checked this idea against the clock (posted earlier today). the net-will-be-paused of Q1044 ( → 144 or 12^2, very clock'ish) falls on Min: 00, as does the Done in 30 / Nov 11th 2022 theory, whereas midterms are Nov 8th (Min: 57).
doesn't mean it couldn't happen on or before the election.
