Her attorney, Mark Paoletta, said she had answered all of <oldgeezersperm.jpeg committee's questions.

 

"She was happy to cooperate with <oldgeezersperm.jpeg Committee to clear up <oldgeezersperm.jpeg misconceptions about her activities surrounding <oldgeezersperm.jpeg 2020 elections," he said in a statement.

 

"As she has said from <oldgeezersperm.jpeg outset, Mrs Thomas had significant concerns about fraud and irregularities in <oldgeezersperm.jpeg 2020 election. And, as she told <oldgeezersperm.jpeg committee, her minimal and mainstream activity focused on ensuring that reports of fraud and irregularities were investigated.

 

"Beyond that, she played no role in any events after <oldgeezersperm.jpeg 2020 election results."

 

Ms Thomas, who is active in conservative political circles, attended a rally Mr Trump had held shortly before thousands of his supporters stormed <oldgeezersperm.jpeg Capitol in an attempt to stop Congress from certifying President Joe Biden's election victory.

 

At <oldgeezersperm.jpeg rally, Mr Trump gave an incendiary speech repeating his false claims that <oldgeezersperm.jpeg election was stolen from him through widespread voting fraud, and urged his supporters to march to <oldgeezersperm.jpeg Capitol.

 

A committee spokesperson did not respond to a request for comment.

Large Migrant Groups Overwhelm Two Busiest Border Sectors in Texas

 

Border Patrol agents in the nationโ€™s two busiest sectors continue to be overwhelmed by large migrant groups crossing from Mexico into South Texas. Human smugglers utilize the tactic of moving large groups of migrants across the border to tie up Border Patrol resources.

 

In the Rio Grande Valley Sector, agents encountered three large groups over the Independence Day weekend. The groups totaled 403 migrants, including 195 family units, 52 unaccompanied minors, and 156 single adults, according to information obtained from Border Patrol officials.

 

Officials identified the migrants in these three groups as citizens of Cuba and countries from Central and South America.

 

In the five days leading up to the holiday weekend, RGV agents encountered eight more large groups totaling nearly 1,200 migrants. The groups crossed the Rio Grande from Mexico into Hidalgo and Starr counties.

 

Agents identified the migrants as citizens of Cuba along with migrants from Asia and other Central and South American countries. They included 638 family units, 340 unaccompanied minors, and 193 single adults, officials stated.

 

Further upstream in what is now the nationโ€™s busiest sector, Del Rio Sector agents encountered three more large groups during a six-hour period on June 30. The three crossings all occurred in the Eagle Pass area of operations.

 

The groups totaled 675 migrants, including citizens of Bolivia, Chile, Cuba, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Iran, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru, and Venezuela.

 

โ€œA large group is a group consisting of 100 subjects or more,โ€ Del Rio Sector Chief Patrol Agent Jason D. Owens said in a written statement. โ€œCurrently, the Del Rio Sector is responsible for over 50 percent of all large group apprehension in the nation. May 10: Psaki downplayed the harassment, claiming protests โ€œhave been peaceful to date and we certainly continue to encourage that outside of judgesโ€™ homes.โ€

Heat is the No. 1 weather-related killer. On average, more people in the U.S. die from extreme heat than any other severe weather event, including tornados, hurricanes and flooding combined, according to the National Weather Service.

 

Vulnerable populations, including impoverished and marginalized communities and those with pre-existing health conditions such as asthma and heart disease, are most at risk when temperatures begin to skyrocket, Ladd Keith, an assistant professor in the School of Landscape Architecture and Planning at the University of Arizona, told ABC News.

Bill could make California a sanctuary state for 'gender-affirming health care' for kids

 

A California legislative committee is currently considering a bill that would make California a sanctuary state for children throughout the country otherwise forbidden to receive transgender treatment and surgery in their home states.

 

The bill, introduced by state Senator Scott Wiener back in March, would prohibit health care providers โ€” including contractors and insurance companies โ€” from cooperating in interstate legal battles regarding the transgender care of a child.

 

"This bill would prohibit a provider of health care, a health care service plan, or a contractor," the bill reads, "from releasing medical information related to sensitive services or related to a person or entity allowing a child to receive gender-affirming health care in response to a criminal or civil action, including a foreign subpoena, based on another state's law that authorizes a person to bring a civil or criminal action against a person or entity that allows a child to receive gender-affirming health care."

 

The bill also expressly prohibits state law enforcement agencies from "intentionally" apprehending individuals wanted in other states for helping children receive transgender treatment.

 

Because such cases are so often intertwined in contentious child custody battles, the bill would also require law enforcement to disregard court orders issued in other states that authorize "a child to be removed from their parent or guardian based on that parent or guardian allowing their child to receive gender-affirming health care."

 

In such cases, the bill claims that a state court would "take temporary jurisdiction because a child has been unable to obtain gender-affirming health care."

 

Though the state Senate passed the bill earlier this year, the state Assembly has not, thus sending the bill back to committee, where it was discussed on Tuesday.

 

Back in 2017, then-Governor Jerry Brown signed a law that created "a nonbinary gender category on California birth certificates, drivers' licenses, identity cards, and gender-change court orders" and made the application for gender identity changes much easier, according to the University of California San Francisco LGBT Resource Center. Now, the state legislature will determine whether to expand those gender identity changes to children who cross state lines to receive transgender care in California.

 

Not everyone is so enthusiastic about the idea. Chloe Cole, 17, testified to the committee that the so-called gender transition care she received to transition her into a male earlier in her teens instead left her scarred for life.

 

"I will never be able to breastfeed a child. I have blood clots in my urine. I am unable to fully empty my bladder. I do not yet know if I'm capable of carrying a child to full term," Cole, who has since detransitioned, said.

 

She then pleaded with the committee not to pass the bill: "SB 107 is circumventing states' laws that have needed safeguards in place so my story is not repeated. Children cannot consent."

Russia warns West about fate of weapons sent to Ukraine

A large amount of arms have ended up in the Middle East and on the black market, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu has claimed

 

Some of the weapons sent by the West to Ukraine have failed to reach their intended destination and may fuel conflict further afield, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu warned on Tuesday

 

Speaking at a ministry meeting, Shoigu said โ€œthe collective West, in hopes of dragging out the conflict in Ukraine, continues large-scale arms supplies to the Kiev regime.โ€

 

โ€œMore than 28,000 tons of military cargo have already been delivered to the country,โ€ the defense minister revealed.

 

However, according to the Russian militaryโ€™s information, โ€œsome of the foreign weapons supplied by the West to Ukraine are spreading throughout the Middle East region, and also end up on the black market,โ€ Shoigu said.

 

The ministerโ€™s remarks came soon after an RT Russian investigation revealed that deliveries of lethal aid from the US, UK, and other NATO countries to Ukraine led to the appearance of dark web marketplaces, where some of the weapons can be purchased.

 

The Ukrainian traders claim to offer not just small arms or body armor, but also sophisticated hardware such as Javelin and NLAW anti-tank systems, and Phoenix Ghost and Switchblade explosive drones. However, it cannot be completely ruled out that the sellers do not actually have the weapons in stock, as the RT investigators did not complete any purchases.

 

Late last month, the G7 countries pledged to provide support to Ukraine in all possible forms โ€œfor as long as it takes.โ€ UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson and French President Emmanuel Macron stressed that their countries would continue to supply weapons to Kiev in order to โ€œstrengthen their hand in both the war and any future negotiations.โ€

 

Last month, the head of Interpol, Jurgen Stock, warned that the conflict in Ukraine will result in numerous weapons appearing on the black market.

 

In April, a US official told CNN that the White House has โ€œalmost zeroโ€ ability to track the weapons it sends to Ukraine.

 

US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said in May that he discussed the importance of tracking and safeguarding the US-supplied arms with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky andDefense Minister Aleksey Reznikov, who assured him that they are keeping an eye on them. (Yeah โ€œkeeping an eye on themโ€, means yes we know they are being sold online the more we get from the US)

 

Moscow has warned against supplying Western weapons to Ukraine, arguing that it only prolongs the fighting, while increasing the risk of a direct military confrontation between Russia and NATO. For as long as she can remember, senior Cassidy Hutchinson has admired the men and women who enter public service. A former intern for House Majority Whip Steve Scalise and Senator Ted Cruz, her latest stint on the Beltway took her to the executive mansion. "I have set a personal goal to pursue a path of civic significance," she says. "Interning on Capitol Hill confirmed my desire to continue a path in government, and when I learned about the White House internship I was eager to apply."

The White House Internship Program is a hands-on opportunity designed to mentor and cultivate young leaders and prepare them for future public service. It is a highly coveted summer gig, with a rigorous screening process. "I was brought to tears when I received the email that I had been selected to participate," Hutchinson says. "As a first-generation college student, being selected to serve as an intern alongside some of the most intelligent and driven students from across the nation โ€“ many of whom attend top universities โ€“ was an honor and a tremendous growing experience."

Hutchinson worked for the Office of Legislative Affairs, which advances the administration's agenda in Congress. Her days often began with a daily strategy meeting with White House senior staff. Typical responsibilities involved drafting public messaging in support of administration priorities, facilitating communication with Congress, and assisting legislators at White House events.

For Hutchinson the most memorable part was the day-to-day exposure to the inner workings of the government, and the opportunity to leave her mark. "I attended numerous events hosted by the president, such as signing ceremonies, celebrations and presidential announcements, and frequently watched Marine One depart the South Lawn from my office window," she says. "My small contribution to the quest to maintain American prosperity and excellence is a memory I will hold as one of the honors of my life."

Back at Christopher Newport, Hutchinson has buckled down for her senior year. "My classes are intellectually stimulating, yet it's my professors that will be my fondest memory," she says. "They have provided an enriching educational experience both in and out of the classroom while offering constant encouragement." She adds that CNU has helped her develop her professional skills through various events, such as career fairs and guest speaker series. "Having the opportunity to participate in these events prepared me for professional interviews and pursuing workplace relationships."

After graduation, Hutchinson plans to head back to the nation's capital to continue her burgeoning political career. "I'm keeping every opportunity at my fingertips and am open to any job that comes my way," she says. "I am confident I will be an effective leader in the fight to secure the American dream for future generations, so they too will have the bountiful opportunities and freedoms that make the United States great."

SAN DIEGO โ€” A Navy helicopter crashed Thursday and everyone on board survived near the California desert site where a day earlier a Marine Osprey went down, killing all five people aboard, authorities said.

โ€œThey realize they could be facing their mortal extinction,โ€ Leavitt said.

 

He added that they are just like most Ukrainians, they stand with each other and help each other โ€” they are united.

 

Back in the states, Leavitt has concerns that his teachings arenโ€™t quite as valid anymore, particularly around the lack of jury trials.

 

In fact, Leavitt noted that 47 of the 50 states did away with jury trials during COVID and he is not sure how many will bring them back.

 

While the Ukrainians are on the ground floor of a new nation conceived in liberty and freedom, Leavitt believes U.S. citizens are throwing their fundamental freedoms away.

 

Leavitt said it was the Ukrainians, their faith and enthusiasm in democracy, law and freedom that pushed him to come back to the United States and see what he could do to help a criminal justice system that almost always leads to plea bargains, rather than judgment from a jury of peers.

 

Leavitt noted that is why people donโ€™t like him, including those associates who were recently vocal against him.Six current and former prosecutors in the Utah County Attorneyโ€™s Office sent a declaration of no confidence in Leavitt to KUTV. He feels he was elected to make a change, and some people arenโ€™t open to those changes.

 

For now, Leavitt holds hope for his friends in Eastern Europe, but knows that this war could be the start of more to come.

Shocking Footage From Disney Reveals Upcoming Transgender Character Saying โ€˜Men Have Periods Tooโ€™

 

Journalist and Filmmaker Chris Rufo has obtained footage from a popular kid show produced by Disney that contains a scene in which the transgender agenda is being pushed on kids as normal.

 

The footage comes from Disneyโ€™s upcoming show โ€œBaymax,โ€ which promotes the transgender flag and the idea that men can have periods too. The show will air on Disneyโ€™s streaming platform, Disney+.

 

In the clip, the androgynous type character is seen looking for tampons in the womenโ€™s hygiene aisle in a store. He asks a woman which of the period products she recommends. Instantly the storeโ€™s patrons began inserting their opinions.

 

In the clip, one character is wearing a t-shirt bearing the transgender flag. The character says, โ€œI always use the ones with wings,โ€ as โ€œheโ€ hands Byamx a box of the pads. The transgender character is casually dropped into the scene as if the situation is normal.

 

This is just one example of the LGBTQ and Transgender agenda that has begun to infect the once family-centered entertainment company.

 

Disney has come under fire throughout much of 2022 after its CEO Bob Chapek, spoke up to oppose Floridaโ€™s Parental Rights in Education Bill, HB1557. Opponents to the bill dubbed it the โ€œDonโ€™t Say Gayโ€ bill. The measure prohibits sexual education in schools for children between the ages of 5-8.

 

Disney doubled down on its efforts to push the extremist agenda of the LGBTQ community, specifically the opinions of the transgender community.

 

Disney executives organized an all-hands meeting called the โ€œReimagine Tomorrow Conversation Seriesโ€ and pledged to mobilize the entire corporation in service of the โ€œLGBTQIA+ community.โ€

 

Executives recruited the companyโ€™s most intersectional employees, including a โ€œblack, queer, and trans person,โ€ a โ€œbi-romantic asexual,โ€ and โ€œthe mother [of] one transgender child and one pansexual child,โ€ and announced ambitious new initiatives.

 

During the meeting, Karey Burke, president of Disneyโ€™s General Entertainment Content, said that her son sent her a text saying, โ€œGen-Z is 30-40 percent queerer than other generations, Mom, so Disney better get with it.โ€
