How bad would it be if it was learned that a recently elected Governor of State X who used to be in a different public office in State X (before running for Governor in State X) had defrauded one of the United States Circuit Courts of Appeal while in that previous State X government position?
Would such a fraudulent Governor-elect be prevented from assuming the office of the Governor?
Would the news explode?
Would law enforcement officials even give a shit? I'm sure the people of State X would care. . . .
What would happen, guise?
