The fake and ghey Baby Blackrock failed to pay the mortgage on, causing the bank to pursue a FORECLOSURE OF LIEN
Helen Jean Williams has 100% interest but doesn't identify as a Sub-Chapter S or LLC, very odd.
Helen Jean WIlliams signed the form and filed it as agent & is the sole equity shareholder of a single asset Corporation.
Ms. Williams using that particular entity, identity crisis? Obfuscation habbening. Karen is a deadbeat & the bank evidently tried to force the issue via conversion of Chapter 11 to Chapter 7 Reorg to forced liquidation, not a straight forward foreclosure because not an individual but a Corp entity.. If the matter is now moot perhaps she relinquished possession?
The bank in process of foreclosure would be entire reason this bankruptcy was filed.
Ms Williams the sole creditor/sole owner filed some nonsense here. The property/sole asset is a rental and maybe it's been sitting empty? The rent schedule is odd, rent from 10k 2019 -20k 2020 and last at 30k 2021. Odd.
the filing, posted (lb) somewhere

305 Kensington Drive, Lafayette LA isn't terrible, Trulia says it's worth $427,100 and so does Zillow. The property currently not listed for sale.
I wonder what Williams thought was going to happen here, have a friend buy it at auction for a very reduced price? That's the only play I see here. WIlliams owes $270,000 and says the house is worth $300,000. Williams lowballed the court, that's potentially bankruptcy fraud, a felony.
The only Helen Jean Williams found is 75 years old. Not posting, could be anybody, lack of details.

Williams lives in the Garden District, New Orleans at 1522 Prytania St, New Orleans.
Looks like Helen also filed a Chapter 13 (Individuals, wage earners) bankruptcy on 1-31-2022
