Augury, one of the FBI contracts does say “it will secure funding approval to buy net flow from one commercial vendor and integrating it into existing sources of net flow available to cyber intelligence analysts to analyze as a proof of concept.”

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is funding a Clinton Health Access Initiative aimed at making developing countries reliant on China for healthcare and medical products, The National Pulse can reveal.

 

The Microsoft co-founder’s foundation authorized a $560,021 grant to the Clinton Health Access Initiative in September, which will run for 18 months.

The grant comes amidst China rolling out its controversial “Belt and Road” initiative, a key component of the regime’s efforts to expand its control globally through predatory infrastructure loans.

 

As the U.S. State Department has warned, Beijing “uses the Belt and Road Initiative and other undertakings to expand foreign markets for Chinese companies and as a means of drawing nations, particularly their political and economic elites, into Beijing’s geopolitical orbit.”

 

China has been accused of using similar tactics amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, engaging in “healthcare diplomacy” to broaden its influence over developing countries. Products manufactured in the country also often have poor efficacy and are tainted with toxic chemicals.

 

The Gates Foundation grant appears to aid the Chinese Communist Party’s ambitions to intertwine itself within the healthcare infrastructure of countries across the world.

Swastika-Wearing Gunman Kills 15 in Russian School Shooting

 

MOSCOW—A gunman with a swastika on his teeshirt killed 15 people, including 11 children, and wounded 24 at a school in Russia on Monday before committing suicide, investigators said.

 

The attacker, a man in his early thirties who was named by authorities as Artem Kazantsev, killed two security guards and then opened fire on students and teachers at School Number 88 in Izhevsk, where he had once been a pupil.

 

Russia’s Investigative Committee, which handles major crimes, said it was looking into the perpetrator’s suspected neo-Nazi links.

 

“Currently investigators … are conducting a search of his residence and studying the personality of the attacker, his views and surrounding milieu,” the committee said in a statement. “Checks are being made into his adherence to neo-fascist views and Nazi ideology.”

 

Investigators released a video showing the man’s body lying in a classroom with overturned furniture and papers strewn on the bloodstained floor. He was dressed all in black, with a red swastika in a circle drawn on his teeshirt.

 

The Investigative Committee said that of the 24 people wounded, all but two were children. Regional governor Alexander Brechalov said surgeons had carried out a number of operations.

 

He said the attacker had been registered with a “psycho-neurological” treatment facility. Investigators said the man was armed with two pistols and a large supply of ammunition.

 

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said President Vladimir Putin “deeply mourns” the deaths. He described the incident as “a terrorist act by a person who apparently belongs to a neo-fascist organization or group.”

 

He said doctors, psychologists and neurosurgeons had been sent on Putin’s orders to the location of the shooting in Izhevsk, about 970 kilometers (600 miles) east of Moscow.

 

Russia has seen several school shootings in recent years.

 

In May 2021, a teenage gunman killed seven children and two adults in the city of Kazan. In September last year, a student armed with a hunting rifle shot dead at least six people at a university in the Urals city of Perm.

 

In April 2022, an armed man killed two children and a teacher at a kindergarten in the central Ulyanovsk region before committing suicide.

Prime Minister Liz Truss is set to further accelerate mass immigration in the name of GDP growth, despite visas already being issued at record levels and communal violence between Muslims and Hindus in English cities.

The Times reports that the Truss’s Chancellor of the Exchequer, Kwasi Kwarteng, appears to share her belief in Treasury orthodoxy that “migration is good for growth.”

 

The new home secretary Suella Braverman is reportedly gearing up for a fight with Truss over border control, but in a battle between Prime Minister and treasury against home secretary — assuming this challenge isn’t just for show — it seems unlikely that Braverman is likely to prevail.

 

“Immigration has added [seven] million people to the population in 20 years. So why are we all not richer?” complained Migration Watch, Britain’s leading migration-sceptic think tank, of Truss’s plan.

 

“It’s all very well to have a bigger cake driven by cheap labour but what’s the point if we each end up with a smaller slice…?”

 

Speaking on the subject at more length on TalkTV, the chairman of Migration Watch, Alp Mehment, said the move to further boost mass immigration was “shocking coming from a Conservative Government” — although, as Migration Watch has itself documented, the Conservatives have been increasing immigration for well over a decade by now.

 

Brexit leader Nigel Farage has stressed that “immigration running legally and illegally” at current levels has an impact beyond the economic, undermining social cohesion.

 

“I’ll be condemned for saying this… but [with mass immigration] you break down our communities, you break down the civilised order that we’ve been used to; you have a recipe for lawlessness, a recipe for an unhappy society,” he warned.

 

“There is no prospect, no hope of community cohesion, of integration actually going on.”

 

Some evidence of this has been seen in Leicester and other urban centres in the Midlands over recent weeks, with Muslims chanting “Allahu Akbar!” and Hindus chanting “Jai Shri Ram!” clashing in English streets over issues on the Indian sub-continent.

Live Flight Radar at Beijing's busiest airport, PEK, has landed 3 flights in the last three hours, one of which was unmarked and still sitting on the tarmac (see 2nd pic); one of the three that landed was a fedx flight out of Osaka, Japan; the third out of Copenhagen.

 

According to a description of the airport from 2013: "In 2013 the Beijing Capital International Airport was ranked 6th in the world with over 557,100 registered aircraft movements with take-offs and landings. In cargo traffic, Beijing Capital International airport has also observed a rapid growth registering over 1,787,000 tonnes to become the world’s 13th most busiest airport in cargo traffic". There has been no movement, in or out of the airport, to support that many flights. I know Beijing is 12 hours ahead, so middle of the night, but does this seem a viable explanation for the second largest airports in the world?

 

Also, there is not a single Live Cam available, except one I have found which purportedly shows a city view of "Beijing (Directorate General of China) Live Camera" There is not much traffic moving around at 2am, but that is more acceptable than entire airports NOT moving flights in and out. Since the start of the war, the US has given Ukraine $15.8 billion for "security assistance", which includes a package worth $600 million in early September. Additionally, the White House asked Congress for $13.7 billion for "security and economic assistance" for Ukraine, which the body must pass by the end of the month to keep the Ukrainian government standing.

 

The opposition to aid to Ukraine is growing; not because the continuous flow of arms would only prolong the war, but because Republican members of Congress cannot justify spending so much money overseas when their country is grappling with various economic and financial crises, most notably soaring inflation.

Los Angeles Republican Steve Scalise and New York Republican Elise Stefanik, the second and third most senior House Republicans, recently refused to reveal whether their party would continue pumping money into Ukraine if their party secures the majority.

 

"There are a lot of members that want to see more accountability in the Department of Defense and more of a focus on the threats that are out there," Scalise told reporters. "China is moving very aggressively to build up a naval fleet. And right now, our naval fleet is in decline."

 

Tensions have been on the rise between Washington and Beijing, especially over Taiwan. The situation escalated following US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's visit to Taipei. China considers Taiwan part of its territory and opposes any direct official foreign contacts with the island.

 

Pelosi's visit led China to end cooperation with the US on a number of issues such as climate change, anti-drug efforts, and military talks.

 

Bipartisan support is not dwindling all too much just yet, as many lawmakers said they expected the $13.7 billion requested by the White House to pass, though they were not too optimistic regarding future requests.

 

The prospect of Republicans taking over the House of Representatives and the growing GOP resistance to Ukraine aid have pushed the Congress and Biden administration officials to work on swiftly accessing as much assistance to Ukraine as possible before 2023.

 

If Republicans take control they could invoke a rule used by past GOP speakers that requires majority-Republican support before any bill is brought to the Senate floor for a vote, Arizona Democrat Representative Ruben Gallego said.

 

"Right now, Ukraine is doing very well," Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Mark Milley recently told reporters. "They've seized the strategic initiative, and the Russians have lost their strategic initiative."

 

The United States has not only been giving money and arms to Ukraine, as a senior official in the US Department of Defense said earlier this month that his country was closely engaged with the armed forces of Ukraine ahead of their Kharkov counteroffensive, providing Kiev's military with intelligence in the buildup to the operation.

 

The official then went on to underline how his country would continue providing training for Ukraine's military on modern weapon systems supplied to the country by the West as the war unfolds.

 

"The United States is already has been for a couple of months now been training Ukrainian forces on how to operate some of the newer, more modern capabilities that we have been supplying to Ukraine," the official said.

In addition to burdening the US with requests for aid, Ukraine is selling weapons it acquired from its allies on the black market due to the Kiev forces' limited ability to use them because of their lack of training, logistical challenges, and the diminishing size of the Ukrainian armed force, according to former senior Pentagon adviser Karen Kwiatkowski.

 

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu previously said the arms supplied by the West to Ukraine were ending up on the black market and spreading across West Asia.

 

The statements by Moscow and the Pentagon are not just claims, as Kiev itself backed them by admitting that foreign aid meant for Ukraine was already being sold. Ukraine's Bureau of Economic Security Director Vadym Melnyk told Ukraine 24 that the agency had identified repeated cases of selling Western military and humanitarian aid.

Russia's deputy FM says a direct conflict with the US and NATO is not in Moscow's interest

 

On Friday, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that Russia wasn’t threatening anyone with nuclear weapons and said Moscow doesn’t want a direct conflict with the US and NATO.

 

“We are not threatening anyone with nuclear weapons,” Ryabkov said. “The criteria for their use are outlined in Russia’s military doctrine.”

 

Russia’s doctrine is that it could use nuclear weapons if it is facing an “existential threat,” and Russian officials have made clear throughout the current war in Ukraine that this is still the policy.

 

Russian President Vladimir Putin said last week that Moscow could use nuclear weapons to defend its “territorial integrity.” While his comments were a more explicit warning, it still falls in line with the doctrine.

 

But Russian territory is set to expand into Ukraine after referendums that are being held in the Donbas, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia. Ukraine is planning to launch more counter-offensives against these territories using weapons and intelligence provided by the US and other NATO countries.

 

Ryabkov said that it’s not in Russia’s interest to be in a direct conflict with the US and NATO. “A face-off with the United States and NATO, which is fraught with an open armed conflict, is not in our interests,” he said.

 

“We hope that the Biden administration understands the risks of uncontrolled escalation of the conflict in Ukraine, given the repeated statements by their officials that they don’t plan to send American servicemen to Ukraine,” Ryabkov added.

 

President Biden has repeatedly stated that he won’t send US troops into Ukraine to fight Russia, although there is a CIA presence on the ground, according to a report from The New York Times that was published in June. The report also said special operations forces from Britain, France, Canada, and Lithuania are on the ground in Ukraine.

Iran indicts 14 over killing of top nuclear scientist

Fourteen people have been indicted for the 2020 killing of a top nuclear scientist in an attack Tehran has blamed on Israel, an Iranian state news agency reports.

 

According to the report, Tehran's Chief Prosecutor, Ali Salehi, announced that "14 people were indicted" in the case, aimed at disrupting Iran's security.

 

Iran claims that the bombing and shooting attack that killed Fakhrizadeh was carried out by a remote-controlled machine gun.

Tunisia: Mayor arrested over the suicide of a street vendor

 

The Head of the Tunisian Federation of Municipalities, Adnan Bouassida, said that the authorities arrested the Mayor of Mornag, Omar Al-Herbawi, at midnight on Saturday/Sunday, over the suicide of a street vendor in the city of Mornag, south of the capital.

 

The suicide of this young man has a special impact on Tunisians, where the suicide of a young street vendor in 2010 sparked popular protests that, on January 14, 2011, overthrew former President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali.

 

In statements to Anadolu Agency, Bouassida denied any responsibility by the Mayor of Mornag for the suicide of the street vendor.

 

He explained that "any mayor who implements regulatory measures (regulating markets) is dismissed since this legitimises chaos," as he said.

 

He called for "the release of Al-Herbawi and revealing the truth to the people."

 

He added that the Ministry of Interior said, in a statement on Saturday that "the suicide occurred as a result of severe family disputes the young man has been living through … but the Mayor of Mornag was arrested without explaining the reasons."

 

Bouassida considered that "what happened is an indication that the mayors have to stop their activities … and the chaotic allocation (setting street vendors' places) is the responsibility of the State."

 

He added: "The Municipality suggested to the street vendor to stand in the organised market and to choose any place, but he refused and stood on the public road."

 

He went on: "On Thursday, the municipal police took his weighing machine, and he met the Mayor, who told him the same thing, but the young man refused and returned to stand on Saturday."

 

On Saturday, the Ministry of Interior said that "contrary to what was circulated on social media pages about the circumstances and causes that led to the suicide of the concerned young man, preliminary investigations based on the hearings of the witnesses showed that the deceased was experiencing severe family disputes."

 

"As for the chaotic standing, its circumstances date back to Thursday, 22 September, 2022, when the dead young man was exploiting a chaotic standing place outside the municipal market in Mornag," the Ministry added.

 

The Ministry continued: "Within the framework of implementing a municipal decision to prevent random standing on both sides of Hassan Hosni Abdel Wahab Street, and the decision No 7 issued by the Mayor on 21 September, 2022, which stipulates the removal of a chaotic standing point without a license belonging to the deceased in the relevant place, he was warned and the police satisfied to confiscate his electronic weighing machine and recommending him to settle his status with the relevant municipal department in the place."

 

This incident comes at a time when Tunisia is suffering from an economic crisis that has been exacerbated due to the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the ongoing Russian war in Ukraine since 24 February.

As the rift between Russia and the West grows, African nations seem to be going in the opposite direction and warming ties with Moscow.

 

Most recently, Uganda seems to be partnering with Russia on a multitude of issues and strengthening relations on a high level, with officials declaring Russia an ally, a partner, and a friend of the African country.

 

According to the Ugandan leadership, both President and Land Forces commander, Russia has supported Uganda in its anti-colonial fight for 100 years and they will not forget this.

 

Taking this dynamic alliance further, Ugandan Land Forces commander Muhoozi Kainerugaba acknowledged Russian President Vladimir Putin's statement regarding a possible nuclear war through a tweet on his personal page, highlighting that any attack on Russia is an attack on Africa.

 

On July 24-28, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov visited African partners Egypt, Ethiopia, Uganda, and the Congo.

 

During that visit, Moscow, according to Lavrov, committed to the continued fulfillment of its obligations to supply food, fertilizers, and energy to African countries, regardless of Western sanctions.

 

"It is essential that all our African friends understand that Russia will continue to fulfill in good faith its obligations under international contracts with regard to exports of food, fertilizers, energy, and other goods vital for Africa. Russia is taking all measures to this end," Lavrov said.

 

He added that Russia is well-aware of the importance of commodities essential to the social fabric, which includes food.

 

"I would like to emphasize that the speculations of Western and Ukrainian propaganda that Russia allegedly "exports hunger" are completely unfounded. In fact, these are yet another attempt to shift the blame to others," Lavrov said.

 

During that visit, Uganda’s President Yoweri Museveni praised Moscow for its assistance in the fight against colonialism in the 20th century.

 

Museveni told Lavrov “Whenever issues come up and some people want us to take positions against Russia, we say, ‘these people have been with us for the last 100 years, how can we be automatically against them?'”

 

This came at a time when Russia publicly stated that the West has been pressuring Africa to take a stance against Russia and support the anti-Russia sanctions imposed by the collective West.

 

However, Museveni showed his clear position on the matter when he argued that "if Russia makes mistakes then we tell them. But when they have not made a mistake we cannot be against them.”

 

Musevini also tweeted at the time and made an argument that Uganda refuses to fight someone else's fight and reaffirms his country's right to and desire to trade with Russia.

 

Most importantly, the Ugandan President acknowledged that "Russia has been supporting the anti-colonial African movement for the last 100 years and I commend their long-standing relationship with Uganda." This marks a clear difference between the relationship that Africa shares with Russia relative to that it has shared with the collective West over the past 100 years.

 

The Ugandan Land Forces commander's statement comes at a time when the war between Russia and the collective West intensifies and the critical juncture leading towards a new multi-polar world becomes more visible.

Bucar (pictured) told Religion & Politics that progressives aren’t as in tune with appropriation of a religious nature as they are with that pertaining to culture.

 

“Religious combining is not only common, but also encouraged [as] a method to get the spiritual benefits of religions without losing individual autonomy,” Bucar said.

 

In her book “Stealing My Religion,” Bucar argued whiteness is behind “every case of borrowing [she] looked at and white supremacy in some form was a reason why the borrowing was harmful.”

 

The book looks at three cases in particular: Showing “solidarity” with a religion (like wearing a hijab), “learning about a religious rite of passage through firsthand experience,” and therapy based on a religion, like yoga.

When it comes to yoga, Bucar argued in order for it to become “mainstream” it had to be “scrubbed of its devotional meanings and presented in spaces that are comfortable for white people”:

 

For example, when my mom discovered yoga in the early 1970s it wasn’t from an Indian guru, but Lilias Folan, a white woman in a leotard whose popular PBS show introduced yoga to a generation of white American women. Folan’s postures and simple meditation techniques seemed slightly exotic at the time, which was part of their appeal, but they were also packaged in way that was accessible and comfortable for my white Protestant mother.

 

Rumya Putcha, a South Asian scholar of performance studies, shares a powerful story on her research blog, Namaste Nation, that illustrates the role of yoga in creating public white spaces. When Putcha lived in Texas, she was a member of a local yoga studio. Another member who was a white woman used a pun, “Namastay together,” which offended Putcha as a desi woman. But when she voiced her concerns, the white member tattled to the studio owner, and Putcha was asked to leave the studio. This illustrates what can happen when white privilege is triggered.

Australia Central Bank’s Digital Currency Pilot Likely Next Year

 

The Reserve Bank of Australia is working to identify business models and uses for a central bank digital currency, or eAUD, and is likely to conduct a pilot early next year.

 

The project, which began in July, will help “further understanding of some of the technological, legal and regulatory considerations associated with a CBDC,” the RBA and the Digital Finance Cooperative Research Centre said in a White Paper Monday.

 

The findings will be published at the conclusion of the project in around mid-2023. The research implies no commitment from the RBA to issue a CBDC, it added.

Pfizer asks FDA for authorization of new booster for children, ages 5-11

 

The booster is already available to those who are 12 years old and up.

 

Pfizer announced Monday that it submitted an application to the Food and Drug Administration for the authorization of its bivalent COVID-19 booster shot for children ages 5 to 11.

 

The company says it has requested the federal agency authorize a 10-microgram dose of its omicron-specific booster for those ages. The bivalent booster shot is currently authorized for those 12 and older. This dosage is one-third of the 30 microgram dose for adults that was authorized in August, The Hill reported.

 

Pfizer is requesting authorization base off of "safety and immunogenicity data" and "non-clinical" and "pre-clinical" data. The FDA didn't wait for the completion of full human clinical trials before authorizing the bivalent boosters, basing its authorization only on animal data.

 

In the company's announcement, Pfizer said it has begun a Phase 1/2/3 to determine the "safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity" of varying doses of its omicron booster shot. Sub-studies are examining using the vaccine in children as young as 6 months old, including those who haven’t received the original COVID vaccine.

 

Pfizer’s authorization request comes days after Moderna also asked the FDA to authorize its updated dose for administration to children as young as six years of age. Currently, Moderna’s booster shots are only authorized for adults.

Spanish Government Refuses to Disclose Vaccine Contracts Despite Court Ruling

 

On 28 July 2022, the Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of the Balearic Islands granted a request by the Asociación Liberum and ordered the Spanish Ministry of Health and the pharmaceutical agency AEMPS to disclose the vaccine contracts with the pharmaceutical companies Pfizer/BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Janssen.

 

Asociación Liberum, a national human rights association, had requested this evidence as part of its lawsuit against the Covid passport, but both the Ministry of Health and the drug agency have refused to comply with this court order by the deadline set. Asociación Liberum announced this on 6 September.

 

The government’s justification for the contracts were confidential because they were drawn up by a coordination committee and were part of the “pre-contractual agreements concluded by the European Commission” with the pharmaceutical companies. Moreover, the publication of the data could harm the vaccine market.

 

In an interview, Ascociación Liberum spokesperson Luis Maria Pardo said: “Can you imagine the Guardia Civil entering the Ministry of Health to seize these documents?”

 

Because this is exactly what has to happen now, he said, since the Supreme Court’s decision is legally binding. Added to this is the fact that the government had not appealed against this order. The Ministry of Health and the AEMPS are obliged to hand over the original documents to the judiciary.

 

There was no discussion about this, Pardo stressed. That is why his organisation has again demanded that the Supreme Court of the Balearic Islands implement the ruling. The lawyer hopes that this request will be granted as soon as possible.

Canada Removes All COVID Border Requirements for All Travelers Including Proof of Vaccination and Suspends Plane and Train Mask Requirements

 

Canada has lifted all COVID-related border requirements, including proof of vaccination, undergoing quarantine or isolation, and airline and train mask mandate for all travelers entering Canada starting October 1, 2022.

 

The Canadian Minister of Health, Jean-Yves Duclos, made the announcement on Monday.

 

“We are announcing that the government of Canada will not renew the order in council that expires on September 30th and will therefore remove all Covid 19 border requirements for all travelers entering Canada. This includes the removal of all federal testing, quarantine and isolation requirements, as well as the mandatory submission of health information in ArriveCAN,” said Duclos during the press conference.

 

Effective October 1, 2022, all travelers, regardless of citizenship, will no longer have to:

 

submit public health information through the ArriveCAN app or website;

provide proof of vaccination;

undergo pre- or on-arrival testing;

carry out COVID-19-related quarantine or isolation;

monitor and report if they develop signs or symptoms of COVID-19 upon arriving in Canada.

 

Transport Canada is also removing existing travel requirements. As of October 1, 2022, travelers will no longer be required to:

 

undergo health checks for travel on air and rail; or

wear masks on planes and trains.

 

“Cruise measures are also being lifted, and travelers will no longer be required to have pre-board tests, be vaccinated, or use ArriveCAN. A set of guidelines will remain to protect passengers and crew, which will align with the approach used in the United States,” according to the news release.

 

Jean-Yves Duclos said in a tweet that the removal of border measures was due to Canada’s high vaccination rate and other factors.

Last month, claims made by a Black volleyball player from Duke University made national headlines.

 

Rachel Richardson alleged that a fan from Brigham Young University (BYU) hurled the n-word and threats at her "throughout the entirety of the match" between the two schools on Aug. 26. Her in-the-moment allegation led to the immediate removal and permanent ban of the suspected racist and BYU issued apologies to both Richardson and Duke University.

 

The liberal media quickly ate it up.

 

Richardson was featured prominently on ABC's "Good Morning America" and was interviewed about what she claimed to have experienced during its Aug. 30 broadcast. ABC News correspondent Janai Norman said she was "really impressed" with how the 19-year-old sophomore "was handling all of this," to which co-host George Stephanopoulos replied "a lot of grace."

CNN went even further with its coverage. Alisyn Camerota and Victor Blackwell grilled BYU athletic director Tom Holmoe for not taking swift action, Weekend anchor Jim Acosta invited former NAACP president Cornell William Brooks to lambast BYU. Other CNN programs including "New Day" and "Don Lemon Tonight" dedicated substantial airtime to the controversy.

The New York Times ran the dramatic headline "Racial Slur During College Volleyball Game Leads to Fan Suspension" and quoted Richardson's father writing, "'Here we are,' Mr. Richardson, who said he grew up in Fort Worth when it was still desegregating, said in the interview. ‘It’s 2022, and we’re dealing with 1960s issues.’" The father was also interviewed by CNN and ABC News.

 

In the end, however, his daughter's claims were false. Lengthy investigations, which involved interviewing eyewitnesses and reviewing security camera footage from the game, concluded that the fan in question was not exhibiting the behavior he was accused of. In fact, BYU issued an apology to him and rescinded his ban.

Devoted Donald Trump ally Kash Patel is pushing his children’s book about “King Donald” by featuring an autograph — and a handwritten QAnon salutation.

 

This is the same book, “The Plot Against the King” (a fractured fairy tale about Trump), that the former president has said he wants in “every school in America” — presumably without Patel’s QAnon greeting.

 

“Kash is signing books today, and he’s got a special message in 10 books for some lucky patriots,” Patel’s “Plot” Truth Social account gushed Saturday. (He also “retruthed” the message on his personal account.)

 

The “special message,” enthusiastically underlined several times, is: “WWG1WGA!” — which is QAnon-speak for “Where we go one, we go all.” It looks like Patel has made it out to “Teem America,” rather than “Team” America.

 

The WWG1 QAnon message is behind the stiff-armed salute with index finger pointing skyward that has sparked controversy at Trump rallies because it’s chillingly reminiscent of the “heil Hitler” salute.

 

Trump is increasingly espousing the conspiracy plots of QAnon and recently reposted an image of himself on Truth Social sporting a “Q” lapel pin and touting “WWG1WGA.”

 

Patel’s book features an evil plot involving mean “Hillary Queenton” and her “shifty knights” claiming that “King Donald” was working with the “Russionians” to cheat his way into the Oval Office. The king, however, comes out on top.

 

Patel, Trump’s hand-picked, short-time chief of staff for the acting secretary of the Defense Department, has publicly backed the former president’s claim that he had a “standing order” that any document removed from the White House would automatically be declassified. Trump baselessly told Sean Hannity in an interview earlier this week that he could even declassify documents merely by “thinking about it.”

 

Former White House chief of staff John Kelly has insisted that “nothing approaching an order that foolish was ever given.” Ex-national security adviser John Bolton said Trump is “almost certainly” lying about declassifying records.

 

Special Master Raymond Dearie — appointed to review boxes of White House documents confiscated by the FBI last month — told Trump’s lawyers to prove sensitive documents were declassified or drop any such claims.

Russia Declares Japanese Diplomat Persona Non Grata Over Espionage Attempt

 

According to the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), the Japanese consul was caught in Vladivostok when he tried to obtain restricted information.

"The Federal Security Service in the Primorsky Krai stopped the espionage action of the consul of the Consulate General of Japan in Vladivostok, Motoka Tatsunori. A Japanese diplomat was detained red-handed while receiving restricted information for a monetary reward about topical aspects of Russia's cooperation with one of the countries of the Asia-Pacific region, the impact of the sanctions policy of the West on the economic situation in Primorsky Krai," the FSB said.

Authorities published a video showing him during the act, in which he can be seen at a restaurant with a Russian citizen. He later admitted that he understood it was a transgression.

 

Moscow voiced protest to Tokyo and the diplomat was declared a persona non grata. He was ordered to leave the country in 48 hours.

"On September 26, the Minister-Counselor of the Japanese Embassy in Moscow was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry, and was informed that for activities incompatible with the status of a consular official and detrimental to Russia's security interests, the consul of the Japanese Consulate General in Vladivostok had been declared persona non grata and must leave the Russian Federation within 48 hours," the ministry said in a statement.

 

A strong protest was expressed to the Japanese side in connection with the actions of the employee of the Consulate General and a note of the corresponding content was handed over to him, the ministry added.
