I looked, but couldn't find any reports about China infiltrating Russia with their operatives, although I am sure it has and is happening in countries around the world. Rather the ONLY reports I could find all show example of how China has infiltrated America in Science, education, finance and health, etc… But nothing specifically linking China spies infiltrating Russia.
