So, something has been on my mind for a while and I haven't personally seen any discussion of it here before.

 

So blackmail is the weapon of choice to control powerful people. If you just sat back and passively collect whatever dark secrets you can, is that ever going to be enough to actually control a society? So you can tempt people, which I think is well established already via Epstein and others like him. But even then those with strong character can overcome temptation. What if you invert moralities, to make what would otherwise be perfectly ordinary a social taboo, so that even if one should avoid incriminating oneself it is only through denying themselves, which is likely to cause all manner of aberrant behaviour (I'm thinking of priests who deny the flesh, but it likely extends elsewhere). Then of course you have the digital age and the rapidly advancing ability to outright fabricate blackmail material, though I would imagine this is less effective as a soft control tool if the subject themselves feels no guilt.

 

Ultimately I think this is something we will have to face sooner or later, and it deserves some deeper consideration and discussion.

Former Judge Killed in โ€˜Targetedโ€™ Attack Against Judicial System, Officials Say

 

A retired judge was shot and killed at his home in Wisconsin on Friday in what has been described by officials as a โ€œtargetedโ€ attack against the judicial system.

 

John Roemer, a former circuit judge in Juneau County, is believed to be the victim of the murder that happened in New Lisbon at around 6:30 a.m. on June 3, according to reports. The 68-year-old man was found in a residence that a neighbor and public records said belonged to a retired county judge.

 

A second person, identified as a 56-year-old male and the alleged suspect, was discovered in the basement of the home with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul said during a news conference on Friday, also noting that a firearm was recovered from the scene.

 

Upon recovering the man, law enforcement started life-saving measures and the individual has been transported to a medical facility in critical condition.

 

Kaul, who refused to name the victim or the suspect, said the shooter had selected targets who were โ€œpart of the judicial systemโ€ and had other planned victims. The attorney general did not identify them.

 

โ€œThis incident appears to be a targeted act โ€ฆ and the suspect appears to have had other targets as well. It appears to be related to the judicial system,โ€ Kaul said.

 

โ€œAt this point, we are not aware of any evidence indicating that there is any active danger to other individuals. Those who may have been other targets have been notified,โ€ he said, adding that if the investigation finds additional threats against other individuals, authorities will notify those people.

 

Kaul stressed that officials are currently โ€œlimited in what information we can provide,โ€ citing the ongoing investigation.

 

The judgeโ€™s death was also confirmed in a statement by State Sen. Howard Marklein (R-Spring Green), who represents Juneau County, the Wisconsin State Journal reported.

 

The Juneau County Sheriffโ€™s Office received a call that two shots were fired at a home in New Lisbon at approximately 6:30 a.m. on Friday, according to the Division of Criminal Investigation. The caller had fled the home where the gunman had entered and made the call from another nearby home.

Still, the media narrative prevails, yet there is now evidence that extremists of all persuasions were involved in the attack. The Capitol Policeโ€™s chain of command is clear - the Capitol Police Chief, to the Sgt of Arms in the House, and then to the Speaker of the House. If I were an FBI investigator charged with investigating this "insurrection," knowing the intelligence Capitol Police had, I would start with this chain of command to ask probative questions. Five deaths were directly attributed to this attack that the media has bannered incessantly. In my opinion, the felony murder rule would apply to those who facilitated or aided in this attack, including those in the chain of command that denied the multiple requests of the Capitol Police Chief for more resources.

 

There are at least two possible scenarios why this attack was successful in penetrating the Capitol building. One is the total failure and or incompetence by the decision-makers and politicians involved influenced by the optics of the presence of law enforcement. Common sense would dictate a rally of this magnitude would be likely infiltrated by radical groups for their political agendas. Democrat operatives have done so before. If I were a Capitol officer, I would probably resign or retire as my command structure placed me at immediate risk unnecessarily. As reported by ProPublica, "I Don't Trust the People Above Me," an excellent account, except for the claim of an officer dying from a thrown fire extinguisher. This is not true.

 

The second is that the top decision-makers, including politicians, knew that an attack was likely. They intentionally understaffed and watered down the rules of engagement to facilitate this attack for their political agenda. The Capitol Police Chiefโ€™s request for the National Guard before the event was denied. Trump reportedly wanted 10,000 National Guard Troops in DC on the 6th, but Nancy Pelosi said no. The Chief also said members of the Congress were briefed on the event. These decision-makers then blamed the attack on Trump's rhetorical speech as inciting the attack, which they called an "insurrection.โ€ The Democrat party majority in the House then launched an impeachment based on this narrative without any due process. It was evident from the media coverage the narrative was going to be that Trumpโ€™s followers were White nationalists and incited by his speech to storm the Capitol.

 

There are some 75 million Americans who are growing very weary of the Radical Leftโ€™s agenda, its socialistic, nanny state, dictatorial, big government. They are questioning the legitimacy of the COVID emergency mandates, the real threat and undue influence that China poses to the US, illegal immigration, election integrity, the cancel culture movement, the suppression of free thought and speech, and the DC politicians' collaboration with Big Tech, the Media and the Radical Left. I would expect to see the tail unit of a MV-22 and a pair of engines on the edge of the debris field.

If it was a CH-53 there should be a honking great engine/7 blade rotor head assembly easily visible and a tail boom too for that matter.

You are either in a state of ignorance as to your moral and ethical obligations, or you are willfully using the power available from the high office you currently hold. Holding successive generations of the same office is noble. America, however, has no place for nobility.

 

 

It is clear now that several members of this committee will be unable to continue in your current position of power after the next congressional election. You should consider the possibility that in the remaining months you have left pushing forward a politburo-style government, is not the wisest of choices. It is unlikely that in the next six months you will be able to completely wrest control and seize victory over the American people.

 

 

The glaring facts show that the peopleโ€™s house is overstepping its position in our American government. Approaching and in all reality by a projection of power the place of not only legislative but judicial and executive as well. You do have this power. You do not have the right to this power. History will not be kind, you can be certain of that.

 

 

I am not here to help you take down our country. Your attempts to silence the voice of liberty will not succeed. We, the people are deafened by this silence. The Democratic primary for a Georgia county has been called into question after a hand count revealed the voting machines were off by thousands of ballots.

 

Marshall Orson, a Democratic DeKalb County school board member running for the county commission, asked the local elections board on Thursday to not certify the results as scheduled on Friday due to "numerous issues" with the race.

 

Orson asked for an "independent review" and a formal recount of the election in his letter to the board, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

 

"There is no rational basis for believing that there are not continuing issues with the results and the results should not be certified with the continuing existence of multiple substantive issues and concerns," Orson wrote. "Doing so would pose a substantial risk not only to the confidence the public will have in the overall election results from this race but could extend to the entire primary as well as the general election."

 

The initial Democratic primary results showed Orson winning for commission District 2 with Lauren Alexander in second place and Michelle Long Spears in third. This would have put Orson against Alexander in a runoff election.

 

However, Spears noticed that the results showed she received zero votes at most election precincts.

 

The secretary of state's office admitted late last month to making several programing mistakes in the ballot equipment that affected the final tally.

 

There was an attempted re-scan of the ballots in District 2, but ultimately a hand count was conducted, concluding around midnight on Memorial Day.

 

On Wednesday evening, the results of the hand count were released, showing former last-place candidate Spears now in first place and headed to a June 21 runoff against Alexander. Former first place candidate Orson was pushed to third place.

 

Spears gained about 2,600 votes from the original tally, while Alexander gained a few hundred, the Journal-Constitution reported. Orson lost about 1,600 votes from the original results.

 

The Dekalb County elections board is scheduled to certify the election results Friday afternoon.

 

Georgia has been the site of numerous election controversies following the 2020 presidential election.

2 dead, 3 injured in shooting at Houston flea market

 

Authorities in Texas said at least two people were killed and three others were injured Sunday during a shooting that erupted at a busy Houston flea market.

 

Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez announced the shooting at 8720 Airline Drive on Twitter, stating multiple shots were fired and at least two pistols were recovered.

 

"For now, it appears the wounded were all likely participants in the altercation," he said, adding no bystanders were injured.

 

Susan Cotter, major of patrol for the county, told reporters during a press conference that the shooting began shortly after 1 p.m. within the flea market as a result of an altercation that turned into a gun battle between two groups of Hispanic men in their 20s.

The Archivesโ€™ defines harmful language in numerous variations. However, it appears to have a liberal, more left-leaning bias in determining what it deems as harmful or offensive.

 

It considers any language reflecting racist, sexist, ableist, misogynistic/misogynoir, and xenophobic opinions and attitudes as harmful. Albeit, the definition behind some of the terms is subjective to the reader, and many have no specific definition in societal norms.

 

It also notes that discriminatory language towards or excluding diverse views on sexuality, gender, and religion is offensive. Again, this is subjective, and a personโ€™s views of sexuality or religion can be acceptable or offensive based on oneโ€™s biases.

United Parcel Service is terminating the accounts of gun dealers across the country. Any packages currently in the UPS system may be โ€œseized and destroyed.โ€

 

In a letter sent to one Florida gun dealer, Ghost Firearms, UPS said they were terminating the account because they โ€œmay be violatingโ€ laws concerning homemade firearm parts.

 

โ€œWe write to inform you that UPS has learned that your company may be violating applicable laws concerning the shipment of โ€œghost gunsโ€ to unauthorized locations,โ€ the letter states. โ€œIn light of our concern, UPS has determined that it will cancel your account, effective immediately.

 

Ghostโ€™s owner, Joe Zatar was told all scheduled pickups will be cancelled, and that he cannot reopen another UPS account or ship anything from a UPS store or website.

 

He is most concerned about the packages already in the UPS system, which he may have already lost.

 

โ€œPlease note that any package found in the UPS system determined to have been tendered by GHOST FIREARMS may be seized and destroyed,โ€ the letter states.

 

โ€œI just shipped more than $30,000 worth of products,โ€ he said.

 

Zatar immediately called his UPS sales rep, who said he had no idea the account was terminated.

 

Ghost Firearms sells uppers, lowers, handguards and OEM parts for a number of manufacturers. They also sell 80% receivers.

 

โ€œWe do not ship to states where theyโ€™re not allowed,โ€ Zatar said. โ€œWe are in total compliance. We had ATF in here just two weeks ago, and they told us we were completely legal.โ€

 

Retail giant Brownells told their customers in a Fake-Fact-Checker Facebook post Friday that they too were terminated by UPS.

 

โ€œHeads up! UPS has made the decision to no longer accept Brownells packages,โ€ the post states. โ€œWe are working to put an email together to send to customers who have their account defaulted to UPS, or who have open orders with UPS selected as the carrier.โ€

 

Brownells did not specify in their post the reason why UPS terminated their account, and they removed the post after a few hours.

The Navy is threatening to penalize sailors who purposely misuse pronouns to describe transgender service members, viewing it as a violation of the service's harassment policy.

 

Sailors who run afoul of the policy could face administrative or judicial action under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Navy Capt. Dave Hecht, a public affairs officer, told American Military News.

 

"Intentional misuse of transgender service member pronouns is inappropriate and inconsistent with the Navy zero tolerance policy on harassment," Hecht told the news site.

 

"The UCMJ prohibits provoking speeches or gestures, conduct that is of a nature to bring discredit upon the Armed Forces or is prejudicial to good order and discipline, maltreatment, and failure to obey lawful orders and regulations," he added.

 

Hecht said the Navy "appreciates that pronouns are a part of individual identity" and that both civilian and uniformed Navy members are expected to use appropriate rank or title, pronounce names correctly and use "an individual's pronouns consistent with their gender marker" in the Navy database of service members known as DEERS.

 

The new warning comes as many conservatives are criticizing the military services under President Joe Biden for pursuing woke ideology, such as a critical race theory lessons for Army officers at West Point academy. California lawmakers have passed legislation to reduce the penalty for those who knowingly or intentionally expose others to HIV without their knowledge, rolling back a law that mostly affected sex workers.

 

The bill, SB 239, which was approved by the Democrat-controlled state legislature in September and signed into law by Gov. Jerry Brown (D) on Friday, will lower the charges for these acts from a felony to a misdemeanor when the law goes into effect in 2018. The act of knowingly donating HIV-infected blood, also a felony now, will be decriminalized.

 

The statutes that the new laws revise date back to the late 1980s, when AIDS had emerged as a public health crisis in cities such as San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York. Fear and misinformation about the diseaseโ€™s potential to spread ran high as the authorities struggled to get a handle on the new epidemic and a spate of legislation about HIV exposure cropped up across the country.
