Donate to Florida Ian Response Fund
The Florida Ian Response Fund will address urgent response needs of impacted communities, ensure equitable state and federal responses, and provide emergency aid throughout the state via a network of grassroots organizations that are standing by to quickly address the needs of their communities.
This fund is anchored by a coalition of on-the-ground organizations who came together in the wake of Hurricane Irma, includingFlorida Rising, Dream Defenders, Florida Immigrant Coalition, FL Jobs With Justice, and Faith in Florida.
Following Irma, the fund raised nearly $2M in support of over 38 organizations who addressed both the immediate needs of families impacted by the storm and long-term recovery. These groups provide life-saving food and supplies, set up community centers, help families navigate relief programs, and build organizing and advocacy campaigns to ensure communities are front and center in long-term recovery efforts.
Donations to the Florida Ian Response Fund are not tax-deductible. The Florida Ian Response Fund is housed at Organize Action, a 501(c)4 tax exempt organization.
