Russia Cuts Off Gas to Italy Just Days After New Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni Announces Her Support for Ukraine

 

On Sunday Italy voted in its first female populist candidate Georgia Meloni to lead the country.

 

The Italian Center Right Party won big in national elections on Sunday making Georgia Meloni the first female leader in the country’s history.

 

On Wednesday, in one of her first announcements since winning her election Georgia Meloni pledged her full support for Kyiv after receiving congratulations from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for her election victory.

 

On Saturday Russian energy giant Gazprom suspended gas deliveries to Italy. The company blamed a transport problem in Austria.

 

The company does not see any new deliveries to Italy until Monday.

 

The Daily Mail reported:

 

Russia’s Gazprom suspended gas deliveries to Italy just days after new right-wing leader Giorgia Meloni publicly backed Ukraine.

 

The Italian energy giant Eni said they were informed that a transport problem in Austria meant the Russian gas supplier would not able to delivery any gas until at least Monday.

 

Giorgia Meloni, who will become Italy’s new prime minister, previously said Putin ‘threatens the security of the entire European continent’ and that his annexation of four Ukrainian regions has ‘no legal and political value’.

 

Putin has been at loggerheads with European countries over the supply of natural gas and has been accused of using the flow of gas needed for energy in the region as an economic weapon.

 

Most of Russian gas delivered to Italy passes via Ukraine through the Trans Austria Gas Pipeline (TAG), to Tarvisio in northern Italy on the border with Austria.

 

Gazprom later in the day said in a statement that the transportation of Russian gas through Austria had been suspended ‘due to the refusal of the Austrian operator to confirm the transport nominations’.

The FDA Misled the Public About Ivermectin and Should Be Accountable in Court, Argues AAPS

 

The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) filed its motion and amicus brief Thursday evening with the federal district court in Galveston urging it to allow the lawsuit to proceed against the FDA for its misleading statements against ivermectin. In Apter v. HHS, a group of physicians sued to hold the Food and Drug Administration, a federal agency within the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), accountable for its interference with physicians’ ability to treat Covid-19.

“Defendant FDA has improperly exploited misunderstandings about the legality and prevalence of off-label uses of medication, in order to mislead courts, state medical boards, and the public into thinking there is anything improper about off-label prescribing,” AAPS writes in its amicus brief to the court. “Not only is off-label prescribing fully proper, legal, and commonplace, but it is also absolutely necessary in order to give effective care to patients.” Yet the FDA published multiple statements and sent letters to influential organizations to falsely disparage ivermectin, implying that it was not approved for treating Covid-19. Many, including courts and state medical boards, were misled by the FDA into thinking that its lack of approval for this treatment meant that ivermectin should not be used to treat Covid-19.

“It has never been proper for the FDA to interfere with that essential part of the practice of medicine, and the FDA knows it,” AAPS informed the court. The FDA “insisted and continues to insist on interfering with the prescription of this safe medication by physicians in treating Covid-19,” AAPS added.

AAPS General Counsel Andrew Schlafly pointed out to the court that the FDA “has engaged in a campaign of interference with the proper use by physicians of ivermectin, which has long been approved as fully safe for human use.” He alerted the court that once the FDA approves a medication as safe, then physicians have full authority to prescribe it to treat any illness, particularly a novel virus like Covid-19. The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) is a national organization representing physicians in all specialties since 1943. Its motto is omnia pro aegroto (everything for the patient).

Lindsey Graham Urges Biden to Treat Attacks on Ukraine as Attacks on NATO, Even Though They’re Not a Member

 

Sen. Lindsey Graham is urging Joe Biden to consider a nuclear attack on Ukraine as an attack on NATO — even though they are not a member of the alliance.

 

Graham, who has seemingly never met a war he didn’t like, called for the US to do more to defend Ukraine during an interview on Fox News.

 

“Sir, I’d be remiss if I didn’t ask you about world events and a lot going on in Russia. Now you’ve got Vladimir Putin and it’s in four different regions now in Ukraine. I want to just play this soundbite from the president a bit earlier and then get your final thoughts on what’s happening in Russia,” host Trace Gallagher asked.

 

The show then played a clip of Biden from earlier in the day, in which he said that “America is fully prepared with our NATO allies to defend every single inch of NATO’s territory. Every single inch. So, Mr. Putin, don’t misunderstand what I’m saying. Every inch.”

 

“This is escalating, make no doubt. I mean, they are there are people there are young people trying to get out of Russia. You’re trying to get out so you don’t get enlisted in their military. This thing has escalated. So. Your thoughts on what’s happening? Gallagher asked.

 

“Well, there’s no off-ramp now for Putin. He’s annexed, illegally, parts of Ukraine. Every nation in the world with a half a brain is going to reject this annexation, the United Nations has. And I appreciate the president saying we’re going to stand by NATO, but here’s what we’re not doing,” Graham replied.

 

Graham continued, “The president, Biden has refused to designate Russia a state sponsor of terrorism under U.S. law. We had a vote in the Senate 100 to nothing, urging the Biden administration, declaring Putin’s Russia a state sponsor of terrorism like Iran and North Korea. If you did that, we would have access to federal courts to sue for the damage done in Ukraine and throughout the world by Putin.”

 

“He is a terrorist. The Wagner group is dismantling, dismembering parts of Africa. He is now illegally annexed territory of a neighboring country,” Graham continued.

 

“He’s a war criminal on steroids,” Graham added. “So President Biden, please designate Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism today. And please let Russia know that if you explode a nuclear weapon inside of Ukraine, that would be considered an attack on NATO itself because the radiation would not be confined to the Ukraine. Putin needs to know what happens if he goes further, and I’m really worried that we’re not doing enough to deter this guy. The Ukrainians are fighting like tigers, but we’re always late to the game, in terms of helping.”

Odigo says workers were warned of attack

Odigo, the instant messaging service, says that two of its workers received messages two hours before the Twin Towers attack on September 11 predicting the attack would happen, and the company has been cooperating with Israeli and American law enforcement, including the FBI, in trying to find the original sender of the message predicting the attack.

 

Micha Macover, CEO of the company, said the two workers received the messages and immediately after the terror attack informed the company's management, which immediately contacted the Israeli security services, which brought in the FBI.

 

"I have no idea why the message was sent to these two workers, who don't know the sender. It may just have been someone who was joking and turned out they accidentally got it right. And I don't know if our information was useful in any of the arrests the FBI has made," said Macover. Odigo is a U.S.-based company whose headquarters are in New York, with offices in Herzliya.

 

As an instant messaging service, Odigo users are not limited to sending messages only to people on their "buddy" list, as is the case with ICQ, the other well-known Israeli instant messaging application.

 

Odigo usually zealously protects the privacy of its registered users, said Macover, but in this case the company took the initiative to provide the law enforcement services with the originating Internet Presence address of the message, so the FBI could track down the Internet Service Provider, and the actual sender of the original message.

Republican Jim Jordan says Hunter Biden probe will focus on ‘what happened in 2020’

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) said a key part of the House of Representative’s looming Hunter Biden probe will focus on the run-up to the 2020 presidential election.

Jordan, the ranking GOP member of the House Judiciary Committee, and his colleagues in Republican leadership have vowed a sweeping investigation should they retake the House in the 2022 midterm elections.

“I think one of the key elements there is what happened in 2020, in the fall of 2020, just weeks before the election,” Jordan told Breitbart.

“We had 51 former intelligence officials tell us that this was Russian disinformation. We had the FBI sit down with Facebook and say, ‘Hey, be careful, wink wink. We think there’s Russian disinformation,'” he continued. “All that was done to suppress that story, which had an impact on how people voted in the most important election we have, the election for president of the United States.”

“I want to know what were those 51 intel people basing their letter on? What evidence did they have?Who were they talking to? …That definitely needs to be investigated.”

Though the main Hunter Biden inquiry is expected to take place in the House Overnight Committee, at least some elements are being carried out by Judiciary.

Treason, Betrayal and Deceit: The Road to 9/11 and Beyond

We need to take a hard look at why the mainstream media (MSM) have paid more attention to Sarah Palin’s wardrobe than they have to dissecting blatant falsehoods.

 

Reflections

 

Several things are very clear to me from a careful assessment of both official and critical evaluations of the 9/11 attacks. First, the striking aircraft alone simply could not have brought down either of the two buildings in the manner in which they fell, much less a third building which was not hit by a plane (I expect the one intended to do that as a “cover” had ended up in that Pennsylvania field), given the available physical evidence and a wealth of expert testimony. This means the attackers had assistance on the ground, and it had to have been active before the attacks occurred: preparing buildings for controlled demolition is not something done haphazardly in the midst of chaos.

 

Second, only two intelligence agencies had the expertise, assets, access and political protection to execute 9/11 in the air and on the ground: our CIA and Israel’s Mossad. Only one had the incentive, using the “who benefits” principle: Mossad. And that incentive dovetailed perfectly with the neo-con’s agenda and explicitly expressed need for a catalytic event to mobilize the American public for their wars, using American military power to destroy Israel’s enemies. Only the unexpected strength of the Iraqi resistance kept Syria and Iran from being attacked in the second Bush Administration. Thus, the evidential trail for 9/11 and the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq run from PNAC, AIPAC and their cohorts; through the mostly Jewish neo-cons in the Bush Administration; and back to the Israeli government. None of the denials and political machinations can alter that essential reality. Terms such as treason, betrayal and deceit do not overstate the case against them.

 

Finally, we need to take a hard look at why the mainstream media (MSM) have paid more attention to Sarah Palin’s wardrobe than they have to dissecting blatant falsehoods, discrepancies and inconsistencies in the US Government’s treatment of 9/11 and its aftermath. And the reason is that on this issue, all are on the same side, and the official line is the one they all prefer – “all” meaning the PNAC alumni who took over the Bush Administration’s national security apparatus and their counterparts in the Obama administration, AIPAC and the rest of the numerous Jewish PACs, the MSM owners and Israel.
