Highest recent pph was 58, during rally. Let's be optimistic and say it's 50-60 within the next couple of days. That's about a 5-6 hour bread @350 being optimistic.

To have breads that are not longer than 2-3 hours.
That would make the notables manageable and attract more bakers and notetakers.
With that in mind, 200-300 max bread length may be more realistic. We could go even lower but this is at least do-able.
